Nice buffet BF each day. Entire front desk Staff always vey helpful! Room had both a double bed and a single bed. Hotel located off the main road between the Intl. airport and Nadi. Supermarket and fast food within a 5 minute walk.

Whilst the hotel is not 5 star, its perfect for a layover waiting for a flight as it's only 10 mins via shuttle form the airport. The best thing about the hotel was the staff - so warm and friendly and willing to help. The front office team made everything so easy and helped with future travel needs and arranged transport, it was very much appreciated.

We have stayed at the hotel for one night only. The room was big but air con was very loud and we couldn’t sleep. When we woke up in the morning the bathroom selling was leaking it was like rainy day inside (I did mention this at reception when we were leaving). The room wasn’t even on the top floor and I don’t know where the water come from. Food at the restaurant wasn’t good. I have order fish burger with salad but got fish burger with fries, plus it tasted like chicken. I had to ask if the fish is a fish. I think they just try all the meat and fish on one grill and no one is cleaning it. I would not recommend this hotel.

There was a technical problem with the computer hence we were not able to be given a key to the room so we had to use the master key. Someone accompanied me to the room open and see if everything is okay then departed reminding me that once the computer problem is solved they will bring my key. I thought that was professionally done. Also during check out the front desk make sure that each customer is given full attention they deserve in addressing any issues that confronts them and once done then they turn to the next in line. Each customer is as valuable as the next one in line. Keep up this great attitude of customer oriented service.

All was ok. Staff pleasant at reception, perha0s more focus on.guests requests as opposed to what they sound and talk like. Was a pity the a laundry was not available as per web site but things do break I suppose. Also no towels on rooms or pool towels to use till late arvo?! Maybe no laundry again

Clean and tidy rooms with close proximity to the airport. Reception let us check in early which was greatly appreciated. Check in & check out was speedy. Buffet breakfast quite good. Overall good value stay.

Bathroom was dirty, moulds in bathroom, bathroom window had no locks, balcony lock was cut in a way that anyone could open it from outside, pillow case and bed sheet was dirty, asked to check out for abit late as we checked in late - did not allow us

Usually stay here for an overnight business stay to save costs. However, it has sunk to untenable poor condition. Book in experience slow and uninviting, tap in bathroom over bath broken from wall. Units very tired, TV hopeless. Bar service was appalling and the final straw that convinced me never to come here again after many years staying here. Only saving grace was the breakfast which was very good.

This must be an embarrassment to the Accor Group. Sure it’s on the lower quality levels of their range of brands, but there are plenty of other Mecure and IBIS hotels that provide good value budget accommodation. Knock this one down and build one of those and install good management is the only way to go.

Vinaka team every one of the staff worked efficiently and made my stay at Mecure very pleasant. Special thanks to the chef on Sunday morning who made my breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and provided all that I needed. I enjoyed the breakfast selection. A good mix and variety.

Hotel was relatively close to airport, free shuttle was good. Shame the room was not as clean as we would have expected, There were stains on the wall in the bathroom but we only needed one night and it was sufficient for that

We had a confirmed reservation for the hotel, but upon arrival (and after checking in) were informed by the duty manager that they had double booked our room and it would be necessary to transfer to the Novotel hotel. After a long day travelling, this was not the welcome we expected. It was some time later when we finally arrived at the Novotel and the following morning had to be transferred back to the Mercure for an arranged pickup. The experience was extremely disappointing and not what we would expect from a large hotel chain.

This was my second time at this resort and I will continue to make it my choice when in Nadi. Buffet breakfast was quite good, many options. The dinner was very good for the price. The gift shop on compound is also great.

Our daughter is a medically diagnosed Coeliac. Trying to eat here was terrible. The staff had no idea of what we needed. We asked for no wheat, where the chips fried by themselves or anything else etc. They did not understand at all. We paid for our daughter to have breakfast thinking there would be at least fresh fruit, yoghurt etc that would be suitable for her however what a waste of money that was. The fruit looked like it was from a can and anything she could eat she wasn't sure if any cross contamination had occurred. So she barely ate a thing. I chose the Mercure to stay at because I was sure they would be up on people who suffer from these types of diseases but they have no idea. Do not stay here if you have a coeliac family member

Our Breakfast Buffet always has 3 selection of Fresh fruits daily ,3 yogurts 2 flavored and 1 natural. The Can fruits are peaches and pears as we do not grow these fruits locally this is why we served chilled. We stayed for 5 nights and had a plessent stay. Rooms were clean. Staff were lovely and very accommodating and food was expensive but nice. We were unfortunate to have been ripped off the first night by the beauty spa therapist there and found out later that we were not the only ones so if your planning on a massage go elsewhere. The staff at the hotel were lovely and did everything they could to make our stay a good experience. Lots of very good restaurants just outside hotel and busses and taxies right outside. Overall a great stay

i had a deluxe room so the room was nice and spacious, the bath was very worn and looked dirty because of this, the grout in the tiles and the ceiling in the bathrooms were mouldy. the staff were very friendly Internet very average and extremely expensive.

This hotels needs a full makeover from the reception, restaurant, and the rooms. It does not look appealing to entice to for the next trip stopover. Air-conditioning the room is noisey and the room had no power outlet to charge your phones. (I had to use the only power outlet in the bathroom). I must say that it is more suited for the locals rather than overseas tourists.

Air conditioning was patchy. In the evenings in particular, it was cooler outside the room than inside. Wifi was down periodically and the ridiculous 'code' system meant that you had to be back and forth to reception to top up access. No towels during the day -- they collect in the morning, and there's no replenishment till late afternoon -- so no showers during the day. Room attendants did a great job -- thorough job every day.

The hotel is extremely tatty, the bathrooms come complete with black mound. Towels are taken at 9am & returned at 5pm, reception staff shunned their responsibilities, breakfast overpriced for choice on offer. Balcony full of bird poop & big holes in brickwork. Advise Sky TV in rooms, beg to differ! Rooms spotlessly clean but overall felt like one step up from a back packers hostel. Surprised Mecure put their name and brand to this. The location is good as easy to travel, good selection of restaurants near by. Do not stay here if you are wanting a resort experience, the hotel is on the main road to the airport, pool is functional but can be dirty by the afternoon. Only 4 sunbeds, relaxation areas tatty, rubbish is not removed swiftly so attracts flies. to use internet they make you sign up for a reward card & have to get internet codes on a daily basis. Only stay if you are going to be out and about touring, fine to just use as a base to get your head down!

A bit outdated but nice little place. Staff were very lade back with a smile mostly. Check in and out was somewhat a littler slower then expected but understandable. Had some issues with interne code where system was down multiple times. Room was expected per island standards. Transfer to and from the airport a nice touch to the stay.
