Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is a bit old could do with an update and get rid of those disgusting swinging doors to enter the bathroom. Hotel is well located and breakfast was lovely.

Hotel clean and in general well maintained but improvements could be made. 1) Pool area has some raised paving which is an accident risk (I tripped once after which I noticed during my stay two other guests tripping on the raised edges. 2) Bathrooms in our rooms look a bit 'tired' and a water leak in my daughter's room indicate that they are due refurbishment. Car parking facilities are good but it was not made clear on the hotel web site that parking would cost 10 Euros per day. That expense was a unpleasant surprise which had not been budgeted for.

The hotel is very old. It hasnt been updated in years. Carpet looks dirty, rooms tiny and equipped with nothing. Totally not what you would expect from a Novotel. I will avoid this chain in the future. We had reserved 3 nights and ended up checking out after one night and moving to a Crown Plaza which lived up to its name.

Rooms are dated and old. Air conditioning (cool air) didn't work meaning the room was very hot when I got back late evening. Had to open the window. Breakfast is below average. Staff are very good though. Will not go back.

Hotel was nice and located in a good location close to town. We enjoyed our stay. Nice swimming pool. Staff was nice and friendly. Welcome drink are only for the person who booked the room and not for all persons on the booking.

Hotel as expected and 4 star. we had no issue. The only small thing I would mention, as a frequent stayer in Novotel Hotels, I noticed that the welcome drink is only offered to the person who made the booking. I have always received drink for all member who are on the booking. In my case two children and two adults, so four drinks. Novotel should be consistent, its a brand and it should always offer the same service throughout its hotels. All other services are as expected and staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms are poorly cleaned ( except for the bed sheets, which were always very clean), it was mud that I found in the fridge ( I can show the picture I took), a lot of spider nets on the walls, veeeery old wall painting and furniture, dusty air. Another big issue was the temperature in the room; it was extremely cold, with no possibility to higher the temperature, I had to sleep with my clothes on. The only thing I appreciated during my staying here was the friendliness of the stuff.
