« Two, One night stop overs on arriving and then leaving Australia »

Arrived late Saturday night and wanted a one night stay near the Domestic terminal ready for a flight next morning, location is great for that and staff were freindly and helpful, but the rooms are very small and the on suite shower/toilet areas are really poor, but as a one night stop off which was only for a few hours it was fine, although my return stay which again was only for a few hours before catching a flight early next morning found the room extremly dirty, even the bed linen had stains and lots of body hair, so it will not be a place i would stay again. Cant fault the staff they helped with arranging transfers to terminals etc

I went there in person to book a room for 1 night. The front office man want to charge me $159 which is too much. the big sign flashing all day and night for $99. I have stayed there plenty of times but this time really piss me off. So I went to other Ibis and they charged me only $89.I think Ibis budget should carefully treat their on going customer from now on. Thanking you.Daniel.

« The room is ok, nothing more »

The room is quite small, but it was clean and ok for one night in or out of the airport. the shower didn't have a door, so the bathroom floor gets a little wet, there was no shampoo. also, the minifridge made a lot of noise.

Friendly helpful staff and very understanding. I incorectly booked the wrong date online and staff were more than happy to chance to the correct booking. The Ibis Budget Motel is ideal place to stay close to airport and not to mention next door to "Krispy Creme."

The staff at the hotel was unfriendly and unhelpful. Our room was not clean, particularly the bathroom. The breakfast was horrible for the price we paid. We expected much better service and room quality having stayed at other Ibis hotels.

The hotel is basic but rooms are clean. The hotel is very close to the domestic terminal and McDonalds and crispy creme if you are after something to eat. The bathrooms in these hotels are a constant annoyance, with lack of hanging space and water everywhere in the floor.

Just one note from this and last stay. The rooms are kept pretty much spotless condition with one exception which I have noticed on this & past stays The toilet is clean except for a build up of dirt behind the toilet lid which is visible when the toilet seat cover is down - I looks very grotty..

I am a regular customer for this hotel. Easy to access from the domestic terminal without using shuttle or car. Very comfortable and I had a good sleep. There is a kettle which is very handy. My personal opinion, fridge is not necessary if we stay very short period as it makes noise.

Room was clean and modern - perfect for a v short stay between international and domestic flights. The only problem was the shower being too open to the rest of the bathroom and flooding - otherwise it all worked well.
