we have some challenges for the hotel booking due to changes from individual booking to group booking. Hotel staffs are very patient with the repeating changes. Staffs at the 25th floor check in counter also being helpful and friendly to address the limo booking and cancelling request. thank you.

The hotel was very convenient for my reason to stay in Bangkok and for traveling around the city. It is a bit noisy at night-time, from the traffic if your room faces the main road.

Please be noted last day when i check out room needs to be clean but i found not sincere on this. But hotel location and food is satisfactory. suggested to bring more food for muslim and Indian. It will be great value in demand i hope.

It was a good experience, very accommodating personnel and helpful, except during our check out no body assisted us in carrying our luggage to the car service. Another funny thing the laundry bag and sleepers are for sale? What if customers used the sleepers already do you just wash it after?

About the bathroom slippers, I would take this opportunity to give you the explanation that these are high quality fabric slippers.Even though recycled, please rest assured that the slippers have been properly washed and 100% clean. If our guest has wish to take away these slippers, they can, with the extra charge. With regards to the laundry bag, we provide two options for our guests one is from our compliments and another one is payable in which a tag is attached with the price, I am sorry if this has not been clearly explain to you.I do hope that this experience will not deter you from returning to the hotel and look forward to personally being of assistance to you. Very comfortable and clean. Shower area should be considered for upgrading. It can be difficult for old people to step into a slippery bath tub. WiFi strength can also be improved for my room 1829.

1. In my check in day Receptionist requested to give additional 600 USD for deposit money . I understand terms and condition of hotels but I've never been see before like this request . I think it a lot of much and no need to give because i already paid my stay by my agent and i don't understand requesting for what i asked my friends who stay together in Hotle for how many they need to give deposit money they said just only 2000 THB . What is the different between me and my friends from other country . Very Very disappointed for me in My First Day. 2. Breakfast - Not much interested . I don't like your breakfast items that you treat for everyday. All breakfast items are quite same everyday. Want to suggest to change menu items for guest especially who are long stay . As for me i did not ate 3 days during my 6 night staying 3. Staffs are not much friendly (Receptionist , Belly Boy etc.., except housekeeping ) even they are not smile . 4. I noted that i'll not be stay for my other journey in Bangkok and also I'll not recommend to my friends to stay at your hotel . All the best Thanks Zun

All are good except the limited choice of food and reading material. I have been staying in this hotel many times over these years but the food offered almost the same. There should be more reading material allocated for hotel guests in-room & lobby area.

Hotel situated in good position of Bankok so we can easily access and visit to other place. Hotel service is quite nice except housekeeping sometime forget to refill food and beverage it can happen confusion between receptionist and us when we check out. Room are nice except alittle noisy at night ( refrigerator and HVAC noise) the rest are ok..food are great and staff are helpful.
