Very pleasant stay. There are details that could be improved, such as non-funcional hangers for trausers in the closet. Unfortunately, the noise of the traffic could be heard even as high as 26th floor.

For this visit I was upgraded to a suite and got lounge access in the evening. The room was truly amazing, and the offerings in the lounge were plenty. Enjoyed champagne combined with a number of various delicious dishes. I should also mention the entire team of staff, which looked very well after me throughout my entire stay. Will be back again next time.

Friendly staff, convenient location for work. The room was good but the air conditioner was noisy and dripping water. Also, a bit disorganized in checking in.

Daily cleaning was not enough at all. Just sweep trash, but left befind the corner of the room. Cannot believe named as grand mercure.

Not up to your usual standard - especially issues at check in and with TV in room

Nice and clean room, great gym. The lady at the restaurant counter for the breakfast buffet was extremely unfriendly and had poor service.

The check-in was fast and smooth. Room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were polite and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was lavish but not many vegetarian options. The vegetarian options were bread, salad and cereals. They had a small Indian corner but unfortunately the taste was pathetic (tried with no expectations). Last day I ordered pasta aribiatta (told the waitress several times that I need a pasta with no meat, no fish ), but they brought me the pasta with shrimps on top of it. When I complained they agreed to change it and apologized to me several times. It was OK, but not expected out of such a class hotel.
