Staff and facilities are always very good for the price of this hotel. My shower head in the outside bathroom wasn't the best though and probably needs to be replaced.

I found the rooms very nice the staff were very nice the pool and pool area excelent the restaurant very good the only thing was there was no tv in the lounge to watch the afl or rugby

Stayed 10 nights at this hotel. Room was of a great size and excellent shower pressure. Peaceful hotel and not a party destination which ensures a relaxing stay.

« Helpful staff but the hotel is starting to look worse for wear »

The staff were helpful and friendly The breakfast was very good The room had chipped paint, the door blind fell apart in our hands, the light shades had marks on them. The pool was very cold, the sun bed mattresses were very worn looking. I think the hotel tries hard and is very cheap but my overall experience was a little depressing.

« Mostly satisfied once again »

Another enjoyable stay, there were a few points to note to possibly improve the overall experience. Some of the staff have English understanding difficulty. I would suggest that parents with children be advised and mindful that they should ensure that their own children do not affect others by running and screaming around the pool area.

It was a nice stay. Clean big Rooms, nice Pool. I was not so happy with the Singer at dinner. He sings horrible and nice decent jazzmusic from a disc will be better.

Always good staff great although needs a bit of an upgrade rooms need a repaint & outdoor showers need a gerny & bleach been staying there for 5 years & nothing changed will definitely go back & stay again I always recommend this hotel & family members have or are going to stay as well
