The staff is always friendly and helpful. I had a great room with fantastic view to the Black Sea coast. The touristic area with lots of nice restaurants is at a 2 minutes walk. I will come back as soon as possible!

« Nice, homey, welcoming, but some aspects could be improved »

The bookig was on a short notice via the Accor App oin my phone. I reached out the hotel, due to the fact that it was New Year’s eve the parking lot was full but I managed to find a spot nearby. The front desk was really welcoming and polite. The room was clean and tidy but had a musky smell inside, not sure if it was the old carpet or the air con, but at the first impression wehen getting in the room it was unpleasant. I would liked to have a full minibar and either pay at the checkout or pay in advance some warranty fees, it would have brought a nice touch to the stay. Other than this, it was a general Ibis experience with which I’m accustomed with.

My stay at Ibis Constanta was great. My only remark, as a vegetarian, is that lunch doesn’t include vegetarian options, so my suggestion is that you try to have at least one option for us :)

« Decent place, good location »

I only stayed 1 night in December. Its a bit tired but a good price so.... Reception was easy, room was large and clean with a sea view, big bathroom. Breakfast was a decent choice. Gym is very nice. Great location for station (15 minute walk) or old town (3 minutes) and sea (1 minute). In brief, its a bit tired but clean and in a great location.

My stay was satisfactory less breakfast when I served various dishes which were good but one,mash beans, was fermented,imposible to eat it without coming into stomach troubles. I warned the young lady serving about the quality of mash beans but I do not know the steps undertaken because I left.

In ce priveste observatiile facute, facem precizarea ca hotelul dispune de loc de joaca pentru copii, insa doar pe perioada verii, cand avem multi oaspeti sositi in vacanta cu copiii. Fiind un hotel preponderent de business, acest serviciu nu este unul permanent. In ce priveste parcarea hotelul dispune de o parcare privata, cu plata, pazita 24/7, precum si de spatii de parcare pe domeniul public, pe strazile care marginesc hotelul. « Good hotel »

The hotel is close to sea shores , some rooms can enjoy a wonderful view of the beaches. The hotel is very close to the old city center too, confortable with all the main places for restaurants, clubs and lounge-bar. My room was very wide, is minimal but usable stuff. Breakfast is pretty good, with a few of variety.

« Very disappointing »

I had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at this hotel for a conference I had attended. Although very well placed, only within a few meter of the beach, with some sea-view rooms, the hotel is a large disappointment. It's very poorly maintained and outdated. The room I got smelled like someone had smoked at least two packs of cigarettes inside every day since it opened. The curtain had a giant tear in it and the TV channels were all fuzzy, mostly unwatchable. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, letting a huge pool of water to gather in the middle of the bathroom. Despite the fact that it was autumn, the room got very hot even with the heating completely stopped, and the AC for cooling it was not operational. I had to wake up several times a night to open the window to cool the room. The "minibar" was just an empty fridge. The prices are a total ripoff for an off-season period. The conference rooms are just horrid.The projectors also produce a fuzzy, bad quality image and the ceilings have light fixtures falling out of them. At least the linen and towel were clean, but that and the location are the only positives for this hotel.

« nice place, good value for the money »

the hotel is nice located in the old part of Constanta, with see view and many good restaurants in the near by. the breakfast is a bit boring, but all in all fine, the staff is friendly and they try their best to support the customers, the room was clean and nice to use, maybe the cupboard too small for a long stay, but as the hotel is not from the new ones, I was sometimes been missing the socket for the phone/notebook charger in the near by of the bed, just the one available on the table, the new pillows are a bit high for me, but the staff give me another one and all went well

« The joys of Romania »

Hotel style and position within Constanta was very good. The bar area was sparse as it was mainly laid out for eating in a coffee shop style, hence no real bar or lounge area to relax and watch TV. Hotel rooms basic but sufficient. Electrical power cut during the afternoon disabled all facilities and lifts etc. Reception staff were very helpful and their spoken English was very good.
