« Good in general but there was a waiter with a bad attitude and got a different room compared to the one I booked. »

It was good so far but: Most of staff don’t speak English. Got a different room compared to the one I booked. Booked a sea view room but got a swamp view room. Informed that breakfast buffet till 11 am but staff start taking buffet contests at 10 am. A waiter had a bad attitude. F&B manager, I think, ( I called him Mr. Infantino) is very decent, helpful and welcoming.

« Bad experience at check in and ac not working consistently »

I arrived tired after a long trip. When I arrived to the front desk to check in the person indicated I had no reservation and kept asking me questions implying I had not reserved or my travel agency made a mistake. I insisted and showed him my reservation on my phone. Still could not find it and kept asking questions like "maybe you cancelled the reservation" or "did you only reserve today". I stood there just waiting and finally somehow he found my reservation. He never explained why or apologized for the delay and more importantly the stress of me thinking I had no reservation and now needed to find a new hotel. Also it was a hot day and AC did not work. There is a small sign in the AC in the room saying it only works in summer. I had to open the windows and then the smoke from the smokers in other rooms was entering my room.

It was ok. Hotel is very clean and neat. Staff is professional and very friendly and helpful. All compliments to Mr. Murat FOM and his crew. As for bad part i would say it is slow internet and bad location. It takes a lot of time to reach city, although there is a free hotel shuttle. Also there are a lot of construction sites around hotel so it is quite noisy.

« Good hotel in Zeytimburnu »

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are very comfortable and functional. I did have one problem in my room - the bathroom smelled badly when I first entered the room. The smell went away after a few minutes with the fan on, but it really should not smell at all. The food at the hotel is pretty good. I tried the breakfast buffet, lunch and room service and was pleased with all of the food. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The only other issue with the hotel I had was its location - it is not walking distance to anything, being located on the highway to the airport. Consequently, one needs to take a taxi to get anywhere.

« Disappointed. »

Disappointed with the location of the hotel. The hotel is located on its own in the middle of a construction site far from tourist sites, shops, restaurants and everything really. Nothing is within even moderate walking distance! Disappointed with the Shuttle bus service, while it leaves the hotel on time every hour, the small bus quickly fills so one must pre-book the seat or wait an hour for the next service. The return pickup service from the scheduled pickup points is very unreliable. On at three occasions we had to get a taxi back to the hotel after waiting an hour and a half in the cold, wet evening for the two scheduled return service that did not turn up at all. Upon returning to the hotel we inquired to the female receptionist why the shuttle service didn't turn up we were told the traffic was bad and the driver cancelled the trip. Her response was 'defensive' and no apology was received from her. The room was good and the bed comfortable but the bathroom vanity was small with the basin taking up most of the vanity top area, so little room to put toiletries. One had to step up about 25 cm into the raised shower recess and the tiles on this step became very slippery when wet. No hanging area for clothing just enough for two towels. There was still masking tape on the bathroom door from the recent renovation. Machinery noise from the neighboring construction sites prevented us from opening the window and caused some annoyance up until 10pm in the evening. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR TOURISTS AND FAMILIES.

We are located in a very central location of Istanbul where you can go to nearby city centers maximum within 10 minutes to 15 minutes maximum. Also we have a free shuttle service which our guests can go to the most famous touristic places like Sultanahmet (Old City) and Taksim Square (one of the most famous touristic center in Istanbul). Our guests need to reserve their places in our shuttle bus in advance. We always offer our hotel card to our guests who use our shuttle for coming back to the hotel for them to communicate with us if there is a problem on the way back. In your case, we are devoutly sorry that we could not reflect our international service quality to you during your stay. You can be sure, we are going to share your comment with the related departments at first then with all our team members and we are going to take immediate actions about the issues you have mentioned in your comment. « Easter trip »

Very good experience. Nice people,fast check-in and check-up, wonderful brekfast,clean room,not expensive. 2 problems:wifi- no work, dificult acces to down town because the hotel minibus is full to 10 am,însoțit in off for 2 hotels and the personal doesn-t ofer the detailes about public transportation. Maybe you do something for these.

Was a lovely hotel, although quite far from the city. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the breakfast and lunch buffets were a highlight. During a busy meeting day, it is preferable to have a buffet for lunch rather than a set menu, as we are often pressed for time.

Very pleasant personnel, especially on front desk. I dropped my walet in taxi infront of hotel, guy from front desk checked hotel’s security cameras, detected registration plates, contact Taxi company and with car registration plates they could contacted and located Taxi driver. He responded immediately and brought my walet back to hotel. One more time I would like to thank all front desk personnel.

The hotel overlooks a beautiful Bosphorus Straight, very serene scene. THe hotel is very very clean, beds are very comfortable. THe biggest asset of the hotel is staff: extremely polite and helpful. THe young lady working in the lobby with perfect English helped us a lot with orientation in the city and great advice. She was very outgoing and proactive to help. We are very grateful to her!

« Beyond my expectations. »

The service from check in was amazing. The room needs to be updated tho for 508 cause the carpet seems worn off but overall, i am impressed. The airconditioning, i realize that the heater can only be used during winter and cooler to be used in summer but probelm is, the room was too hot by the time we woke up from our sleep. Itll be good if the heater and cooler can be used for both seasons.

« This time was not realy special stay for us »

This time really i did not satisfied enough ! 1. why we should recieve letter under our door for dear guest come and pay your bill ! just for 864 TL ?! 2. why one time in morning your cleaner should come to our room for cleaning and in same time you will not add water and check minibar its shame for you to again at 4 pm your non poliet employee knoch the door for maybe we ate one chocolate ! we booked hotel for relax not for you will time by time disturb us . 3. i am working in all my trips and your crazy staff will come and say after 7 go to bar area because we will serve dinner and you can not use table . 4. printer in your business center was terrible 5. 2 mans are working in bar area maybe they are not enough happy to working there

It was great.Especially lady in the reseption was good-humord. Dinner was delicious. In general people who are working were smiling which is important. Thank you for this great experience.
