Completed online check in but disappointed and upset that not only the promise of “key ready” not fulfilled, the counter staff was inexperienced and the wait was long (even the staff serving me was taking a long time to find my records and complete my check in) and the amount charged was incorrect despite my reservation clearly stated to include breakfast.

It was ok, we stayed there for one night, a short night as we had to get up earlier to get out plane. Room was cleaned and comfortable .The breakfast was generous and we were happy to get a free shuttle service to the airport.

When I get the room I always change it because although it's no smoking the room smells of cigarettesThis time the smell is ok but the room is noisy, noise comes from the window. Got to request service

Honnestely,kg sans my fist short stay ah Algiers's Ibis. Promod ah the réception vert nice people,cleaning Tram Also. There was only une suggestion,its to add one more phone Line. Except Ghislaine comment,all was allmight.

Call to be sure that your reservation is valid. For the second time I experienced that my room was given too somebody else when I arrived. The hotel did not really care and did not help in finding another hotel

It was not what Ali expected from an Ibis hotel, the lady receptionist was very rude and has nothing to do with the job morality. I didn't see her smiling the whole time I was there like the clients are begging to stay in that hotel. Also the price was 200 DA more than what was shown on the booking confirmation including all taxes.

« I experienced two unpleasant experiences. The first one with a restaurant waiter at breakfast time and the one was with the airport shuttle (7 am on September 12, 2018) »

It would be much appreciated to have Kleenex in the room. Also the tv channels selection needs considerable improvement.
