My two nights stay was on my birthday. Got a surprise from the hotel for birthday cake. Room is good, seeming that it was renovated recently.Breakfast is provided with the variety of choices. The location is good, near the subway station. However, the traffic is very bad during the morning and evening. Travelling with own car is a bit difficult.

Very strategic location for shopping & restaurants though the roads leading to the hotel is constantly congested. Do not try to access through Asoke Road during peak hours, you can be stuck for 30 min just to travel for a block.

From the airport representative who recognized us from a picture we sent to the concierge who helped us with all our transportation arrangements and all staff in between the level of service and attention to detail was above all our expectations. The hotel location is excellent and convenient close to RT and PTS train station not to mention the incredible six story shopping center across the street where you can conduct all your banking, simm card purchase, eating and shopping in one easy location. We highly recommend the Grand Mercure Bangkok Fortune hotel for anyone needing a centralized base of operations in Bangkok.

We were in Bangkok for a hockey tournament located at the mall across the street so the location was perfect for us. The weekend we were there also happened to be mine and my wife's wedding anniversary. All the ladies on the club floor were warm and friendly. Special thanks to Eddy and Miew who made us feel extra welcome which helped to make the weekend more relaxing and enjoyable.

From Check-in till Check-out, the service has been up to par, and sometimes above expectation! The only drawback is the toilet experience where the bowl wouldn't flush properly - it is like the bowl already had some issue with clogging, and that was the only taint.

Except for some minor renovation works conducted during my stay, everything else was great. I would like to compliment Ms Supharada (Miew) and Ms Chanatda (Faye) for their exceptional service during my stay last week. The hotel was running low on diet coke. Knowing that I am a fan of Diet Coke, they kept 2 cans for me when I visited the lounge. Their small actions really made my day. Kudos to your customer service team!

The hotel is located next to Fortune Town, opposite to Central Rama 9 Plaza and nearby to subway station. The location also very packed with cars and busy during peak hours. The hotel staff assisted me in looking for a last minute taxi after I've waited Grab driver that I had booked advance prior departure who were late at 30 minutes. The best advice is to always use taxi from the hotel itself. Area that need improvement is in the dining area, breakfast menu buffet should be seperated pork and non-pork sections so the muslim guests are comfortable in choosing the food.
