Checked in by a very friendly gentleman who let me choose the floor I prefer. My room was Spotlessly clean and I had great views over Leeds. My only gripe is the mattress, which was very uncomfortable, and which I struggled to get off to sleep on.

We had a good stay. The hotel was in a great location and was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing for us was the tea making facilities. Also was hoping for a better breakfast selection but it was ok.

Had to change rooms due to the poor view, ground floor, dark room as behind signage Also only 1 plug facility working Replacement room - I feel I just expected more, it was basics! Needing to do work at the desk, and the seat is a Plastic stool, not good - sore back. Bed - not the greatest sleep, thin mattress & also missing slats under the bed to support the mattress

I don’t know whether to be concerned at the fact that heating depended on eco unfriendly means of turning the thermostat up rather than putting extra blankets on the bed! Also providing new towels each day seemed unnecessary. I’d have preferred individual packets of soap and shampoo! But in general the hotel met all my needs. V good lift service.
