I enjoyed the swimming pool, wi-fi and air conditioning. Hotel did not respond to two emails I sent with simple requests/questions. I was unable to get a free breakfast offer that I had received via email. This was after showing the staff the email with the promotional offer. This was disappointing as this was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

We have comfortable sleeping but before midnight is so noisy. I prefer nice view with pool view the will be much better than got garbage view from outside the hotel. And have many tour group booked here. And they are so noisy and the hotel can’t do anything to compensate us.

I arrived late at night. I landed in Bangkok airport at 02:00 and had to take a taxi to Pattaya where I arrived at about 04:00. I didn’t have a reservation because I was having problems with my credit cards. So I had to pay cash. The one only negative part of my experience is that it seemed a little bit pricey for the room that I stayed in, considering that the hotel didn’t seem to have many guests at that time. The greeter that checked me in, Opal, was very friendly and kind to me. I must compliment Opal for being so helpful. I had a few problems with my wifi in the first room, and also the smell in the bathroom wasn't very pleasant. So they were able to switch me to another room. The new room was nice and clean and the wifi worked great. All of the staff were so kind to me, even the event coordinator. And the valets. You all at Mercure Pattaya do a great job, if I come back to Pattaya, I’ll stay with you again. Thank you!

I can feel the accor standards in the hotel which reassures me that I will get a comfortable and happy vacation stay. The staff are friendly and approachable. Their attitude is commendable. However the cleanliness of the room can be improved and the breakfast could be improved by offering more variety and changes.

I always use there. The rooms are large and can smoke at balcony. It is very useful. But this time, the "fruit plate" which had been until now was not presented. I don't care about it because I can't always eat it all. And the washbasin was broken.

Fast check-in and improvement for smell of the room

We will visit one time per year and we found some improvement for check-in service and no need to waiting room. It is very fast check-in. In addition, we doesn't face problem about smell on the room. But no one helps us for carry-on luggage to deliver to the room. We have to carry all by ourself. Faced cement on swimming pool maybe because of beside hotel has constructions side so it should be cleaning every morning before opening the pool

This hotel is not new, but it is good. The best thing with this hotel is the friendly staff. Always helpful and smiling. Nice rooms and a very nice swimming pool. Good location, and even the shuttle bus is gone, a short walk thru the Avenue Shopping mall then you are on the main road. Usually good value for money.

The Hotel is improving on each visit which is noticable. Staff do a amazing job and are very efficent. Noisy rude Indian men are not nice to deal with, but overall if these people stay on a lower floor this is a relief.

The hotel is located quite far from main road but there is a shopping mall just right in front. The staffs is very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Chad the bell boy super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room is very bad shape. The furniture is damaged and the safe box is too exposed.

The hotel is located near south Pattaya walking street with walking distance around 15 minutes. Hotel provide many activity for the guests i.e. nice swimming pool, kid pool and etc. From hotel can walk to the cinema and also Central Shopping Mall. We will come back soon.

I m back to mercure pattaya after some stay in barraquda hotel . Front desk is always kind same for bellmen and aqua staff. But internet conexion is no good Clean of room was not good and y must call for clean the room otherwise forget I take suite room no table for eat in the balcony nothing I must ask and give one old chair this is mercure now ah no more buffet for dinner yeah is more important business whit Indian !!!
