Didn’t like the receptionist attitude he was so rude with us every day the key of the room was not working and we had to go down to reception to activate it... What ever u asked in this hotel they will ignore u no response at all!!!!!!! The housekeeping service was so bad in 7 nights they only cleaned the room 2 times with several requests

every time I stay this hotel, the card for entry doesnt work in first time (At elevator or enty of room. ) Each time, I had to change my card. I booked for two nights a room on this hotel because it's close of the airport but unforntunately, for now, the worst stay in an Ibis hotel. The hotel has a lot of problems, small and big, convering all areas. Starting for a strange and stupid metal detector on the main entrance that I cross 8 times in different days and hours and never work, just be there to fill a space on the hall and make the entrance ugly and not welcome (who like to get inside a hotel with a thing like that?). My key was not ready when I arrived, even that I made my check-in online days before. The "welcome" that is common for me on every stay at Accor chain just disappear there. The card reader on both elevators doesn't work and anyone can go up without a key. Two options here: put the card reader to work or remove it. The air-conditioner doesn't work either. The control panel has a label saying that the cold air just work on summers and the hot air on winter. This is a tremendous problem because, for a person like me, 23 celcius degrees is hot and hard to sleep. Trying to minimize the problem, I opened the window but the noise coming from the avenue right on the front make the challenge to sleep almost impossible. In the end, I took off all my clothes and sleep 3 hours late of the expected. On the next morning, I took the breakfast but seems that nobody of the staff was working. Many tables with used plates and glasses, no forks or knifes on the tables and just few options of food. I just took orange juice, one small bread with butter and a coffee, nothing more. Another point about the staff is, I search someone to say that I was paying extra because was not included on my reservation. If I don't care, I'm sure that nobody noted me on the breakfask and ask something (room number, name, etc). Sounds like "I don't care". In some way, this is something unconfortable. The reception staff is ok but seems that they need to improve the English. The cleaning person was ok too (I meet her on the aisle) but forget to leave the wood spoons inside the room (please, change the spoons for something diffferent. A plastic covering a piece of wood is completely stupid). I'm sorry but, again, as the worst stay until now with a strong, bold and dedicated highlight for the air-conditioner and the noise coming from the street. PS: feel free to do not post this comments on the website but take care about the points here.
