The mattresses had moved apart during the night and I woke up lying in a small gap, not very comfortable. Other hotels we have stayed at that have used two beds pushed together to form the big bed have used a cover over to avoid this happening.We were in room 160

Comfortable but run down and not very clean. The public bathroom was extremely messy and unclean. The restaurant tables were unclean and greasy during breakfast. The service at Ibis is great and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable.

Relaxing, caring and professional staff acknowledgement on arrival, room service and restaurant. WOW, the new entrance way downstairs in the car parking area...THE BEST. The entrance made us feel special, welcoming, warm and very privileged to be at this hotel.

Hotel easy to identify by outside signage but no indication of where reception area is. Useage of neighbouring property swimming pool should be able to be accessed via corridoor rather than walking out onto street and through their car park Room ok - No hand towels. No sanitory product disposal unit/bag available (unlined rubbish bin not very good for guests let alone for cleaners) Breakfast - reasonble selection for continental breakfast. Hot breakfast selection - lukewarm at 8 a.m. and same selection each day.

Irised late(9.0 pm)lobbed very Bisseay & noisey, told our rooms number but missed seeing wear the room number was written. When back to the car and collected my wife & bags then couldn't find a room with the number I thought he said, without me glasses I couldn't find a room number so we had too go back to reception.after dropping our in ou room went down to the bar for a drink. Only had bottled drinks, not what we wanted. Ordered 2 coffees, only got 1 & in a takeaway cut. Very disappointed went straight back to our room.

We reached the Hotel at 1.45 pm and checked in at the Reception at 1.50 pm and asked for our room but we were not handed over the room till 2.10 pm. We were travelling to newzeland for our Honeymoon and were in the bus since 7 am and really tired and made to wait unnecessarily for 20 mins in the lobby on the stupid reason that the room isnt ready. Secondly the breakfast of the hotel was as bad as it gets. The scrambled egg, the hash brown, the bread, the crossiant everything was stale. There was no hot milk or coffee. No one to service for the same. The hotel had a discrimination towards groups of people travelling as they were provided porter and usher services and not couples who were staying at the hotel. Over all it was one of the worst hotel experiences we ever had.
