Your staff is just amazing feel like they make the hotel worth staying at. Improvement can be done in terms of cleanliness of the room, pillows were brown n dirty inside, the rooms needs to be sprayed with pesticide infested with cocroaches

It is not as good as mecure in China. Generally speaking not so good. I have to mention an unpleasant experience during my stay. My daughter got fever and vomiting in 1st day of staying. She vomited and couldn’t eat anything over 3days. On 3rd day morning, when my daughter went to canteen and tried to eat,unfortunately she vomited again after ome bite of egg . I said sorry to waitress and asks her favor to clean.but she complained I shouldn’t let my daughter eat so much. When I explained she got sick. The waitress lady feedback with worse attitude that “so you should take her to hospital “ It’s unacceptable attitude. Last I suggeste you should have first aid Kit.

I found the staff and service very good. Staff always helpful and smiling. For me the only issue I had was air con. Not really cold. Had to ask for a fan. And the passage area leading down stairs.Lighting needs to improve. Too dark at night. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Vinaka

« I stay in mercure twice a year. This time the ezperience was bad. The aircons were not working and the manager couldnt come up with an amicable solution, until we had to insist that they do something about it. Yet the aircons were not fixed properly. »

we stayed there for 6 nights , 1. The AC in the rooms weren't working at all any of the days , we were given a pedestal fan to manage. 2. No complimentary water bottle in the room. 3. The Staff needs to understand that they are there to help the guests, every day when you call to ask for the wifi password , they will ask you to come down to the reception to take it down..why can't they send it across or just tell it over the phone ?? 4. The " SPA " wasnt open even a single day, having been told later that it is outsourced to someone who also handles another Star Hotel nearby ...we asked them if they can get the details of the services with the pricing so that we can fix an appointment..even after asking about 10 times, no updates from them. This merely shows that the staff isn't trained properly..even after writing a review on Tripadvisor during our stay , the GM or the Duty Manger replies saying they re extremely sorry rather than addressing the room guest directly and trying to talk to them..this would result in 0 return guests.. The restaurant food was not upto the mark..it was very very average. Definitely not willing to stay here again..

Firstly the air conditioning was down, breakfast -mostly the dining area was unattended and the birds were enjoying the uncovered foods. I was also locked out of my room in the afternoon even after settling the bill for another day over the counter in the morning.

Air conditioning worked at 20% capacity at best, blows black soot out onto beds probably breathing it in as well, had to turn it off at night due to the noise it made, was supplied with a fan. light fittings full of dust. Had to put sliding door back on track as couldn't open bathroom door. Paid extra for 7 breakfasts which when we had our first wouldn't go back. They cater to Indian with the only white food being pork sausages which we don't eat and potatoes. Had an omelette which had 3 ingredients only available, ham cheese and onion. I eat half of mine and my wife didn't tasted funny. Kitchen are stinks of old oil. I applied for a refund of 6 breakfasts that were not consumed,not received as yet. My Son rang and told me my solicitor rang me at hotel and was advised on 2 occasions that I was not registered at the hotel, on the 3 time he supplied my room no and left a message, which I did not receive upon my booking out, because the man he spoke too wasn't on that morning. Room had 2 hangers for 2 people for 7 days, maybe you should advertise bring your own. No wifi in rooms this is 2019 really! We have visited 30 countries and stayed at many Accor hotels with the Nadi Mercure being hands down the worst. The staff are excellent and handle all the complaints well but then they have had lots of practice I guess. I didn't read any reviews before booking as I went with the name, I will never make that mistake again as the majority of reviews agree with mine.

The room offered didn't have a working A/C. Made it miserable in the hot and humid Nadi heat. They offered fans but the fans weren't effective as well.

We stayed for one night before transferring to an island resort. Beds were comfortable, staff friendly and breakfast was nice. The bathroom was disappointing as the shower head was broken and the sliding door kept getting stuck. Overall, fine for our purpose.

we were unsatisfied with the reservations staff. we had to wait for almost 3 hours for the check in. the guy was just didnt what he was doing.And house keeping were working at own pace ,no efficiency as the guest were waiting for so long. At last the lady Ana came to our rescue. she send this reservation guy and i saw this guy helping house keeping to clean the room so we can check in. also no breakfast, drinks in bar very expensive ,no activities or entertainment, pool looked as pump were not working. this was my 4th stay Mecure, but this just terrible. a day before we were in in Hideaway resort for same price inclusive of breakfast which was just wow... happy drinks were half price where i bought for $4.45 . so GM please just look into it. I booked for 4nights in October for our little honeymoon getaway from 20 Dec to 24 Dec 2018 with my husband and son. Upon arrival at 2am in the morning (flight arrived at 12am), we were referred to room 128 and the air con in the room didn't work. We called the reception and she referred us to another room in the 2nd floor. We went there and there was only one (1) queen size bed yet i booked for the 2 queen size bed room for me, my husband and my son (2adults, 1child). Luckily, my son came late up to Nadi to meet us so that there was only two of us and the one queen size bed was sufficient at the time especially because we were both so tired. The next day, they referred us to another room not far from this one we slept in and although it had two beds, it was hot, the air con was working but it was not cool at all, to compensate - they provided an electric fan to help cool the room because it was 27degrees outside and this room was super hot like running on 22degrees. In the night, it was a bit cooler but we still felt the heat from the day, so I called the bar services and asked for a bucket of ice. The girl said they will charge the normal room service fee for bringing the bucket of ice up, which i said was okay and if they could just charge it to the room and we will pay when we check out . However, they refused and said i had to pay cash to the girl bringing the bucket of ice up, i asked why and they said because i already paid for my room in cash and therefore, i need to pay in cash for the room service fee. When i refused and told them i dont have cash on me at the time because i will have to go to the ATM the next day to withdraw money, they refused to bring the bucket of ice to my room and told me to come down to the bar and pick it up myself. Never in my travelling life have i come across such poor attitude from staff members of a hotel like this - no hospitality and no courtesy. I am never staying in this hotel anymore when i go to Nadi.
