We have stayed at the hotel for one night only. The room was big but air con was very loud and we couldn’t sleep. When we woke up in the morning the bathroom selling was leaking it was like rainy day inside (I did mention this at reception when we were leaving). The room wasn’t even on the top floor and I don’t know where the water come from. Food at the restaurant wasn’t good. I have order fish burger with salad but got fish burger with fries, plus it tasted like chicken. I had to ask if the fish is a fish. I think they just try all the meat and fish on one grill and no one is cleaning it. I would not recommend this hotel.

« It was bad . Rooms don’t have keys and wifi! Which is so so basic »

I am totally dissatisfied and I will never ever stay in mercury again!! The rooms don’t have keys .. so every time I had to tell the staff to open the door .. hotel did it even have wifi in the room which is abasing need!!!

It was pleasant albeit I just stayed for a single night. The person that greeted me at the front desk was cheerful and friendly. If there is anything that perhaps I'd recommend is, the air conditioning. While the AC worked and did do its job of keeping the room cool, but it wasn't what I had expected. When I decided to go to the balcony, it is expected that the cool air will disperse due to the open door, naturally. But when I did close the door to come back inside, it took quite a while for the room to cool down again. Which was somewhat of a let down. It'd be a lot better if the room had a better AC. All in all, I did have a pleasant stay.

« Good stay with excellent staff but the rooms need upgrading »

I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff but had some trouble with my room. The card / key entry did not work for the entire stay of 4 days. The room need some maintenance with loose taps and door handles. I was relocated to another room and the same was observed in the second room. The shower in the new room did not work properly.

There was a technical problem with the computer hence we were not able to be given a key to the room so we had to use the master key. Someone accompanied me to the room open and see if everything is okay then departed reminding me that once the computer problem is solved they will bring my key. I thought that was professionally done. Also during check out the front desk make sure that each customer is given full attention they deserve in addressing any issues that confronts them and once done then they turn to the next in line. Each customer is as valuable as the next one in line. Keep up this great attitude of customer oriented service.

Hotel room broken in to in the middle of the night while I was asleep in bed. All travel documents, passport, cash, drivers licence and mobile phone stolen. No safe in hotel room to secure items and suspect staff were involved

Dissapointed. My first room had a problematic air conditioning and cockroaches. My second room had bed bugs. I wasnt even able to call reception as phone lines were problematic. Cant even believe its an Accor hotel.

All was ok. Staff pleasant at reception, perha0s more focus on.guests requests as opposed to what they sound and talk like. Was a pity the a laundry was not available as per web site but things do break I suppose. Also no towels on rooms or pool towels to use till late arvo?! Maybe no laundry again

Friendly staff..clean room i like the pl.. good location handing to the shops n clubs not far frm the airport free shuttle bus...also it has its own hair salon n beauty massage thats the bonus of staying at the Mercure..need to do the hair or need to relaxed with a massage its all there no need to go anywhere
