« Hotel needs renovation »

Location was fantastic. Staff were friendly. But the building needs urgent renovation. The bed is out of date. The toilet did not flush. Very disappointing.

« Very good choice for Black Sea Escape »

I had a room with sea view, quite spacious and very clean. It was the second stay in this hotel and I found it an excellent choice for an weekend at Black Sea, but also for a business trip. The breakfast is normal standard for an Ibiss hotel and you can have a decent breakfast. As I like to drink coffee I recommend the hotel management to improve the quality of coffee served at breakfast. For me coffee served at breakfast is very important. But they have an excellent apple pie home made.

The hotel is on the beach. The staff is friendly. Room was nice, with a lot of windows, light and also sea view. The furniture in the room was a bit old but room was clean. Hotel is near the old city center, restaurants and bars.

Hotel was actually fine at overall but i always dissatisfied a policy of your good hotels complimentary policy. Its not that much costy to include only a bottle of water and some coffee or teas in the rooms daily basis. I Hope you reconsider to change your general policy.

The same day we checked is my husband got food poisoning with something he got on the road from Bucharest to Constanta! With no exception! everybody from the reception, to the bar, restaurant, the kitchen up to the cleaning ladies was very helpful !

very nice, clean, confy, quiet, and in the best location :) i was unfortunately a bit disappointed to see that the kitchen menu was all removed, and a very limited menu is now in place. None of our previous dishes we had were there any more. Even Cesar Salad (everyone like that) is gone... local dishes were also removed

We really loved the idea of having a sofa, besides the Queen size bed. We had a really nice view. Also, a big advantage is the fact that the hotel is located very close to a lot of very good restaurants. The only thing I would recommend you to change is the shower - the water pressure was very low; this is the reason my rating is 9.

Very pleasant hotel; staff most helpful and polite, room very clean, bed comfortable. Free Wi-Fi quick enough for good video calls. Good buffet breakfast. Location, in the nice old part of the town and right on the beach. Very good value for money. I shall be staying there again.
