We stayed here during the lockdown. We ended up spending a lot of time in the hotel bar. The food was ok and we had drinks. The stay was good overall. The wall in my room was kind of dirty. This did not affect anything but I was just surprised because it was noticeable. Everything else was very nice.

Given our short notice for our 2nd stay on the 16th staff were very quick to accomodate us I guess staff should have told us the beds were "shorter" my husband & son are not overly tall however had to sleep diagonally Hotel & facilities are classy

I didn’t think the room was up to standard for the price and I thought it was very that we we’re charged $25 to park our car when we were informed that parking was available.

I was given a room with 2 bed. I did not have a continuous sleep as I got awaken by itchiness on my lower back and my arms. But as I was too tired from too much travelling I fell asleep again after few minutes. When I woke up in the morning I saw bite marks on my back and arms.

Why on earth would you squeeze an additional bed into a room that is barely big enough for a king, and then assign it to a couple???? Your room was rediculous. We could not access the ‘cupboard’ or the desk or window. Obviously a money-grab to turn a double room into a triple, which I think would be unbearablely small for 3 people with luggage.

The staff at reception could not have been more friendly. Similarly the housekeeping staff were great. The room was small with not cooking or heating facilities. A microwave would have been handy

« good staff, hotel needs some TLC »

For the price of the room we felt the room was a touch small, the bed was fantastic, the wall between the bathroom and bed had dirty workmans handprints on it. the thing that wasnt great but also not really in your control was their was a tour bus group staying on our floor, their group leader started banning on doors and loudly giving instructions on the days events at 5.15 to 5.45 AM, this wasnt great and was very loud! perhaps in future they should be asked to be respectful of others staying in the hotel.

It was great. I did not have to leave the hotel in the evening as everything was there. I had a drink on the balcony and a lovely meal at the restaurant. I opted for a continental breakfast and there was a great choice.
