« Another great Tokyo stay »

We love the location of Mercure Ginza, it’s very easy to get to subway stations. Standard rooms are small compared to deluxe room we stayed in previously, however not much time spent there. Breakfast buffet is OK and all staff are always friendly and helpful. Hotel renovated and would recommend and stay again.

It is cozy with good room facilities. The hotel near from many train stations, JR or subway; from shopping area. The feedback was quickly responded by the management since information given by the reception staff at the first time we checked in was not clearly explained

« Missing items in the room with POOR handling »

It happened after midnight time, I reported that my lost my stuffs that I left in the room. Instead of checked to the cleaning service, the front staff asked me to proof and explain how did I loss my stuffs. Even I had to dig out in the bin the empty bottle (took from the refrigerator) to proof that I indeed consumed the juice. Then the other staff advised me that in the morning I have to join for police report and investigation. Eventually, after 2 hours, that other staff called to my room that my stuffs are in lost and found !!!

One of the beds had at spring that poked into my son and has caused a rash. He did not tell me until we had left and believes it was the bed We were in room 812 and he was in the bed by the window. Think you need to fix this

I have personally inspected the bed after your comments and I couldn't find any spring. The mattress is also covered with a thick pad so even if there's a spring, I wonder how it could poke through the pad. your staffs were very helpful especially the woman we met in the morning on the first day we arrived (29 Dec 2018) unfortunately we didn't ask her name. Another nice staff was a french guy who helped us try to book restaurants. I was very impressed with a little card on my bed on my birthday :) Hotel location is very convenient.

« Nice Location in Ginza »

This was the second time we stayed at the hotel. This time it was after the renovation was completed. Still nice and functional. All our request for getting a connecting room was done spot on. My 2 children loved the room and the hotel location because we strolled alot in Ginza even during winter. You have good amenities but for the second night, the housekeeping forgot to put in the towel rug in the bathroom. Overall, this will be our Hotel whenever we come back to Tokyo.

« Awesome location for a brief visit »

I was pleasantly surprised with the location of the hotel. It was close to everything: grocery stores (Lawson, Family Mart), restaurants (both fast food and Japanese cuisines), coffee shops (Doutour, Starbucks), and Ginza shopping. Felt like everything is within walking distance. We walked around and managed to visit Tsukiji and Ginza area during our really short stay. They provided late check out for us (which is great) since our flight out was in the early evening, so we could maximize our walking around time on the last day. All in all, love the hotel and definitely will try to stay here again next time.

Nice close to everything, reasonable distance to the Narita airport bus stop it cost only 1000 yen much better than train when you got a few luggage to carry, hotel got a very good customer service as well
