There was a bug in the system and I was charged with the standard price instead of the member's price. In the hallway there was a really intense draft and the noise could be heard from the room. They should provide some sort of long cushions to be placed in the doorway in order to soundproof the room.

It was too hot in the room and the air conditioner can't be fully stopped or adjust to other temperature. We was sleeping on open window in order to make normal temperature in the room, but then it was too noisy from the street, so we didn't sleep very well. Everything else was ok. Staff was supportive and the lobby was not bad.

Indeed, when we are in between seasons (autumn to winter and spring to summer), it is very difficult to be on everyone's taste. For some of our guests it is too hot in the rooms, for one of our guests is too cold. We do not have AC anymore, because there were some cold days and our guests asked for heating. Our central heating system does not permit to have AC and heating on the same time, that is why, we are aware that we have this situation for a limited period. I am happy thaw to see that our staff managed to take good care of you and generally your stay was a pleasant one. Very excited to come stay at Ibis but... 1st - long line at the reception + only one receptionist = half hour waiting with our 6-month old baby, not happy 2nd - toilet in the room was not clean 3rd - towels were apparently clean but obviously very old/used 4th - no roomservice 5th - used interior funiture, scretched doors/rusted heaters ...but the Black Sea view form the 6th floor was superb!

Was only there for 2 nights this time and got the same room as last time with sea-view thanks to a very friendly and professional staff as always. I was just a little confused over being offered 20 % discount on restaurant by Dragos the manager, but last time I was there in July I was not given the 20% discount although I ate there quite often in the restaurant, as an Accor member. I spoke to the reception manager about this and we cleared up any misunderstandings regarding receiving 20% discount on the restaurant. The manager was very professional about the issue and I feel happy with her offering me in future 20% off restaurant food there and free breakfast in future when I stay there. That is very kind and made my short stay with Ibis Constanta all the more enjoyable. I’m looking forward to coming again and feeling welcome by your always friendly and professional staff. I've travelled to Constanța and stayed at Ibis for three nights. I think you offered excellent breakfast and nice, cosy, clean rooms. But! Door cards don't work. I changed 3 during a 3 nights stay Girls at reception are sweet, but slow and get confused easilly. Since I organized an event in Constanța, I needed receipts on the name of my company and because it needed a little bit of managing, I had to wait long times at the reception. Also, the receptionist asked me to let other people get their accomodation first, since my reservation issue was causing a line (but she was alone at the desk, so it took even more time)

I came here on Business Trip and was in Constanta IBIS for a month. It was extremely best experience being in IBIS in-front of Black Sea and amazing location around this place. Got back lot of memories from this place. The food was amazing and all the persons working there had given a wonderful customer experience. I look forward to come again in Constanta and stay here.

Regarding your observations, we have to explain that indeed, during week ends, the breakfast hour is extended. Apart of this, we have, from our experience the hours and intervals when we have the maximum occupancy at breakfast. Even if breakfast is extended until 11.00, between 10.00 and 11.00 AM there are no many people (can be exceptions, we know). That is why, the refill is made with a lower quantity of products, in order to avoid food waste. But, I am sure that if a guest is asking for something which is no longer available at the buffet, our breakfast team is there to respond to all needs. Anyway, I will share your comments with my team, in order to be more attentive to this aspect. Everything was fine. The only problem was that I booked here because of the pool that was shown in the booking photos (which is no longer included) . Unfortunately there was no pool, which was rather disappointing especially as I'd used 6000 reward points for this very reason.

I stayed in this hotel since it was first opened, many years ago. Comparing with my last stay, few years ago, I saw a clear improvement in quality. Rooms are clean, hotel looks better maintained and breakfast has improved. Staff is ok, but maintain the strange habit to first offer a bad room. The first room was on the corner and was terrible smelling chlorine. Second room, with partial sea view, was very much ok. But nothing special for my very long time membership.

Friendly staff. Good breakfas. Very clean, except- the windows and the air conditioning fan (mold and dust!). And no mousquito nets to the windows. Dislike the sandwiches to the bar. And is necessary to have some water in the minibar.
