bath towel is very old looklike using long time ago. housekeeper didn't fill tissue,sleeper,bathrobe and came after we are in room.

In regards to the bathroom facilities, I have well noted the fact that the overall designs along with the equipments have not met your expectations. Allow to inform you that we have started to mildly renovate several floors in the past few months and are planning to pursue this renovation process. I was very disappointed to learn that your room was not prepared to our usual exemplary standards and this matter has already been addressed with my Housekeeping Manager. I will also be increasing the frequency of my random room inspections to ensure all our rooms are perfectly prepared to receive our valued guests. Your constructive comments are of immense value in providing a focus for improvement of Mercure Pattaya products and services. Staff are very good, breakfast very good. Lovely poolside but sunbeds are not comfortable and there was a lot of flies and mosquitos especially later on in the afternoon.

Hotel is well located next to party area and walking street. Yet do not expect a lot of comforts. The hotel is old, averagely maintained and full of tourists. F&B is surprisingly good! It's for Pattaya a cheap stay and worth the money. If you just need a room to sleep it's your place...

Globally, it was good. Two things to mention through : the first one is about the shower, after each shower, some water would stay on the floor and is not evacuated, the quantity was too important for it to dry over few hours. The second thing is about the noise that can be heard ar some hours : between 1 and 3am, it's often drunk customers having their rooms on the same floor that didn't think that other might be wanting to sleep, also, being just above the lobby, I could hear the noise of the buses' engine working sometimes between 7 and 9am. The rest is globally ok.

Hi I have stayed here quite a few times over the years & am a little dissapointed regarding the ute is now not available to take to to the main road or the return pick up. Also there was no service around the pool for drinks or food? I know this was the quite season, but I probably won't return again & will use a hotel closer to the main road.

I truly regret that you felt embarrassed by what occurred while you were at the pool bar and have already taken steps to ensure such a situation does not happen again. Even though Aqua is a new outlet with new staff, this is no excuse for your bad experience and my Human Resources, Kitchen and Food and Beverage management will be introducing extra training and mentoring for the team. In regards to your query about the complimentary services of our Songthaew (truck), I regret to inform you that we recently have stopped this service. The reason we stopped it was because we had to send the truck for maintenance and repair and we are planning a complete overhaul of its look. However, we have opened up a quicker route to beach road via our sister property across the street (Baraquda Pattaya Mgallery by Sofitel). You can access beach road easily through this hotel within less than a minutes’ walk from the Mercure Pattaya Hotel. This path leads you to the heart of beach road, right next to Avenue Shopping Complex and a host of entertainment and shopping districts. We appreciate the time you have taken to give us your feedback. Being such a loyal guest of the hotel, please rest assured I will convey your message to the management so we can review implementing the service back again. The hotel is old but clean. The curtains were worn out so the room could not be darkened. The sound insulation is the hallways was not up to standard. Breakfast was OK but there were a lot of noisy Chinese customers.

I would like to offer my deepest apologies for the aspects of your stay which caused you some disappointment when comparing us to our newer sister properties. As a Mercure-branded hotel we are wholly dedicated in exceeding our brand standards. We just completed our new family-friendly project recently, which includes a mini water-park, kids activity zone, sporting arena, outdoor mini-theatre, new bakery and all day casual dining restaurant, new breakfast offer, and brand new air-conditioners in guestrooms to name a few of our upgrades. This year we plan to pursue more renovations, such as painting the façade of the building, refurbishments of all rooms and other public areas and also replacing the linen and towels completely. We would be delighted to have the opportunity to redeem ourselves once again upon your next visit, and hope to complete these projects by then. Good clean rooms could do with a little updating, staff very helpful but cleaners could wipe down the sides a bit more often. Fridge in my room wasn't cold they did change fridge but wasn't good enough.
