A great hotel in a great location, central to the riverside walk entertainment district and easy walking distance to most tourist spots. Staff and property are everything you would want and expect in this level of hotel. We will definitely be back.

From the easy check-in process to the clean large rooms, this place is definitely a great place to stay! Food prices are a bit pricey, but the Quay is close enough so one has choices. Highly recommend!

We didn’t have a very nice experience i’m afraid. Coming off a cruise ship we arrived early and even though I requested and early check in this didn’t happen. There was only one poor lady trying to check everyone in while the Other lady on the desk only seemed to be able to photocopy peoples passports. We were told to come back at 12 were given no direction or any info on any amenities available to us. We had two very small cups of coffee at $12 ++ came back tot he desk at 12 only to be told our room was not ready until 2. When we finally did get into our room we were given an upgrade apparently but I can’t judge how much better the room was. We were given no info on checkin as to what time Breakfast was or what other areas of interest there my be, and I realise they are in the room either on the TV or by reading matter but simple courtesy would not have gone amiss. Having said that the hotel is in a great location and the breakfast staff were really good but the checkin process put me in a negative mind frame for the rest of our stay.

The view in that room is good, and many restaurants near that hotel, cross the front road can find Clark dock very easily. I like this hotel.

Poor desperately needed internet connectivity both in room and in 7th for reception area - unacceptable particularly for guests on a business trip Breakfast is a humiliating experience and is akin to a 'stampede' for food due to overcrowding, pushing and shoving and deployment of far fewer staff than needed. Best to eat and perhaps stay elsewhere.

Our stay at Novotel Clarke Quay was excellent, we were treated like returning friends by all members of staff. The team in the Premier Lounge were especially attentive and helpful from check in to check out. The hotel is perfectly positioned between Clarke Quay and Robertson Quay with Fort Canning MRT station at the "door-step", and Clarke Quay MRT station just a short walk away. Chinatown is one stop on the MRT or a 15 minute walk and little India or Orchard Road are only a short taxi or MRT ride away. Entertainment and a wide range of international food and beverage outlets are available on Clarke or Robertson Quays.

Only one problem. Had paid in advance for breakfast. When arrived for dining told this was not the case and paid again. Saw reception after breakfast (with travel agents documentation) and ascertained had paid twice. Refund was immediately given. Otherwise no problems at all.
