Check in was easy. Room very clean and comfortable. Only problem was that we didn't have an electric kettle in the room, but this was quickly fixed when we went to reception. This hotel seems to be getting better each time we use it - far superior to a few years ago.

I’m a pretty easy person but Unfortunately I was unhappy with my stay. I booked the family and co package and booked the superior family rooms (my invoice stated 1 queen and 2 singles) I have a family of 3 children and my parents came too. We all (4 adults and 3 children) stood at the desk to check in and got to our rooms to find 1 queen bed in each room??? Not sure where she thought we would all sleep so I went back down and stated our situation and seemed easily fixed and got new rooms. We only seemed to get rooms with 1 queen and 1 single (one of my children slept in the other room) so I didn’t complain at that small issue however we had 2 pizza boxes and 2 empty cans still in our room on arrival. I walked the rubbish down to reception with a huge que of people and yes I didn’t make a huge deal out of it out of respect to the staff. I definitely didn’t get value for money as I didn’t even get what I paid for. Unfortunately we most likely wont be back.

We did not register as we tried unsuccessfully to cancel our booking because we were unable to contact you for TWO DAYS to ask a simple question can we get a car park. We have stayed a number of times over the years with your hotel at the Airport but we will never again, We are only Pensioners but we will gladly pay extra. We left our number with you and you said you would return our call despite a number of calls you never did. You just took our money....many thanks but never again And I will warn others!

I had 2 flights cancelled on me & thus could not return to Sydney on Friday evening. I attempted to call reception from 830pm to 1030pm & there was no-one to take my call. I then followed up with an email (with the address provided on my booking form). I have not any correspondence from the hotel. So I was most disappointed from being stuck in another city overnight along with not being able to get my money back due to it & the lack of ability to contact the hotel.

all was good, except the air-conditioner was running soooooo loud; and the pillows were really bad, it felt like they were filled with hundreds of tiny left over bits of foam. Otherwise all was good.

« It was an efficient way to ensure I could catch an early flight from Sydney Domestic Airport »

I found the room quite comfortable and reasonably proportioned for one night. I slept lightly from about 3am onwards, as lots of people were getting ready for early flights. In particular, the bathrooms seem to generate a bit of noise. But otherwise I was happy.

« Even Budget Accomodation Should Have a Standard »

First stay was terrible. Our room was not ready so we paid more at check-in. The difference in the rooms is not worth the extra dollars. We had a Broken Shower head, No complimentary soap or shampoo and a Broken Curtain that could only be held down in place with a screw. The small fridge was very noisy and sat uneven on the floor. The return stay was better. I refused to pay the extra for a better room after the last stay over fiasco. Shower was great. Room was great for the price. It was nothing to write home about but it was clean and had everything we needed for the overnight stay.

Budget means extremely budget. Shame Accor members do not accrue credits. But room clean enough. Mostly too tired to think about the cramped space and shower curtain hanging over toilet
