The overall experience was good, except for the Shower Temperature, first room that I got I had to wait 10 minutes plus for starting to get hot water. I truly understand that the complete system needs to have a certain amount of people in-place to be ready, but the amount of water going to waste just for waiting hot water is too much. Please, revisit the water heated system strategy.

The hotel is well located, close to a shopping center and a large park on the other side. The rooms are surprisingly big for the Ibis standart. The service is very good. Almost everything there needs a better maintenance.

We were dissatisfied about the bathroom light, we did complain that it was not working, they said that they would come to repair it but nothing was done. We had to leave the light on because if we turned it off probably it would not work. Breakfast was OK but dinner could improve.

It was a good surprise! I'm Ibis's client in others cities and the experience use to be not so good. Ibis, mainly, in the countryside is not a good idea, It is just a hotel to have a place to sleep, however, in this branch was really different! Everything was really good, from the front desk to the breakfast. This branch was the best branch I've ever been. It's comfortable, practical and clean! Thanks a lot Ibis Santo André.

I stayed only only one night but the experience was quite bad, I had some pasta in the restaurant which took AGES.. close to 40 or 50 min and it was horrible. Also I was not informed that breakfast not included.

The room was comfortable and the cleaning service was great. It is only a shame that they don't serve breakfast at a more reasonable price, but other than that I really liked it. There was a problem with the toilet seat, but I didn't even complained with them, but the cleaning people should have noticed this.

Service staff were helpful, The level of facilities is what I was expecting for the price range. The only issue was the aircon in the room could not be set up or down, or at least the control buttons in the room did not have any effect. As a result, the room was a just bit chilly, especially when compared to the weather outside.
