The receptionist was very helpful and positive. Good customer focus. However, the room was substandard - Old furniture, chipped tile, Bucket used to collect rain water in the corridor - leaking roof, AC in the room not working

« Great location, nice staff and well maintained hotel »

My stay was very comfortable. Services were good and the restaurant and bar are very convenient to spend some time there with an outdoor area. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from Beb Ezzewar Mall and a street market is just facing the hotel

« It was average »

The room was clean and everything was ok. When checking out the room, the receptionist made me waited 15 minutes. Not good. My room was 717 and the door is not closing properly. Need to slam the door for it to close. Sometimes there is this smell like the toilette back flush order out from the pipes.

« Pretty dissapointed »

Room was pretty worn down with holes in the floor. The shower was falling apart, the AC was not working and the information in the room was out of date. The check in took way too long as i filled in all my info before arrival to the hotel and the keys "were waiting for pick-up". The breakfast was horrible with some watery, scrambled eggs, old dry cucumber and tomatoes and 10 different kind of cakes. Just a lot of sugar and no food! The coffee in the restaurant from the machines is probably the worst coffee i ever tasted.

The hotel is clean and well located but the service is so poor. Needless to say that the hotel would be an average hotel in Europe and is lucky to be in Algeria with no real competitors.

Friendly staff, clean room and decent breakfast even very good. Have just to work on parking complexity, it is not normal that guest have to park the car and then come to check in even if they have lot of laggage!!!

It is not the first time I have been in this hotel. The people are still nice, and the quality of the cleaning is improving. They are more staff to take care about you, even in the bar or at the restaurant. Last time I was seeing a degradation, but my impression is now they are improving. Shuttle to the airport is still to improve, pressure of water as well. Still issue on internet but seems to be an national issue. Price of taxi are increasing month after month. Still a good level hotel for an IBIS

hotel's location is great as it is in the proximity of many shops, restuarent &few meters from a well known commercail center in ALGER cleanness is good, WFI has been improved, breakfast needs to be improved & needs more variaties lunch/dinner buffet is rather expensive & needs to include more variaties.
