My overall experience was really good, more than I expected. Very friendly staff, good location, very nice food (best scrambled eggs I've ever had) and very good sized and neat room. This made my stay easy and enjoyable.

« What construction? Is there any? »

The on-going renovation did not bother me at all. Maybe since I’m out of the hotel everyday from 8am - 6pm. Anyway, I didn’t received the invoice through email until I sent an email requesting for it.

Hotel is under renovation which means that local staff should do 2 times better to compensate for the inconvenience. When I arrived the sink in the bathroom was clogged -didn't someone clean the room and noticed ? For those who travel on business it is important to have a dinner alternative in-house : menu was very limited due to the kitchen being under renovation. The breakfast staff is doing a great job considering their current limitations - I was impressed. But at the end checkout was fast but I did not receive my invoice via email as promised, since checkout on Nov 16, so now I am having the additional burden to write to Accor to get a copy of the invoice. Very disappointed.

If you are asking a glas of wine during your diner you don't get anything even after asking twice, than you are asking for two coffees same experience at the end we decided ta take our coffee at our room.

Good but there was no air conditioner. The receptionist said that they turn on only heating when winter is near. All night I would wake up sweating.

My room was OK, as expected, but to arrive and find the ground floor a building site was a negative for me, as was having breakfast on the 2nd floor outside bedroom doors. I respect you are improving your hotel, but sorry once outside my room I did not feel at home.

Nespresso machine wasn't working, nor were there any of the (paid for) cups, but on the whole very decent, neat and clean, despite the construction work being done. Good location, ok breakfast, haven't tried the restaurant. Would stay again based on this experience.
