What a great hotel this Novotel is. The location is spot on to access the whole of Singapore. The Hotel itself is brilliant in all areas of hospitality. The staff from the GM Mr Burrows down are exceptional which always makes your trip away more enjoyable. The Hotel facilities are wonderful. The restaurant/bar are magnificent and well priced. There were many young families there when we were there and they all appeared to be having a ball. All in all a great hotel that caters for all tastes. We will be back

Staff in the hotel take a special effort to look after guest comfort particularly the staff in the Executive Lounge. Management is approachable and caring, issues are followed up until resolved. The location is great and the higher floors offer a wonderful view. Most enjoyable overall.

this property is superb right in heart of the entertainment area of clarke quay . the hotel reception staff were very warm . they are very rigid with breakfast timing and the staff in restaurant area were rude with the guest this area needs to be worked on by novotel

Reception staff not very friendly/personable but efficient. Did not provide personal service such as enquiring if we needed a taxi for the airport. Foyer & reception nice but room tired and worn even though large. Couldn't secure door as chain broken. Cleaning very good. Breakfast & its staff fantastic. Was shocked that as we had booked through an agent we could get no points through ACCOR of which I'm a member. Buttons for light difficult to understand. Couldn't find which button in the dark.

Hi, My stay at Novotel was fine except this: I had a first invoice for the period 20th May until 31th May. During this period I consumed a Kit Kat from the mini bar and paid for it. For the second part of my stay, from 31th May to 7th June, I keep the same room and this Kit Kat has not been replaced in the mini bar. When I did the check out yesterday evening (Thursday 6th June), I explicitly said to the man at the reception: “be careful, there is no Kit Kat in the mini bar because I took it and payed it during the first part of my stay. I don’t want to be charged again for this”. I paid the invoice without the Kit Kat. Now this morning, I received by mail a new invoice with the Kit Kat charged !!! The price of the Kit Kat is not really the problem compared to the global cost of the stay, but it is a question of principle. You should pay attention to this, so I ask you to repay me the price of this Kit Kat. Regards, Laurent

Overall experience is good but you should have given more priority to le club Accor member. When I requested for just one pair of chopstick, you should have given it to me FOC instead of charging me SGD5.

Extremely happy with the overall experience of staying. The staff is very courteous and always ready to assist when asked for. We stayed for 6 days and the location of the hotel is spot on to roam around d in the city. All the major attraction is just 15 minute drive through taxi. MRT station is across the road and Clark quay night activities is just below as you get down. A very pleasant experience would recommend friends and family to stay.

Buffet food sub-standard and also bland. Pool area needs some greenery to make it more inviting, and perhaps an adjoining bar area with unobtrusive chill-lounge music. My colleague reported no hot water in his room on the first day. This was not fixed over the course of three days. This is unacceptable. There were tiny shards of broken glass left on a table in our meeting room (Mace). Obviously a glass was dropped and broken by your banquet or cleaning staff after the end of our meeting and not properly disposed of.
