« Good as a hotel except the kitchen an restuarant are terrible »

The location is nice, the rooms are clean, housekeeping is good. Receptionists are polite but taking guest remarks lightly. The bread in everyday breakfast is at least two days old although I made a remark at the reception on my next morning of arrival (out of five days). Cheese and fruits are very poor in types and amounts. No table dressings, that you put your plate and silverwear on the glass table directly. The available TV channels are very poor in number and content (only one western movie channel) and lacking the most popular TV network in the middle east. That is "bein sports". Can be at least pay per view if not free.

It was really good. I stayed for 15 long days and enjoyed every bit of it especially people, who are always ready to help and the breakfast, Yummm! I will definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend every time to someone who asks for a stay in Kuwait. For the extra ordinary service, give my good regards to Joy ( at reception), Vignesh (Egg guy ;)), Barsha (Front desk). Also, thanks to all other staff members from cleaning my room daily to the Management. Keep it up guys :)

- the room was ok with a good view. the lunch was also ok. sometimes the service at the breakfast was a bit confused. some other guest and i had always to look where is the cook and on one day there was no bread available (at 6:30).

« was bad! i got beaten by mosquitos and still going through pain and discomfort »

It was not great, the rooms was not clean. Hair in the toilet! I moved my room the second night, but then got beaten by mosquitos that kept me in pain the whole day! the third night was even worse, with way more mosquito bites. I had to see a doctor on Friday

I usually stay at IBIS Salmiya in between work in Saudi. When checking in one of the senior staff asked if he could assist me to the allotted room. I didn't think it was necessary however accepted the offer from the sincerity with which it came. I found that the room was above the level I had paid for, and was informed that the drinks in the fridge were complementary. I realised that the management wanted to express their gratitude for the loyalty I was giving by staying there quite frequently. I was impressed with this show of generosity by IBIS Salmiya.

« Very small room, costly, no system, slow process »

I was really not satisfied about my experience due to: (1) Booking two beds, however on arrival they told me it is not available. (2) 1 guy in reception only, which result in slowness in checking-in or out. (3) At time of booking I saw that they have free parking, and once I arrived, I discovered that there is only few fre parkinng and others are chargable.

« Nice and quiet stay »

It was a nice experience,I had some comments that I would like to mention about my stay, There was no slippers in the room that I could use moving around. Also the towels!! Some of them were out of date or expired unfortunately and the color was not white (almost GREY color) to me it means that they were not of good quality and not clean enough. The air conditioning was a little bit hot at early morning (starting from 4 a.m) even though I put it on low temperature mode. I hope my comments will find your attention. Thank you Madawi Alsubaie
