Being a member of the Accor group over the years and having stayed in a multiple hotels across the globe with various brands in your chain - I must admit that this stay was by far the most disappointing...both in terms of standard of property and quality of services. I checked in with my spouse for our wedding anniversary & her birthday - was meant to be a special 5 days However, be it the food at the breakfast that we had included in our stay (for additional 1$ p/p) where we requested for omlette to be made in a fresh pan as my wife is mushroom allergic - on checking repeatedly we were finally informed 25 mins later that the staff in the kitchen are too busy to make this request - ridiculous for F&B service- all the items on the breakfast buffet were perpetually empty - the croissants, milk for the coffee, coffee in the vending machine, no low sugar option, cheese & fruits and overall lacked taste and variety. Now coming to our room - we were given a room mentioning that it was pool facing - which was not the case ( we ignored) - the balcony sliding door if opened - didnt lock back and needed maintenance staff along with some force from me to get it closed each time, The housekeeping was equally bad - soiled plates, glasses etc were left in the room and even the ones outside were not cleared. When we asked for fresh bath towels we were informed that they will be available only after 11.00 am - so asked for pool towels - even those were out of stock???!!!! The icing on the cake was when the area in the bathroom over the wash basin began leaking ( probably from the air con) - we called maintenance at 9pm when we realised that water was streaming out of the bathroom - we were offered a room change ( most difficlut when you have already stayed in 3 nites) and have your stuff all over??? The issue was looked into only the next morning - after we personally reached out to the maintenenace chap we saw on the property!! However, hours later it leaked again ! We could take this no more and although we were booked to stay till the 8th of Oct we checked-out a nite earlier on the 7th of Oct in sheer disappointment & disgust. As a loyal but hugely disappointed accor customer I would like to place my feedback on board and would like a formal response.

Unfortunately the air conditioning in the first room allocated to us was only blowing hot air, and the glass sliding door onto the balcony was stuck and could not be opened. We advised the desk, and was told a technician would come up to our room. We waited for 45 minutes, checked again with the desk and was told that he wasn't sure how long the technician might be. We asked to be moved to a room with air conditioning, as it was a humid afternoon. The receptionist needed to speak to the manager, who upon checking out our room himself agreed to move us to another room. The air conditioner still struggled to cool the air, but with the assistance of the pedestal fan was sufficient to keep comfortable. We appreciated the assistance of the manager, but each room had a pedestal fan indicating that perhaps all the air conditioners had issues.

We have also had some power fluctuation also last month which has triggered problems with Air Condition, this has been fixed. The Good news is we have received our new chiller yesterday and will be installed sometimes this month. By November 2019 we will have a brand new chiller at the Mercure Nadi Hotel. As any other hotel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Room was adequate. Beds needed replacing. Bathroom needs total overhaul. Tour desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Bar staff require more training in cocktail making and presentation. Most restaurant staff were good. Reception staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Breakfast options need to be expanded to cater for Australian palate.

I had called on two occasions prior to our arrival from brisbane wanting to extend our visit by an extra night. First call I was advised that the hotel was fully booked and that we were on a wait list which was fine. 2nd call the day before our arrival i was told that the 2nd night was confirmed. On our arrival I was told that was not the case and that I would have to find alternative accom for the 2nd night. I had my family with me and I would have cancelled our reservation if I had known this to prevent having to check out and go to another hotel. Other than that the room and the service was well below Mecure standard. I will not stay at your hotel again. Regards Ross P..

It was good. Hotel staff weren’t that friendly. water should be provided to rooms and we had no bath plug. We booked on the airport shuttle and waited and they told us it was now full, even though we booked the day before.

Staff : They were polite and friendly which reflected in their Service. Big Bula Smiles All Around - for ALL Guests not only Tourists. Food : the food was really good except there wasn’t a wide range on the dinner menu eg. I had asked for the simple fish and chips but was kindly notified that this particular dish is only available during lunch. Accommodation : Rooms, bed sheets, towels, bath room accessories were Clean. WiFi - Slow to non existent for the most part. Overall - Except for the WiFi and the food I would say that the experience was good and pleasant. Great Staff including the evening singer and most of all - No Bed Bugs.

We arrived with young children and couldn’t get into our room until 4pm. We ate lunch assuming we could book to our room and got a phone call at 9:40pm to ask us to come pay cash as you apparently aren’t able to do that but no one had said anything about it at the time. By this stage we’d all been asleep for a couple of hours as we had a 5am wake up for our flight and we were quite irate. Sheets felt sandy. No plug in the bathroom for the bath. Facilities functional but dated and dirty looking.

tried to enter my room and the key did not work..i walk up and down, to and fro from the room to the reception 3 times. only to walk back again with a staff to verify if my room was really inaccessible . then had another room given..took 30mins of standing with my luggage outside.

while my stay was ok, the checkout experience was very unsatisfactory. I had issues with getting my pre-authorization refunded to my card when I settled the bill fully in cash upon checking out. This was my first experience with a hotel charging the full amount of the room charges to your Card upon check-in. I am yet to hear from the hotel, even after informing the hotel twice of my case.
