Hotel has a great location and the staff is super! Both the front desk and the bar, great time. However, they save money by not letting you lower the AC too much. My room was at best fresh and not cold. Sweated at night every night, very uncomfortable.

Overall , our stay there were OK. Though we found the hotel was understaffed at the reception. Normally, only one staff member was present. Making a little difficult to ask for some assistance.

Easy check in and check out. Very helpful reception staff. Room was comfortable with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Close to main shopping district and plenty of restaurants.

Convenient location just off the main street of the Ginza. Yurakucho Station (the stop before Tokyo) was a few blocks away. It would probably take about 20 minutes to walk to Tokyo Station with a case. There was access to the subway via the hotel although with stairs if you have a case. I liked the alcove with the wardrobe where I could put my case out of the way. Well appointed bathroom. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice both European, Japanese and Chinese.

I think it has not been usual but this time room keeper did not work well, left trash, towel which I used, Long-blonde hair in bath room, etc. I hope No more same experience next time. Other things are good enough.

I think that the staff a the Mercure are wonderful and are very friendly. But since I am a Club Accor member for a long time, I can see a difference in how I was greeted as opposed to other Accor hotels in the chain. I didn't check in all that late--about 5 p.m.-- and the hotel wasn't full. Still, the room wasn't that nice. It was on a low floor and it looked at a wall. it wasn't the cheapest room. It didn't really smell that nice either but it could have been worse. I'll be going back to that hotel for a longer stay so I was happy when I asked the receptionist if I could have a high floor upon my return and she entered it into the system. I really appreciated that gesture.

We really loved staying at the hotel, the room decor was lovely and unique and my kiddos really appreciated the snacks every day. The location was great and the service was wonderful. Our only complaint was having a bit of a time getting there due to this being our first time in Tokyo. It might be nice to add easy-to-follow directions to your website to let visitor's know the best way to arrive by Subway.

We enjoyed staying at the Mercure Tokyo very much. Our room was comfortable and had great amenities and ambiance. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the breakfast was above average compared to other experiences at similar hotels. The location was good for exploring the city and we were able to walk to numerous restaurants and local shopping, as well as connecting to day trips outside of the city.

Apparently I had booked for room only and the check in person explained where the breakfast room was but didn’t say we needed a ticket, so the next morning we were not listed to eat there but they found space and I signed a slip to charge to our room. Other than that everything was great and even the breakfast was no problem in the end.
