Overall the Hotel was fine--on arrival I was confronted by reception that "you need to pay your bill" Asked why because we haven't been able to take your money on "debit card" albeit it said payment made successfully--so we'll wait for our bank statement & see if you've taken payment (twice) Room & Breakfast were fine--Isabella on Breakfast was really kind & polite--not like your welcoming Receptionist (male)--finally not being able to open a Bar Bill (you must pay now was the response)--I'm not a thief so why treat me like one !!

Room was okay, usual ibis room, nothing was different, was amazing view, however the room equipment was tired, old and sofa was dirty. Either it is old but should still look fresh and clean.

As a member of accor hotels I didn’t enjoy nor felt the specialty of being a member in this hotel, the staff at the front desk wasn’t that welcoming as I had to wait more than three hours to get my room ready although I’ve made my reservation one week prior arriving. In general the treatment wasn’t that pleasing especially at checkout where the front desk or reception employee didn’t care if the service was good or bad just asked for my room number and said ok goodbye. In terms of hotel location; it’s absolutely not convenient for tourists without vehicle since it’s far 25 minutes walking from all services and stores and even metro station. So for me I definitely wouldn’t come back to this hotel again.

1- non comfortable bed, 2- non comfortable very old billow we requested the housekeeping to replace them but they provide us with other old heavily used billow again, 3- water leak from ceiling , we report to reception desk and the send some to fix but still leaking for three nights. 4- in room water kettle was dirty and we could not use use it, we ask for replacement but they did not replace it 5- we request reception to send us some one like manger to check the room and to solve our complaints but they said no one can help us, and we need to wait for next day morning. 6- we request invoice on check out but the staff refused to provide us with invoice for our stay
