In the room condition was good. I just commend a litle is during stay 6th fool level found some sound may be repairinng something in the near room. The breakfast was OK.

The kind hotel personnel managed to upgrade us to a larger room with additional single bed and a sofa. My kids had enjoyed themselves very much in this hotel stay. Breakfast spread is simple yet sufficient. The hotel staffs are very friendly. Room is clean. Overall, very pleasant stay with my family I would say. Keep it up the good job!

It was a brief 3 nights stay but it was good to see your renovation and upgrading are almost completed. This enhances the feeling of returning to a hotel, which one is familiar with and that furniture previously worn out by high usage have been replaced. It was great to be back.

The hotel stay is great! Service is great. I enjoyed swimming in the pool and the gym facilities is sufficient. However, the shopping mall attached to it is quite empty, not much food options. The good thing is carrefour is at the basement.

If compare to other Novotel hotels in Indonesia , Novotel Mangga Dua are not the best nor the least . Anyway there are still plenty of rooms for improvement . Check in was smooth but some information that has to be telling or arrange to members were overlooked , especially welcome drinks and in room mini bar . Room , clean and decent .no complaint and it meet Novotel standard as usual . Good job to their house keeping . Lounge , service from staffs are not professional and quite rude . I personally feel that not inviting . Refeshment were not being refill immediately and it left empty for quite some time . Staff only serve with those guest that they prefer or comfortable with . Breakfast at lounge could be improve . Restaurant and bar at level 5 , I was visitng for welcome drinks and I had learned from a very gentleman and friendly staff Danil that the welcome drinks voucher in a thin paper sheet where issued by receptionist only able to claims Herbal drinks . After he realized I'm the le club member , he immediately apologize to me and he shown me the welcome drinks menu and he sincerity and prompt action actually were made me change my perspective on Novotel Mangga Dua . Overall , ibis styles Mangga Dua next to it were same management and I was wondering ibis styles guest service level are much better than Novotel . Anyway , if ibis styles is available I will rather choose ibis styles than Novotel even though my 1st visit .But if happen to revisit again , I hope to see Novotel improvement . Luckily Novotel Mangga Dua square service are the least among the Novotel Indonesia that I stayed .
