« Lovely looking modern hotel with room for improvement »

The hotel itself is very well maintained and staff are helpful. Eda and Eflatun were very hospitable and provided excellent service. The breakfast is however not up to standard. The menu was exactly the same every day for our 10 day stay. The eggs were absolutely disgusting. They were way too runny and if you read the reviews on trip advisor, your guests have been saying the same thing for years. Someone needs to sort this out.

Well, me and my husband love travelling all over and Ibis is almost always our go-to option since its dependable and has various locations in pretty much all cities so you can really choose one depending on your travel plan. Our stay at the Istanbul Ibis Zeytinburnu was fantastic. We arrived in the morning around 9 and were greeted by Mehmet. He was so quick and went through our details and got everything done so fast, and to top it all he also upgraded our room to a sea-view room :) and also let us check in early. It was one of the nicest things hotel staff can ever do to you, especially after a long overnight flight. The rooms were beautiful and well equipped with anything you could possibly want and theres also a nice little added feature to staying at Ibis, the very low-cost shuttle bus drop-off pick-up concept. Mehmet had it arranged for us for free on the first day and the subsequent days we paid 5 TL per person per ride, which, I think, is a really dependable and thoughtful idea. Overall, we loved Istanbul and Ibis certainly was one of the reasons for the same, and if we do happen to come back to the city ever, no doubt about where we'd put up!

Breakfast was reasonable. Your location was not good for me. ( no access to metro , shopping, ... ) I didn't feel comfortable with toilet & shower . It was not as good as Ibis in Lille , which is stayed before.

It was terrible, because a guy in front desk with the name: can, was suppouse to give me a wake UP call, but he did not , with the excuse that the Phone in my room didnt work, he should go AND knock my door, many years staying in Ibis, this Time iam very sad i almost lost my plane to America, thanks that turkish airport regulations are a More flexible than many other countries, he was suppouse to call at 4 AND he did not, thanks to god i wake UP alone at 5:30 AND by miricle of god i make it.

First impression was awful, no porters services, you have to carry your luggage (what if you need help?). I had to cancel my three days booking and stayed for one night. Nice sea view and excellent breakfast buffet.
