I did enjoy staying at the All Seasons resort. The staff were very helpful and very polite. The resort is very close to the markets and plenty of restaurants. I didn't get to use the pool because I found that if I didn't have my towel on a sun lounge by 8am you didn't get one and the sun really was on the one side of the pool and that was were the sun lounges were. I was on the 3rd level and as there wasn't a lift I found the stairs to be very off putting. The room was quite roomy but the bathroom was very very small. Had to dry yourself and get dressed in the other room. The rooms amenities were never replaced. Not sure even what was meant to be there besides a shower cap. I ate at the restaurants a couple of times and that was ok. Overall was a pleasant stay and would stay again but have the rooms on the bottom level which I saw as I had a friend stay in.

We have stayed at The All Seasons 3 times now and absolutely love it. The staff are AMAZING, the food is good, the rooms are good and we are always treated with respect.

The air conditioning was poor, even set at its lowest my room was not cooled sufficiently. The hot water in the shower was also very poor, no matter what time of the day I took a shower it was never hot, it was barely warm and that was without having any cold water mixed with the hot. On a number of occasions I was woken at 8:15 by housekeeping requesting to service my room, this necessitates me to have the do not disturb sign out every day. Housekeeping also did not replenish my toilet paper on a number of Occassion, my cups and glasses were not replaced with clean ones every day, on a number of occasions my coffee was not replenished forcing me to buy my own. My trash can in the bathroom was not emptied every day. Security and hotel staff were lovely, I will not be choosing your hotel in future as I was disappointed in the aspects I have mentioned above.

I think the hotel service needs some improvements 1. I had booked with dinner/lunch. Sadly for vegetarians the set meals has only 2 options Vegetarian Fried Rice and Veg Fried Noodles. We had really no choice. Had i knew its a set menu dinner, i would not have booked in the first place. The website said only Lunch/Dinner. I presumed it was a buffet dinner. 2. The room needs to have charging points near to the bed. Sadly the room does not have it that way which means at nights you can't work with charging mobile phones near bed. 3. The housekeeping was not up to mark. The shower cap was never there. The hot water was not even warm. 4. For the first time I experience a hotel not providing dental and shaving kit which is a norm in any hotel.

All services satisfied except bed linens and pillows. We stayed only 3 nights. Usually fir short stays we used to tell the staff not to change. However when we checked in we found the linens and pillows over used but we didn't asked for fresh ones.

« GREAT AREA AND LOVELY HELPFUL STAFF »

Another 10 day stay this year at All Seasons on Padma Utara. It’s lovely to be welcomed back and the staff and Manager are very friendly and helpful. I’ve met some wonderful guests there who have become friends. I also have friends amongst the staff. The beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious with fridge, safe and tea making facilities. No grassy grounds but the location is perfect for shopping and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance.
