I have several times staying at Novotel Mangga Dua Square. Actually some reason why I like this hotel are, the swimming pool, the room, and the hospitality. I had a nice room during my stay at Novotel Mangga Dua Square, but I also have dissatisfaction. First, my room actually was a nice room to stay, but it was not so clean, my son has allergic to dust, and during our stay I heard him sneezing all the time, we had tried asking house keeping team to clean the room using their vacuum cleaner, but their vacuum cleaner was not in good condition. Second, I stayed at Novotel Mangga Dua Square for 6 nights 7 days, I also tried this hotel’s breakfast during my stay, the breakfast had not enough combination of food, my family feels bored with the breakfast and for additional it tasted not really delicious.

The stay was great, but the breakfast was not meet the international standard as more focused on satisfying local customers. I booked the the premier room with lounge access from 5 to 7 p.m. I was disappointed as the local beer we asked was out of stock and waited for 10 minute for replacement beer to be served.

It is very satisfying . You can improve the service by providing luggage delivery service from lobby to room and vice versa when the guest is coming to the hotel and leaving the hotel.

Good place, good service, delicious food We get little accident with rounded marmer table and we must pay with new price by IDR 1.2 m. It's make me sadly and have little trauma to my daughter who has broken the table.
