From dirty room to doors that don't allow access and a nightclub that pounds all night. Lobby smells awful. Dirty cups left in room. Frayed towels each day. Disappointing to say the least

We stayed the your hotel from 3 Jan to 6 Jan. We had a relaxing time at your hotel. However the bathroom had smell (urine) despite been cleaned everyday. First 2 nights were peaceful untill your new guest with children arrived in the next door room. They children were left lose and they were very noisy, opening and shutting the doors, singing. We had to call the front desk twice in order to get this sorted. We couldnt sleep and we had 10.50 hour flight back home to New Zealand. Other than that we had a lovely room with city views. Thanks. We will return one day.

Staff is efficient and friendly. The facilities are good, A special plus is the mall including a supermarket next door. The only negative was the breakfast could have had more international variety, to include Asian foods (nasi goreng, more than one type of dim sum, more traditional Indian dishes such as briyani and masala, Japanese miso soup and tempura, etc.) Special thanks to Ms. Kumi Kanan for arranging a seamless check-in.

It was very good. Nice room. Good breakfast. Only onw thing. Ia sked for the newspapper and it didnt really work even though i mentioned it twice to the reception. I only got it 1 day out of the whole stay

Very good. Also upgraded as it is our 10th wedding anniversary and we also received a kind gesture of a fruit bowl in the room. Rooms were clean, restaurant was good with a very good breakfast selection and staff and Concierge were very accommodating. A very nice stay thank you.

We were well received by staff. Our stay was marred by the fact that we got a room that was not particularly higher up ( even though that was requested by our trave manager) . The air conditioning didn't work-we contacted reception and there was some slight improvement on the 1 st night. Air conditioning didn't work for 2 subsequent nights which interrupted our sleep greatly. A mechanic finally fixed it the next evening.

Location near Clarke Quay also you can choose 2 MRT station Clarke Quay or Fort Canning, Service Excelent, we got free upgrade and late checkout. If you're accor le club member, I suggest you chose this hotel. Decent Breakfast
