Everything was good. Except the pillows. They were like sleeping on a hard mountain. Far too tall and hard. Food was AMAZING! Loved your hot chocolate!! Overall, it was a good stay.

The hotel is a no frills, no fuss establishment. Most of the basic things that a guest would need are provided in the room, including bathroom amenities. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The location is ideal, with various metro exits easily accessible from the hotel. The staff are courteous and helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish. Staff so helpful and friendly. Hotel perfectly located in Ginza for shops and metro station be;low hotel makes getting to Disney simple. Breakfast buffet superb and room perfect for a 4 day stop over. Free use smartphone an added bonus.

Stayed for 2nights. Booked via accor website due to accor rewards benefits, and enjoyed the gold benefits which includes early check in and welcome drink. Thank you for the kind arrangement. Also enjoyed the cocktail even although abit the time is abit short. Hotel location is good, very near to Ginza and many train stations.

Smooth check-in and -out, love the welcome drinks and snacks for members, comfortable pillows and bed. Up to-date room design and USB by the bedside but would be perfect if it's on both sides.

My stay at the Mercure Hotel Ginza was excellent. The front desk staff all had great English skills and offered a variety of services that I found extremely useful such as selling stamps and sending postcards. The room itself was well furnished. The only complaint I have is that the bed was too hard for my liking - I personally slept much better at other hotels.
