Very poor welcoming at the front desk. Noisy room. Poor water sealing in the shower, all the water goes out of the shower to the entire bathroom area. Shower water pressure goes up and down and in occasions the water just shuts off for a moment and you have to wait until it comes back again. Horrible stay. I just wanted to finish my assignment as soon as possible.

Nothing out of the ordinary. In the contrary, I think that the check-in process took too long considering that I was already pre-checked through the online alternative the website offers, room 416 was infected with ants, water pressure and flow were constantly going on and off, and the shower was flooding the entire bathroom. No matter what I did, the water would go off over the small edge of the shower and ended up flooding the entire area.

« Too many technical failures with door key, tv and phone. »

Door key needed to be passed several times to unlock the door. Front desk changed door key for new ones but problem remained. Tv didn't work properly so I tried to call front desk but phone didn't work so I had to walk to front desk. After my complaint about the room condition I was moved to another room without any help.

The room, bed blanket and in general the condition of the room was good, clean and order in good shape. However there is no internet via ethernet, which is really a problem is you have meeting and need a reliable connection, wifi was really slow during peak hours (7-9 at night), that caused me some disruption during my meetings. There were not amenities, just soap, shampoo and a couple of board cups, "NO TOOTHBRUSH", "NO TOOTHPASTE", "NO SLEEPERS", "NO IRON"; I understand that is a budget hotel, but for the price of the room, I least my expectation is having toothbrush and toothpaste, I have used hotels in China for lower and they offer that same hotel level. I stayed for a couple of days and the hotel just provides laundry services, I needed just to iron my clothes, but was not possible since there were no iron available at all. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was ok, but those small detail cause me an unpleasant stay, again, for the price you expect at least that,.
