My friends and I (a group of 4) stayed here for our time in Sydney. The location is PRIME. You will be hard-pressed to find a better location, especially at such a spectacular rate. The units are relatively small, but we don't need a lot of space to enjoy our time somewhere. I wish the TV inputs would have been accessible so we could connect our laptop, but that's common at most places now. The breakfast here is also well-worth the expense. If you plan to stay here, definitely opt for the breakfast package. Hot sandwiches, cereal, staff-prepared coffee, juice, and muffins, among a few other things. Not sure how hotels compare in Australia, but most hotel breakfasts in the U.S. are relatively meager, so I was very satisfied with the food. Ultimately, what made the stay so great was how accommodating the staff were. Our first room had issues with the AC (it kept cutting out), which was a big problem since there were 4 of us and it was mid-summer. The staff quickly accommodated our issue by switching us rooms, even upgrading our prior arrangements, free of charge. Definitely would stay from again. 10/10 recommend to travelers, especially singles or couples.

Good location, clean, and covers all the basics

Front desk employee was very courteous and nice. He let me check in early since there was a room ready, which was so convenient as I was able to relax a little before going out to explore. Rooms are basic but have everything most people need. Location was convenient, just a few minutes walk from Kings Cross station and a 15-minute walk to the central business district and Opera House.

Good location, the hotel needs some TLC, as lift lights were out and buttons not working on my floor, there were things missing like the TV remote and the DND sign for the rooms door. However nothing that made much material difference to my stay. Otherwise great location, close to the city by train and bus.

This hotel has declined markedly since the End of Covid. The room quality and reception staff have both gone downhill. I have stayed in this hotel many times and each time recently have been unhappy with the cleanliness of the room, being moved to a room type I don’t want/need, and also being put at the back of the hotel. I have privately raised my feedback with Accor and you just get a basic template email in response.
