« Ok room and ok price but VERY noisy »

The room was so loud it was almost unbearable, between the air conditioning and the fridge rattling away all night we could barely sleep the first few nights we were there, we had to turn it all off and be hot just so we could sleep. The price was ok, and the room amenities we acceptable but nothing special. We would pay more for a better hotel next time.

« Amazing hotel we loved everything! »

It was really enjoyable. We got a upgrade. We loved outdoor shower and room was very clean . New towels, sheets, tea ,coffee and water every day. There was nothing we didn't like. Pool was amazing and clean. It was one of the best hotel's we have stayed at in Bali and have been coming to Bali for many years. Will come here again. Thanks for a enjoyable holiday.

I paid for three rooms there, 1 by travel agent, and two booked by myself, paid rp 608.000 per night. I thought that kind hotel must has brush tooth in the bath room, unfortunately, when I asked receptionist, not prepared for guest. What kind of hotel that.., I have been many times staying at hotel, but this is the worst one in my life.

Everything about the room and the service was excellent however it was very difficult to secure a chair near the pool as the layout and size of the area meant there are very few chairs available around the pool

We stayed for a week then travelled to Kalimantan then returned for another week. Staff always remember us they are a delight to deal with especially reception staff a d nothing is too much trouble. Spa is excellent and we use it often. Special mention of Titi my preferred spa technician we use the pool daily. We ste at colours cafe for breakfast 4 times and had room service once.

A very good experience. We wish we hade more time to spend in the hotel to relax, use the pool etc. (rather than shopping and walking around.) location is great. Breakfast was good. Wanted to use the Spa but did not have time. The bathroom was small but was OK. Pls. have some toiletries (at least the soap, body wash & shampoo) The setting in the hotel was nice with the balcony facing the pool. A very good hotel with Value for Money.

Good hotel with a decent sized pool and refreshingly cool. Rooms were adequate with my only criticism being that the website shows nice bright rooms however this is not the case. Room was dark with insufficient lighting to be able to read in bed unless you read the book over the side table alongside the bed. Beds were extremely comfortable and air conditioning was good as well. Another minor criticism is the lack of sun beds around the pool. Certainly need more but I know space is limited but a few more could be placed around the bar area. Best asset of this hotel are the friendly smiling staff who look after every need. Very good location and a very short walk to the beach. Hopefully the change to Ibis in October will not change the place too much. Will return.
