The hotel amenities kit needs to be improved. Missed conditioner and shower cap. You also need to pay more attention to the towel cleaning process. All towels were very hard and rough. In addition it is a good hotel for a quick stay.

Easy place to stay for only one night. Everything met the standards of ibis. The biggest hang up was not providing free breakfast.

Good experience. In order to improve the service in any way likely it will be necessary to increase the price. So, in my opinion there is nothing to change.

Once again I stay at this hotel and the staff is to be commended with the receptivity during my stay. Although in my opinion the hotel should do a maintenance in the rooms as they still do not conform to the standard of the hotel chain.

The air conditioner thermostat was broken and maintained an uncomfortable 27 degrees celsius all night. The corridor on my floor smelt of mould. Horrible.

The electronic lock on the door kept refusing my keycard. On the last day, the maintenance found out that it was broken and the reception offered me another room. But since it was the last day, I choose to stay. The rest of the trip was uneventful.

Room was fairly comfortable. Location nice and close to the airport but close to unsafe area of town. No tax invoice issued for accommodation. Kitchen staff really went the extra mile to arrange breakfast in bed for my wife on Mother's Day. Invoicing system wanted to double charge us for the breakfast which delayed check-out.
