« Very nice place to stay for a business trip »

This is a beautiful hotel placed just in front of the Bosphorus strait. The hotel is clean, food is good, specially the breakfast and dinner buffet. The staff at the restaurant is not friendly, that's a really bad point because when you ask for something they always look bored or angry, not friendly at all. The concierges are more friendly and helpful, specially Eflatun who helped us a lot with everything we needed, always with practical advices and good solutions. The hotel need more elevators, there is only 2 elevators for 210 rooms, there was moments in wich we had to wait long time for the elevator, specially when tehre were lot of people in reception. We asked to use the stairs but they said that was not possible because doors were closed in our floor, annoing.

« Nice place in front of the Bosphorus »

Is a very nice and clean hotel in front of the Bosphorus, very close to the Ataturk airport and city downtown. The staff is friendly at concierge and check in desk, but unfortunately they are not friendly at all at the bar/restaurante, that's is a pitty.The hotel has only 2 elevators for 7 floors and 210 rooms, sometimes you need to spend several minutes, up to 15, waiting for elevator and when we asked for scalator they said that was not possible to use them.

The hotel is nice, clean had restaurant inside serving open Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staffs were friendly and helpful specially the guys but the girls there they don’t know what are they doing! I asked about my luggages at their storage, she told go and get them without checking the tags.

I primarily selected this hotel due to its location in the airport (Ataturk Airport) area of Bakirkoy/Zeytinburnu as I wanted to be close to the airport as my flight was due to land at 0400 so I wanted to make sure I could get to the hotel quickly to sleep. I also wanted a hotel near the sea and on the main road from the airport to the city centre and this airport was in such a location with great views over the Sea Of Marmara which was quite soothing and with easy access to Sultanahmet (the old city) and the city centre. This hotel was very reasonably priced which was especially important given the fact that I was only going to get to use the room for a few hours before having to check out (another bonus in my case was that after staying at this hotel I was due to stay with family at the Radisson Blu Atakoy which was next door so this was handy as it was a short walk away). Another good thing is that Galleria Atakoy Mall (I believe its Istanbul (or Turkey's) first mall) and Atakoy Marina are close by too meaning that there are many nice places to eat, shop etc. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member called Eflatun who checked me in very quickly. The room was a typical Ibis room ie small, quite basic but it adhered to typical Ibis standards of good standard of cleanliness - all I need was a clean room to sleep in for a few hours and this was perfect. The only issue I had was with queue for check out - although it was not long (I was the next person) it took long to be served although once it was my turn I was processed in a few seconds which was good.

I had a wonderful experiance staying at your hotel, the room was cleaned everyday, the bed was super comfortable, the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner was amazing, turkish wine is amazing, the air conditioning was nice and cold. The bathroom seat could have been bigger but no problem I think I need to loose weight anyway. Many thank you to Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Eflaton for the excellent service and cooperation during my stay they deserve a promotion.
