« Great night's sleep, but not managed properly »

The location of the hotel designing and facilities are absolutely fantastic. Checked in during very busy Friday night period - receptionist did not have our name, we had to wait for nearly 20 minutes while priority was given to drop-in customers vs pre-booked reservations. 3rd child bed was not made and towell was missing. Still, peaceful and quiet location offers great rest, yet id within easy reach of good shopping and dining amenities.

Newly painted room, comfy bed and air con was a bonus. Quiet position but close to restaurants and easy access to autoroute. Good value with nice breakfast. Negatives were the toilet was badly stained. Did not receive SMS of room number after online check-in.

Over ok Was not told my the staff that breakfast was finished at 9.30 am Unlike the other one I had stayed at was 10am So wasted my money. Staff did not want to refund my money for something I did not have.

« Worst Ibis ever »

This is clearly the worst Ibis I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot. Dirty, stinky room with filthy walls. It was like staying in an HotelF1 year’s ago. But they were good value, this wasn’t. Very disappointed

The hotel is located at Technopole zone, closed to commercial area. Very continent to go to supermarket and several fast-food restaurants are around (walking distance only!) Plenty of free parking places and around 15 min drive to central city!

The hotel is well located, the city is amazing and worth a visit, the staff was amazing, but the carpet inside and outside the rooms is disgusting and it stinks like all you can imagine, it needs to be changed

I have been coming to this hotel for at least once a year. This year I noticed that it requires a paint, the floor coverings are very dirty and the cleaning is badly done. Unfortunately, I think that after so many years a thorough recovery is highly desirable.

On arrival we gave the receptionist our paperwork, to be told that we had not paid for our room and our friends room, after traveling 400 miles then she put us onto interpreter/manager. Who told us over the phone there was a charge of €4.60 to pay for taxes. We then were told him we had already paid in full. Then he came back to say we had €82.00 to pay. After arriving at 8.30 pm we then finally room code at 11.30 pm. This was very poor with no apologies and one to contact us to apologise for the inconvenience.
