Room 7126 had an unpleasant smell from the air conditioning. It smells like sewage therefore I couldn’t sleep upon checking in at 2am. By 5am I had to drag my bags to the reception to request to change to another roo,. The front desk personnel was very helpful and immediately changed my room.

I always choose stay Novotel Mangga Dua Hotel when have had business or family visiting in Jakarta. The Location closed to my office and also facilities (big swimming pool and nice gym), and clean as well. Novotel staffs are very friendly and very helpful. I am very appreciate Cynthia who always help me every time i book the room.

Friendly. The front counter , the concierge & the housekeeping staff are all friendly. The concierge staff even used his hand phone to contact the driver who would send me to airport since I didn't see his car.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Novotel Mangga dua square. The facility was very nice and completely clean. The pool was quite big and child friendly. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, and I was impressed with the large variety of the breakfast selection. To be honest I did not expect to find a hotel like this in this part of the city. What a hidden Gem. :))

Overall stay was satisfactory with possibility for improvement. - Check-in was okay. Could be better if the check-in process can be attended to more promptly. One staff was attending to a guest for check-in. I have to wait for 10mins +/- before a 2nd Staff came out to attend to me. Staff could have informed his colleague earlier. - Room is clean & spacious - Possibility to improve on the TV quality & reception. All channels were fuzzy & have trouble viewing. - Check-out was prompt.

I stayed at the Manga Dua Hotel and I was very upset about my situation in three rooms very far away from each other wthe my family and Mr. Iqbal intervened and I was transferred on the second day to adjoining rooms thank for Mr iqbal .
