« Comfortable and efficient business stay »

I had an overnight business stay at the hotel. People at the desk were courteous and welcoming. Restaurant food for dinner was descent, service a bit long but the atmosphere was quiet and comfy. Comfortable rooms and above all, although my room was on the road I was barely hearing any noise which for a light sleeper like me is really important. Air conditioning worked and was relatively silent as well. I had a good night sleep. Thank you.

« Adequate Hotel for a Business Trip (but no more than adequate) »

Reception were excellent. There was a large group just arrived at the same time as me but I was still dealt with quickly. Rooms are comfortable with plenty of storage for clothes, etc. My biggest issue was the restaurant in the evening. Service was extremely slow even though the restaurant was fairly quiet. I had to wait a long time to be seated and was ignored by the staff rather than greeted. Food took a very long time to come and the menu is very limited.

The menu recently changed. It is common to all Novotrel hotels apart from the part with our Chef's specialties. But our Chef also prepares a daily menu based on local and fresh product in addition to the Novotel menu. I will inform our waiters about your remarks. « Ok but not more »

I got a room where people staying before me apparently have been sick. The carpet was still wet in some areas when I came to the room, so I have to carry on my shoes to avoid to get wet socks. When I should go to sleep the pillows or madress still smell very bad, it was 12:30 in the night and I have a long day in front of me. So the solution was to change position and sleep with my head where the feets normally are. I know I could have complained and probably got a new room. But actually my oppionion is that the staff should have come to that conclusion themselves. The standard here is simply not good enough. Normally in France you have breakfeast included, it wasn't here. That's make me eat my breakfeast somewhere else. However the food in the restaurant was good. I eat 2 dinner there.

First contact @ reception was polite but you didn't really feel welcome. Parking facilitiy isn't easy ... you first need to go to the hotel before going to the parking.if you want to be granted novotel's fare Hotel is very well located in the city centre. Breakfast is very nice. Room's terrace had a very nice view. Restaurant was nice althought the logic of the menu isn't easy to undersand and read. A pitty that for some dessert you don't have vanilla / chocolate flavor

We have an agreement with the underground car park called Parc des Gares. We give you tickets to go in and out during your stay for a special price of €6.00 per night. The restaurant menu recently changed. It is common to all Novotel hotels appart from the part with our Chef's specialties. You also have our daily menu available. We stayed as a family in a family room with nice view but the room for a family is very small and what has been done by hotel to take the sofa out and put a sofa bed instead to make it as a family room. It seems for a single gust there are the same stuff like water, shampoo and ..... as a family room! my recommendation either don`t offer a family room or if you insist to offer it, have a biger room for families.

No air conditioning in my room, 27° in Le Havre, my room 522 was on the sun all day. Despite claiming to the front desk, issue has not been fixed and was not even offered to change room. In addition to this towel in bathroom was not clean. i am coming regularly to this Hotel (2-3 times per year) but will not come back. Also to say never got an upgrade despite being a regular customer. for the Price asked the Service Level is poor.

« Comfortable and clean but poor Wi-Fi »

This was my first time in Novotel Le Havre. The room was big enough and the bed was comfortable. I liked the fresh bottle of water in the fridge every day. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The only thing that was bad, was the Wi-Fi. Connecting was easy but the speed was not workable. I hope this was a temporary problem. For me, this would be a reason to go to another hotel.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. You booked a Superior room and in these rooms you don't have slippers and you only have shower creams (shampoo and shower gel). The bathrobes and slippers are available in our Executive rooms and Suite. Do not hesitate to ask for these types of ooms next ime. ALso, if you want more creams, like body cream and conditioner, they are also only provided in those rooms. You will also have a Nespresso machine and the minibar for free.
