Feedback on my recent stay at your property in Algiers. Last month alos had given feedback . Plese evolve a system where such frequesnt feedbacks are not requested . Maybe one a twice a year form a person should be adequate.

Rooms are small and not even cleaned daily. No water bottles or coffee in room, had to go to bar to even drink a glass of water. It's quite pathetic.

The Hotel is ok, but there are a lot of things for repair. Sometimes the roommate is Late in the afternoon for make up the room. I Hope they will repair the things.

I always stay at this hotel ibis at least twice a year . I would never go anywhere else as I am very happy with the overhaul experience of staying at the hotel ibis Bab Ezzouar Its very convenient position makes it my favorite place to stay in Algiers

« Simple, Cleana dn does what is needed for my trip »

Hotel is located close to the airport but it is not easy to find the transfer shuttle. Hotel is undergoing work at this time but this does no interfere with your stay. rooms are simple, clean and adequate for what is needed. WIFI connection is not so good.

Used to be a good choice for business but not it’s a very poor experience at the check in and check out with really slow staff that is all but willing to push it for the best. Rooms are now old and poorly mantained, badly cleaned and smelly in many cases. Level of the restaurant has dropped unacceptable level. Canceled from our future trips

I got room 403 during my one night stay at Ibis hotel. The bugs started to come when I went to sleep. At first I saw a black insect, then a red bug. Since I have never seen bugs in bed before I thought that is all and I went to sleep. Around 4 am bugs were bothering me so much that I woke up, and I saw a lot of red bugs in bed. I went to the receptionist who was not surprised at all and gave me another room.

I am an ibis used customer, reason why I would qualify my experience as disappointing in Algier Ibis. First I had to lie and say that I already had a confirmation of room availability over the phone for the reception desk to make a room available for me. The second, my room smelled like a smoking area when I got in. I thought smoking wasn't allowed in ibis, but an ash tray was available there and as said, the previous guest must have smoked enough to get walls smelling tabaco. I hope this gets fixed. Bad experience , Rude Assistance phone when i was checking room availability , felt like unwelcomed , None safe Transportation from Airport to Hotel ( Driven so fast ) . Check in during Pray time (emplyee replied we are eating ). My advise : please hire more professional & educated staff please .

Over all is Ibis quality. Near to airport. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Every thing was as expected. Check out and check in very smooth. Serving sahoor meal as it is Ramadan was a bonus. Ideal for short Business trips
