The service is excellent, everyone was very helpful and proffesional. Rooms were clean, the food was great. We have requested a room for smorkers a couple of days before our stay and there was no problem about that. All in all it was a perfect holiday.

The room are little bit small. The hotel does not provide anything in the bathroom such as. Shampoo, soap if you need , need to pay. I believe , with the same price , I can find a better alternative.

Bad luck, there was heavy rebuilding work at the hotel on the day I stayed there, so more than one hour of very loud noise while trying to prepare my work for the next day (business trip), almost headache at the end Also, the bathroom was not properly cleaned (some hairs here and there... well visible)

Overall my husband and I enjoy staying at Ibis hotels across Europe. We travel allot and Ibis seems to our common choice of hotel. This time we spent a few nights in an Ibis Barcelona. Not because we were on vacation but because there was work being done on our apartment for a few days. We live in Barcelona. The stay started off nice. Very friendly professional staff , but then came your employee Yensi. She was rude and went out of her way to make our stay unpleasant. Your hotel Doesn’t offer a large selection of food sonI asked her and her colleague for a plate to bring to my room. She argued with me about that and even with her colleague who wanted very much to accomadate me. She was rude and had a scowl on her face when finally I got my plates. She said fine but you better bring them back downstairs after. I calmly and politely told her. No I will not be doing that. You can come and collect them thank you very much. Throughout the day Yensi went out of her way to make sure I felt unwelcome. Finally I told my husband about it and how upset I was about being treated this way. He promptly went downstairs to the reception to find a manager. There was aparently no manager on site that day. He ask Yensi why she was acting in this way and why she made it a point to make me feel unwelcome. Why she tried not to allow me to take the plate etc. Yensi argued and argued saying that it want true. My husband told her that “the fact that she is standing there arguing with a guest in front of her staff and other guest shows exactly the level of customer service skills she has. “ she is unprofessional and has no business representing IBIS hotels. This one staff member alone has made my husband And I second guess ever staying at an Ibis or affiliate hotel again. Thanks for you time. I hope Ibis takes this complaint seriously and does something about it. Kindest regards Jennifer van der P.

Not pleasant..worse experience at A Accorhotel. My room wasn't clean for three days. The breakfast is not friendly no diversity like the mercure hotels which offer varieties of food to choose from. We were on honeymoon and felt like a cage in our room.

The light did not work and was not repaired for 7 days in the room.Staff replaced the bulb twice and tried to fix the issue but with no success...the soap was not refilled or replaced..the bed not properly made by the maid...room keys wuit working and had to be replaced...the curtains/ shades need replacement...they are not functional...the bathroom mirror was scratched...
