« Staff is great »

I was traveling with my wife, for 2 days in Rio. Business and pleasure. We chose the hotel because it's location, close to our meeting address. Staff is another positive point of the hotel. Friendly, willing to help anytime, including front desk, maintenance, room service, and kitchen. The maintenance and hotel conditions are acceptable.

i arrived hungry at 22:45 and ther ewas no foos excepet popcorn microwave. there is no restaurant around the hotel, nothing oppend in the street at this time. i died of hungry that night! was terrible!!

check in and check out - excellent elevators ok, but could have a fan/AC high prices for the foods/breakfast bedroom was fine but I thought the mattress too soft, not comfortable for me one of the lamps I couldn't find the turn on/off button they respected the "non disturb" sign

« Good but a few points to improve »

In a very breif overall, it was a good experience. A few points to improve: -hotel main enter room had its air conditioning leaking water in the middle of the day -elevators feels extremely hot when you get inside, this is horrible -single bed room has enough energy sockets, however none of them are close to the Bed. Neutral points to keep eyes open: -dinner checkout system was down/very slow -checking in line was a little bit crowed. It took a few minutes(around 15 of waiting) to the balcony Points of success -food is delicious -single bed room is very comfortable - staff service(balcony,waitress,cleaning) is excellent. There is a very animated and good mood crew working at the hotel.

« Fair, not what I am used to when I stay @ IBIS »

My room was slightly dirty. There was something glued to the wall that was very nasty. They did not replenish the soap and took out the one that I used. Breakfast was also sad. I could not find a glass so I did not drank the orange juice... I always say that IBIS is a good enough hotel, with clean beds and a good shower - it was NOT the experience I had this time. It was not terrible nevertheless it was not pleasant
