What I liked: clean, nice employees, next to the beach an to the central pedestrian area. I did not like: poor quality breakfast although you have many options the hot stuff was like one day old, really old and tired towels, not a single spare blanket in the room. I hope they will work and fix the problems, I plan to come back quite often.

Nice hotel, excellent location, great breakfast, I'll stay again when I'll have the opportunity.

The Hotel is clean and has nice personnel, the location is excellent, close to the beach and easy to take a taxi if you want to go somewhere else, the breakfast has a large variety of food, the apple pie was excellent.

1. your staff could not figure out how to control 2 rooms of young people from having loud music, horrible sounds, party-ing from 01 to 05 a clock in the morning, etc for 2 nights in a row even if I made several complains to the desk staff. 2. what kind of hotel does not have a parking for their customers. You have a parking but is a paid one for your customers and more than that, no one is telling you is a paid parking untill the end when you go to pay your stay and you find out you have to pay the parking also

Imi pare rau ca experienta in hotelul nostru nu s-a ridicat la nivelul asteptarilor dumneavoastra. Va rog sa imi permiteti sa imi exprim regretul pentru cele petrecute. La Ibis, depunem eforturi sa oferim servicii de calitate superioara pentru fiecare oaspete, si de aceea feed back-ul dumneavoastra este foarte important pentru noi. Am discutat cu receptionerul care a fost in tura si care a raspuns sesizarii Dumneavoastra telefonice. Colega noastra din receptie a urcat personal pe etajul unde erati cazat, precum si pe etajele imediat superior si imediat inferior dar nu a constatat galagie si v-a sunat in camera sa va comunice acest lucru. Cu siguranta daca era, asa cum spuneti, muzica tare, suntete groaznice, petrecere si galagie intr-o camera, cu siguranta am fi avut si alte multiple sesizari ale oaspetilor din hotel, insa nu am avut asa ceva. Parcarea hotelului a fost intotdeauna cu plata, inca de la deschidere in 2005. Acest lucru este semnalat prin panourile amplasate in parcare. Compania care asigura monitorizarea parcarii informeaza oaspetii despre costuri. De altfel, chiar pe biletul de parcare pe care orice oaspete in primeste la intrarea in parcare este mentionat acest lucru. Va asigur ca voi discuta toate aceste aspecte cu managerii echipelor implicate in sesizarile facute de Dvs si le voi aduce la cunostinta acest review Apreciem faptul ca ne impartasiti nemultumirea dumneavoastra si speram ca ne veti oferi oportunitatea de a va servi mai bine in viitorul apropiat. It is a the best place for visiting Constanta: near beach, near downtown everything interesting could be visit by walking. But it is just an Old Ibis, and the furniture, toils, sheets, carpet are too old. They try to keep its clean but is not enough.

We were for the third time at Ibis Constanta where everything was, as usual, PERFECT! A small suggestion, useful for everyone: because in the room where there is no "europa" current supply socket, installing a "USA-EUROPA" adapter in the plug-in socket would be very useful for those who want to work night at the laptop and not to bother those who sleep in the other room.

The Hotel is the best location possible for visiting Constanța. Near beach, near downtown and the restaurants. Everything interesting for visiting in Constanta is close enough for walking (Ovidiu place, Museum, Royal Palace or Casino). The Services are good, but is an Old Ibis who needs investments: new toils, lingeries and profesional refreshment of the carpet. They try keep it clean, but is not enough. Everything is too old.

Overall i was most satisfied.

In general, very good . But it is not good to see the staff in the restaurant with sullen face (especially the short, a bit fat lady who seems to be the responsible of the restaurant in the mornings). It is also the same with the staff at the reception. They always speak with phones and we had to wait some around 5 minutes to ask something.

I am happy staying in Ibis hotel but I was more happy if they have a small refrigerator with cold water in room!

Hotel was clean but is low quality and provides limited service. No air conditioning available on very warm days and nights, making it very difficult to rest (was told to just open window). Elevator out of service for entire week. Restaurant late opening every morning, making it difficult for people with work commitments. Good location but would not recommend.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Regarding your comments, please allow us to make some observations. - on February we are still on winter mode, so there is no AC. but heating in the rooms. During the night the temperature are quite low, even if for 2-3 hours/day it is warmer. So, we cannot switch on AC until we have at least 5 days with higher temperatures during the day and night. We know that is very difficult to be on everyone's taste in between season, because for some guests is too hot, for some is too cold.. - indeed, one of the elevators was in maintenance, but the other one was working in excellent conditions, so it was not that our guests could not go up to the rooms.. - breakfast buffet is opening at 06.30 AM. We are the only one hotel in the area with so early breakfast, very appreciated by our guests. More than that, as it it advertised, we have the "Early Bird breakfast" from 04.00 - 06.30 AM with beverages and pastries. We understand that our working hours for restaurant were not according to your schedule, but we consider that is not a reason for not recommending our location.
