The room was big and clean and I was please to find a minibar, because most Ibis hotels don't have a minibar in the room. The two beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything worked properly.

Stimate Domnule Bogdan D., Va multumim pentru review-ul transmis. ne pare rau ca sejurul avut nu a fost unul pe masura asteptarilor Dumneavoastra. Asa cum stiti probabil si ati vazut, in seara zilei de 31 Decembrie, in hotel s-a produs o avarie majora la conducta de apa calda care alimenteaza sistemul de incalzire. Din acest motiv, am fost nevoiti sa intrerupem, pentru o perioada, caldura pe sistemul centralizat de incalzire, ramanand insa cu caldura la capacitate maxima, pe caloriferele din baie. Am depus tot efortul necesar pentru ca acest eveniment total neasteptat si neplacut, atat pentru noi, cat si pentru oaspeti, (suntem constienti de asta), sa nu afecteze foarte mult activitatea hotelului si confortul oaspetilor. Va rog sa imi permiteti sa imi exprim regretul pentru cele petrecute. Va rog sa intelegeti ca aceast ca aceast eveniment a fost un accident, total neasteptat, care a reprezentat o noutate pentru noi. Va multumim pentru ca ne impartasiti nemultumirea Dumneavoastra si as dori sa va asigur de angajamentul nostru in a va oferi servicii la cele mai inalte standard. « Friendly hotel near the beach »

The staff was very friendly. I booked a standard room, so I received a room with a half view to the sea. The room was very big; it was quiet, so I could rest. Breakfast was very varied, so it could satisfy even somebody exigent. The hotel is near the beach. I stayed here before, even for New Year's Eve.

Wish we were able to control our heating controls in the room. It was quite hot, and opening the Windows let in the wind sound for which we could not sleep through.

La Ibis, depunem eforturi sa oferim servicii de calitate superioara pentru fiecare oaspete, si de aceea feed back-ul dumneavoastra este foarte important pentru noi. There was a bug in the system and I was charged with the standard price instead of the member's price. In the hallway there was a really intense draft and the noise could be heard from the room. They should provide some sort of long cushions to be placed in the doorway in order to soundproof the room.

It was too hot in the room and the air conditioner can't be fully stopped or adjust to other temperature. We was sleeping on open window in order to make normal temperature in the room, but then it was too noisy from the street, so we didn't sleep very well. Everything else was ok. Staff was supportive and the lobby was not bad.

Indeed, when we are in between seasons (autumn to winter and spring to summer), it is very difficult to be on everyone's taste. For some of our guests it is too hot in the rooms, for one of our guests is too cold. We do not have AC anymore, because there were some cold days and our guests asked for heating. Our central heating system does not permit to have AC and heating on the same time, that is why, we are aware that we have this situation for a limited period. I am happy thaw to see that our staff managed to take good care of you and generally your stay was a pleasant one. Very excited to come stay at Ibis but... 1st - long line at the reception + only one receptionist = half hour waiting with our 6-month old baby, not happy 2nd - toilet in the room was not clean 3rd - towels were apparently clean but obviously very old/used 4th - no roomservice 5th - used interior funiture, scretched doors/rusted heaters ...but the Black Sea view form the 6th floor was superb!

Was only there for 2 nights this time and got the same room as last time with sea-view thanks to a very friendly and professional staff as always. I was just a little confused over being offered 20 % discount on restaurant by Dragos the manager, but last time I was there in July I was not given the 20% discount although I ate there quite often in the restaurant, as an Accor member. I spoke to the reception manager about this and we cleared up any misunderstandings regarding receiving 20% discount on the restaurant. The manager was very professional about the issue and I feel happy with her offering me in future 20% off restaurant food there and free breakfast in future when I stay there. That is very kind and made my short stay with Ibis Constanta all the more enjoyable. I’m looking forward to coming again and feeling welcome by your always friendly and professional staff.
