Wifi was not working in my room. I came to the lobby every time I needed internet. Welcome drink voucher was not given. I stayed 3 nights, tea/coffee, water and toiletries were nor replenished daily.

« I was happy at the hotel and overall satisfied with my stay. »

As described I was happy and satisfied but still the daily room service was not properly managed. For instance, tea bags, water, shampoo with shower gel was provided properly. In my four days stay at the hotel I asked everyday for one of the things to be provided into my room. This should be provided on regular basis and guest should not ask for this from the hotel management.

From the moment we checked in, we received fantastic service and satisfaction. Very modern spacious room with fantastic views of the Sea. Pool and Breakfast was amazing! free shuttle bus to Istanbul City was a great bonus... Overall 10/10 to Accor, as a member cannot fault this hotel..

« Great hotel but shame about the location »

The hotel is lovely and the staff are very friendly and helpful but there is a lot of building going on all around and the hotel is right on a 6 lane highway with no opportunity to walk near the hotel or any cafes, bars or restaurants nearby if you want a change of scenery

It was a pleasant stay. The overall facility was of reasonable standard. Room was clean with views of the Bosphorus. It was of good size however could have been designed and furnished better. The bathroom in particular was cramped. The outdoor pool is a welcomed feature which seems to be rare in Istanbul hotels. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. Good experience overall and excellent value for the price.

We staid in a renovated room, it was super ! Staff is really kind and helpfull, we were first helped by miss emine, she knew how to handle clients well. Breakfast is perfect, pool is nice, also the outside terrace. After all, for sure reason to go back. Price is very competitive for the standard you get.

Good hospitality Food was great Bus shuttle service is good, but driver dropped me in a spot very far from Sultan Ahmet Mosque and I had to walk long distance in an inclined streets.

Person at the check in was very courteous and though no advance booking was done still he explained categories of rooms and cost and benefits. Person who brought my bags to the room was also very courteous and explained about hotel & room facilities. Similar was experience in the restaurent. Will definetly like to stay again when ever in Istanbul.
