As above. Also upon entering, the hotel could be much enlivened by either a mirror, mural or other colourful art fixed to the very blank wall at the end of the corridor just before the lifts. Lack of lighting in the bedroom makes for a very gloomy stay (your staff did kindly find another standard lamp for us) the light switches are unmarked and fiddly to operate and the wardrobes are not user friendly.

The accommodations are very good. However, I sent an email the day before to Camila in order to check about the gym availability. She said it was under remodeling but I would grt a voucher to use a nerby gym. When I got there, the staff that checked me in didn’t know anything about voucher and said management was on a meeting and couldn’t do anything. I couldn’t work out and it really disappointed me.

Everything about the hotel is great, the staff is extremely polite and friendly, breakfast has an excellent selection, rooms are nice and spacious. Unfortunately not having a swimming pool plays a massive deal for me as I live in a coldish country and only visit Brazil once a year for a short period of time. Had I been aware of it being refurbished to coincide with my stay I would have booked a different hotel. Sadly the information on the website was not up to date.

The room was OK. The Check-in/out was fast and OK. Noise in the room. Swimming pool and Gym were closed with pre-information.

The hotel front desk staff and some of the restaurant staff spoke adequate English. Nice view out my window. Breakfast was decent. Internet worked well. Oddly, no washcloths are provided here. I had to bring my own. (Not unusual for Brazil hotels, though.)

I used to stay in this hotel when was managed by the previous brand, However, my overall feeling is that the quality decrease slightly, The events room has no equipment's available for telecom or teleconferences. The reception services were the best, Improved a lot and cleaning was good enough.
