Everything was great expect the wifi connection. It was terrible in my room, dropping all the time or not connecting at all. I had a hard time since it was my only source of communication.

Last year I had stayed at Mercure in Rome and was extremely satisfied with the stay so choosing Mercure in Manaus was easy and the expectation was the same. I was not unsatisfied and was happy with the location of your hotel being not too far from the airport and the city centre and having a wonderful shopping centre really close by. Your staff was excellent and I would like to single out Bruno at the front desk who was extremely courteous and efficient in dealing with us. If ever we visit Manaus again your hotel will be my choice again, rest assured. Thank you for everything.

Overall experience was good. Front desk personnel are always exceptionally nice and helpful. Negative-I was on the 3rd floor and a house next door had 2 dogs barking on top of it all night.

It was ok, how expected. Only things to be considered are: Bedroom was not cleaned everyday and was wrongly charged for an extra guest

My room was fine, but I had real WiFi issues - it worked near the door and nowhere else in the room. The construction in the hallway was a little unnerving, and the lights didn’t always turn on when I was in the hallway

We arrived late and I had a almost cold shower. I had to almost not open the cold water to have a warm shower. But my colleague who showered 30 min later had a wonderful shower. The breakfast dishes were not replaced as often as needed.

I always gift myself with a weekend at this hotel once a month to enjoy the great rooms the wonderful shower and the night swim in the swimming pool on the rooftop with a view. For that price I always feel like it's a steal.

My room was good and I particularly liked the huge desk. The shower looked a bit old, but it worked fine and the bathroom was a good size. The things that weren't so good was breakfast - the staff couldn't tidy the area up and put out more cups etc fast enough, and the food options seemed limited. My experience of room service wasn't good either - none of the cake desserts were available and the fruits were the same as those served at breakfast. I asked for a black tea with a little milk as we take it in the UK, I was charged Rs4 for the black tea bag and hot water, and another Rs 3 for some milk to go with it! The internet connection in the hotel was unreliable too.

« The Hotel has an excellent position within the city for my business purposes, friendly staff, clean and tidy. »

The hotel was booked by my Brazilian colleagues. Next to the convenient position, I had a quiet room, which was neat, tidy and well cleaned. The breakfast buffet was just for my taste not enough variety of fruits and yoghurts, which I enjoy. However, certainly enough to get on the way with a normal continental type of breakfast. Staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Good stay.

Staff were excellent. Lack of hangers in the room, power sockets was a bit of a let down laundry was very slow, asking for shirts on hanger and they turn up folded, with no iron in the room.

« Simple hotel, good for overnight stay and no more. Reasonable value for money. »

This hotel is very simple and basic. Suitable for those who are looking for overnight accommodation and move on. Clean rooms with basic facilities Reasonable service and no more. There is no feeling of warm and pleasant hospitality. Number of points for improvement: 1. The hotel needs immediate maintenance. Many lamps do not work and the public areas look neglected (not the rooms). 2. The hotel is outrageously decorated. This is not the standard design of the Accor network! 3. Breakfast needs an deep and urgent upgrade! The menu is very thin, with no vegetables at all and not inviting! Hotel is very cheap but needs upgrades in service leagues. Reasonable value for money.

The hotel seems need renovation, lots of leaks in the walls. Also because of renovation in nearby buildings the hotel windows were very dirty. The bed sheet looked dirty and unchanged, has only the bottom sheet and a smelly quilt.
