« 2 night stay was comfortable enough. »

Stay was comfortable. Requested King Bed was advised non available and was offered 2 double beds. Checked in and found the room had 3 single beds. Breakfast selection was good.

« A very nice place to stay in Rotorura. »

The hotel is in a very good location for restaurants, shopping, and site seeing. The standard room is nice. Some additional hand towels would be good. The hotel is a stop for tour groups. The morning breakfast was crowded. The guest laundry was a good fe Azure and a big help. Overall, this is a good hotel to stay for 3 nights.

Terrible wifi. Could barely book a flight it was so slow Uncomfortable chair to work at in room Bus load of tourists left the lids open on the hot breakfast options so they were all cold and not very plesant eating

« All the people at reception were friendly and vey friendly »

I stayed 7 nights while my husband was hospitalized with a broken leg. I had to change rooms several times because I didn't know when he would be discharged. The staff helped with internet issues, downloaded forms, and helped move my luggage. Always greeted me with a smile. The cleaning staff was very friendly too and the room was always cleaned well.

« Great stay »

The hotel location is covenient and views to the lake and forest are nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. Front desk called before check-in, the restaurant wait staff got my mother a glass of water when she was coughing and they always smile and say hello when they see you. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The stay included free parking and use of the Novotel pool and spa next door which was awesome. The buffet breakfast was also good so we enjoyed our short break.

Good centrally located hotel in walking distance to Eat Street, the centre of town and Government Gardens. The use of the pool and spas at the adjoining Novotel is a plus.

« Not good room »

We were for honeymoon and the person who called me I asked him to give us nice room and put some flowers and I will pay for extra cost. But when I check in nothing was done and the whole experience was ruiner because of his negligence. Never would recommend this place. Our whole stay at Ibis was horrible because of him.

It was great that we got to use the pool in the hotel next door, and the room was decent. We however didn't enjoy the shower, as we were given a handicap room, thus the shower floor and bathroom floor were connected under one plane.

I let the concierge know when checking out that one of the beds had soiled linen on arrival. We were grateful that there were two beds available so we shared a bed. The discovery was not pleasant. One of the light bulbs in the room was not working too. The concierge on arrival and departure were very polite. Otherwise the rest of our stay was good. It was great that parking was available too.

Overall it was ok. I did have one problem , I think I left a small toilet bag with my hearing aid in it. I would be greatful if another check could be made of the room ,it was room number 172.

Very nice staff on desk, the best part of hotel Very thin walls, noisy fridge kept us awake, we had a superior lake view room !!? No way is this superior compared to other hotels or motels !!! WiFi not free !!? We had to apply or something !? Hello this is 2018 not 2000 !!!?
