Overall, my partner and I had a great time and we will never hesitate to choose Sofitel once the opportunity arises. One comment though, the guy attending to guests at the breakfast room should be more customer friendly.

The hotel located near the city center and suitable for family and leisure. The sahoor serves Zamzam water which I impressed and the room is clean. The hotel also includes VIP lounge for Deserving guest!

The atmosphere of the place is more of a furnished Appartments style, it didn’t feel like a hotel plus missing small details like gardening the backyard instead of the green carpet would have been better. The view was good. The price is high compared to real experience.

« it was OK. »

the room was clean. the club lounge was above average. but the sweets there were not very good unfortunately. I really didn't like that i had to ask for drinks every time. even water comes in a glass and not a sealed bottle. the staff was great. friendly and helpful. the breakfast was great. the lobby service was a bit slow. my biggest issue was the honeymoon package. it was worse than anything I've seen since staying. the only good thing werer the flowers. the cake and sweets were way below average and I regret paying for that service. the windows were very dirty but to be fair, maybe it's because of the dust storm weather we had that week.

I been here for some days, including a meeting with customers. everything was good, apart prices and some issues with noisy neighbours. we made late ckech-in due to the night flight, and we pay for all night, when other hotels in Dammam offer a partial payment for the same.

Lunch and dinner buffet was almost identical. Food was good. No training facilities, swimming pool only for men and children and no spa at the hotel. I had expected more of a hotel like this, even in Saudi Arabia. However, the personnel at the hotel was very friendly.

« Hotel Sofitel a pleasure in Al-Khobar »

I was very pleased when I checked into the Sofitel in Al-Khobar. The room was very nice but felt that the restaurant Quality and options were very limited. The service staff were a 7 out of 10. I found the furniture in the lobby smelled like carpet that had carpet freshner sprinkled on them the vacuumed. Room cleanliness was quite nice.

actually, I was surprised form the hotel and the service too sorry to say that but actually, this hotel shall be changed this management totally or bring another hotel manger with a new vision and strategies during my stay, I was not feeling comfortable with all dimensions. my say was for business even the classroom the chairs were not comfortable also the printer was not working. my door card had replaced it every day, missing for a towel the good thing, employ his initiative and reaction that he makes my day after preparing a small cake and juice due to my wedding anniversary. the guy he is working in the coffee bar at M floor (i think his name markos)
