In an Ibis budget hotel one shouldn't expect luxury, but what was provided here was certainly up to standard. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Only the showerwater was often barely lukewarm when I came back from work in the evening. A big asset to this hotel is the staff. Everybody was always very helpful and friendly to me. I definitely would stay ther again should the occasion occur.

It’s very expensive. Hilton go in have better accommodations and breakfast for the same price! The iron is very old!

The hotel lacks of several things needed in a business stay. More than one trash can in the room, pens and paper to take notes even gratuitous water is something one may expect from a 3 stars hotel. Not to mention the lack of ammenities and the poor internet connection.

After our flight was delayed and missing the connection due to bad weather in Guarulhos, the flight company organised our accommodation with Ibis Santo André. The accommodation was perfect, the staff arranged a cot for my little girl and prompt organise our check in even at 3am! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
