Great location for what we needed. Arrived late at night and could walk from the Domestic Airport to the hotel along a well lit path. Signage could be a little bigger. The hotel has 24hr reception which is great for late night arrivals. Checkin process was uncomplaticated and staff very friendly. Room was as advertised, clean but a little rundown, could do with an upgrade of decor. Breakfast in the morning was well presented and the coffee was great. Would use this hotel again for location and convience. Easy walk back to airport in the morning to collect our hire car.

I stay at the Ibis Sydney Airport frequently and always receive a warm and friendly welcome. The staff are always helpful and understanding. And the rooms are always clean and tidy. The Ibis is also just a quick walk to the Sydney Airport terminals.

Adequate. Improvements since formula 1 include tea making Breakfast is enough, but maybe better fruit with the yoghurt Room ok but tired with untreated mould in bathroom and non functioning air conditioning Good tv and position on wall

I booked my room in October 2017 when the room was advertised at ‘a low’ $107 with no cancellation because of the “great offer” and to book early and save. A few weeks before my stay I saw the rooms were being offered at $104 with free cancellation. I sent a complaint email advising that your marketing scheme is completing misleading and dirty. I explained the monetary value wasn’t the issue but the principal of situation as you had clearly claimed that booked early would save your customers money. I received an email back (from Anthony C?) advising that he was sorry there was a price difference. Completing disregarding the nature of the complaint. The experience left me feeling really slimy and dirty towards the company. It’s hard to put into words. More of a moral factor as you’ve used misleading marketing tactics to get your bookings. Won’t be using ibis budget Sydney airport again.

Your fridges are they toy ones with a shiny light inside??? As they are useless, not to mention ours was not on when we arrived I had medication with me in a cooler bag that needed to be kept COLD. I called downstairs and asked how long it took for the fridge to get cold, the reply was 10 minutes. Well after 9 hours it wasn’t even looking like cooling... behind the fridge when we pulled it out to switch it on was nothing short of filth. I think it hasn’t been cleaned since you installed the fridge. German cockroaches in the shower. Bad bad will be rethinking our next stay. I will be leaving a review on trip advisor once home

The accommodation is in a good spot for Sydney Domestic Airport travel. The Breakfast is nothing to write home about. Extremely average for a traveller. Have had better in other Ibis Hotels. Those that pay $14.50 each are totally ripped off.
