Nice hotel in good location. Check-in very very slow and check-out not much better. Our room had river views which was lovely except for Friday and Saturday nights as clubs pumped the music out incredibly loud till 4am. Staff were wonderful and buffet breakfast and lunch was delicious.

Second time staying in the hotel and found it as good as last time. Only slight drawback was the bed being against the wall, but had we asked we could probably have changed rooms. Very good location.

My short stay at the Hotel was wonderful. Even though my visit was also to see family, The location was central to many of the places I could walk to or take the easy MRT. Staff were so friendly and helpful with any request.

Being on business, the Wifi was hopeless. I relay on it when out the office and doing international business. Also a good start to the day with a decent buffet breakfast is handy - Buffet breakfast was at best, terrible. Quite unimpressed. For the amount we paid I am less than satisfied. Not using Novotel Clarke Quay again in a hurry

We arrived early in the morning from a long flight room was not available. However within a few hours we had a lovely room overlooking the quay and city. Staff we excellent. Could not fault anything.

Initially after we first arrived we stood in line for express check in as someone was already being attended to at the ordinary desk. We had been told we could use this service. However we got asked to move away and to join the line which was a little embarrassing. How ever once attended to, the check in was swift which was great after a long flight. We had upgraded and our window looked out to Marina Bay Sands yay! Our room was very clean and bed comfortable. We upgraded to get the use of the executive lounge on the higher floor but we felt that this fell short of the same experience ( standard) we had have experienced in other hotels/countries. Also we had a very late departing flight. Although we used the time to do more sight seeing during the day we were only offered the changing room of the swimming pool as an option of a place to freshen up and change before our flight. It may be worth considering having a room available ( even at a charge) so that guest can leave for flights without getting ready in a cramped changing room with suitcase ! We only had one meal in the hotel and we had the Satay, this was the best Satay we have ever eaten. Highly recommended. Over all a good stay with helpful staff and a clean comfortable room. A great location fr Iggy seeing with the MRT close by.

I was informed that I have been tagged as a VIP guest for the hotel. Yet, at the time of check in at around 12.30pm, I was told to wait till 2pm to get my room allocated. I was also not offered any amenities normally offered to VIP guests like flower or chocolates etc. Locker in my room was not working properly and I could not use it, and the wash basin was not draining properly and I had to complain about it at front desk.

I do note that you encountered maintenance issues in your room hence I have advised our executive housekeeper to step up on our daily room inspection to ensure that the facilities and fixtures in all of our rooms are consistently at the highest standards for the next guest. It is unfortunate that we were unable to ensure your satisfaction with your visit hence I sincerely hope that we get another opportunity to welcome you again on your next trip to Singapore.
