Found the walk long after a long day. Newly renovated room allocated was nice surprise. Noisy floor with baby crying all night. Much rather a room overlooking the food outlets as away from lifts etc. Better bathroom layout. Would like to see a variation on the blinds that have to be either up or down..

It was such a Blessing, after our delayed flight arrived at Sydney Airport around 10.45 pm, to be able to be whisked away to your establishment by Shuttle, booked in, with our heads hitting the pillows on a very comfortable bed, all by 11.30 pm. The room was cosy but had everything we needed for a good night's rest, a refreshing shower and the opportunity to have a great Buffett Breakfast with Barrista-Made-Coffee, before making an arduous train trip home to the Country.

As we were travelling through we rang and checked that we could leave our bags there for the day until we could check in and then we were charged $2.50 a bag. Also maybe look at 4pillows on a double bed or at least 2 pillows a bit fatter than a pancake

Unit was nice and clean and staff friendly. Only disappointment was we weren't aware the overnight parking was not free and was not clearly advertised on booking in online that it would cost an extra $35.00

It was another good nights stay at the hotel. Only one minor disappointment, the floor was not cleaned properly by the person who had cleaned the room. I mentioned this to the desk clerk and it was going to be attended to on the day that I left. Thank you.

Good service - comfortable furniture. Small rooms but adequate for overnight. Signage from airport not clear for us, particularly the use of lifts - eg does P3 mean the same as CP3? We have been a bit confused with the lifts each time we come. Overall very satisfied.

Multiple times i was woken with swearing, fighting, banging. Once this behavior was reported there should have been security to kick the patrons out. This behavior went all night into the morning. I will not stay at your hotel again.

The bed was clean and comfortable. Terrible smell of wet carpet from outside bathroom door. Hole in wall in bathroom partially and badly patched. Tatty shower curtain cut off about six inches above the floor so water all over the bathroom floor and out on to the carpet. Carpet and bathroom floor was grubby to say the best. Will never stay there again. Had to go to the next door hotel for drinks and dinner. Will stay there next time. Food was good atmosphere was pleasant and clean and staff were very friendly.
