Hotel was very clean. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable, especially at breakfast with dietary requirements. The only thing I could pick on (and it is a minor ‘pick’) is the fact that the shower and sink are quite literally in the bedroom. Good job we’re close friends!

Good and reasonably priced. Clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Good comprehensive choice of help yourself continental breakfast. Near to bus stop taking you directly to Birmingham town centre. Overall it was a good experience.

A great budget price hotel for a short stop over. Really good location if your going to the 02 academy which is about 200 yards away. Dont expect much for the price, a bed, toilet and a shower but it's so convenient for music lovers

I asked to change the room but lady was so rude she said if you don't like it I can cancel for the 2nd day. I said I can't as I have a meeting at 10.00 she said be careful next time its budget all the rooms are like that. We had a baby and had booked triplet room which was not same as pics. I asked her if i can get double she said no, I can cancel go somewhere else.

Hotel was good, staff were friendly. Only issue was the towels in the room were covered in make up, however it was too late before we realised.

There was no tea or coffee in the rooms like other ibis hotels. We asked for glasses to go with our prosecco the reception gave us paper cups only to be told the next day they had plenty of glasses then Sunday was told we hadn't paid our bill when I told them we paid in cash they remembered not a good experience on our 5th anniversary will not be going back there

The experience was mixed, the first night was poor because of the noise and the condition of the bed which we discovered to be broken, we weren't offerd any compensation or even a free coffee we were largely ignored but offered a room change

From the moment we arrived, we were well looked after. The receptionist helped me with the car parking arrangements, any questions we asked were handled in a friendly and helpful manner and we felt really comfortable throughout. The hotel was placed really well for what we wanted in the city centre and was easy to get to from the M6. When we want somewhere to stay in future this hotel will be the first place we think of.

The hotel rooms had simple furnishing, but very clean The staff was helpful and polite breakfast was good, the coffee machines were better then just good. Having an electric pot for hot water in the rooms would be one way to improve. Also I fail to see the point of requiring an access card for the elevator. Easy enough for anyone to wait until a someone else was getting on. Just an inconvenience, does not add to security.
