This is my third time staying at your hotel for my annual visit to Tokyo, and I feel that the standard of housekeeping has dropped a little. As informed to your reception, I have found dirty cup not cleared and furniture not replaced to original position on my second day of stay, and on the third day, I have bottles of water replenished but empty bottles I have left on the cabinet were not removed (I wonder if your staff is under strict order not to remove or discard anything that is not in the bin). I hope these lapses are not representative of how the hotel handles pillow cases and covers - for hygienic reason, I believe and trust that these are replaced with every new guests. Thanks.

Good welcome, silver status recognised, comfortable, clean, well maintained room. Breakfast ok, no problems. Close to transport.. The Bar manager Roman.? Managed to upset at least 3 paying guests in the short time we where In The Bar. His rude attitude stood out. All other staff members were fine. Time for Roman to move on.

I was really happy with the hotel - prime location, perfect for the subway, a good room with little extras like quality shampoo and conditioner and a great buffet breakfast to kick off the day on the right note.

Overall service is good. Breakfast spread is good. Room is rather compact and small but clean. The TV location is not suitable as viewing is difficult when sitting on the chair. Location of the hotel is excellent.

Very pleasant and friendly check in. Helpful staff in assisting with excursions. Lovely room. Appreciated the smart phone, complementary mini bar and gift. Only one negative experience. When my wife went to the bar and asked the bar manager "Could I please have a wine glass to take to our room?" he responded in a rather rude voice "No, You cannot. We only have 8 glasses and we need them for the bar." Several other Australian guests also found him to be rather brusque.

Extended stopover

We had booked this hotel for a one night stopover at the end of our four plus weeks Japan holiday. Hotel perfect location for subway and JR etc. plan was to catch train to airport next morning. All going to plan until typhoon hit and all trains to the airport suspended. No damage in Ginza but roads and train lines blocked. Hotel allowed us to stay another night at a slightly reduced rate and we were able to leave safely the next day. Staff were friendly and helpful and would definitely stay there again. Would recommend booking one of the larger rooms as the standard room is quite small.

We enjoyed our stay. No outside noise was a blessing. Staff were very helpful. Central location close to shops, restaurants & transport was important. Disappointed that there was no evening meal available in your hotel. Thank you for accommodating us.

Overall I was satisfied with the stay. The room was smallish I think in comparison to other hotels we had stayed in for around the same price. But at the same time I understand the hotel is Ginza. Amenities in the room were adequate. Staff were polite and friendly but I think could have been more forward in volunteering their assistance when we checked in. My wife was on crutches and I had brought up 2 suitcases and an overnight bag in the lift. Yet I had to ask for assistance in bringing the bags to our room. I also felt that given our situation we could have been provided with more advice regarding subway stations their location and closest access. Instead I had to ask for that. Breakfast was fine with just an adequate range of food on offer. The staff in the restaurant were professional and friendly.
