I had to wake up at 7:30am, so i talked to the reception to wake me up but no one called!. The shuttle driver left me in the middle of the road with 3 luggages, there were no luggage carts at that place. Last but not least, the room was dusty (i am allergic to dust ).

This is not my first time in IBIS and it still great Hotel with a wonderful services The breakfast was amazing... The only issue that I tried to call the Hotel many times in the day without success...I tried to call and each time I was online waiting for more then 20 min...

I have stayed IBIS in different different countries but the IBIS in Algiers is not as per IBIS standard. Rooms are very small, no complementary water bottle, not wroth staying in IBIS after paying more than 100US$. You should upgrade the service. In future i dont think ill stay in IBIS Algiers. There are many other hotel in Algiers charge less but amenities & service is good

Ibis should provide at least a bottle of water in the room. The air conditioner even not working in the room, so hot in the room in this season. When I called the technician came to fix, he said there is no air conditioner and is only air from outside, really fainted answer...

Check the temperature of the rooms. Some rooms are way too hot getting worse when aircon is not cooling.

Completed online check in but disappointed and upset that not only the promise of “key ready” not fulfilled, the counter staff was inexperienced and the wait was long (even the staff serving me was taking a long time to find my records and complete my check in) and the amount charged was incorrect despite my reservation clearly stated to include breakfast.
