is a nice hotel. the staff is really perfect and very very friendly - special thanks to (the welcomer and the staff of the pool bar sorry I forgot your names) - the rooms are very clean and nice. Thanks to the room maids - super friendly. the pool area could be better - the photos are more nicer then in real. and a lot of indian people there but I have no problems with them - they was also very nice and friendly. - I will come back for sure.

May I begin by thanking you for choosing us as your accommodation during your visit to Pattaya; your kind custom is greatly appreciated by both me and my team. However I would like to offer my deepest personal apologies that your time with us did not match that of the vast majority of our valued guests as our sole intention is to provide our visitors with a true Mercure Pattaya stay. We just completed our new family-friendly project recently, which includes a mini water-park, kids activity zone, sporting arena, outdoor mini-theatre, new bakery and all day casual dining restaurant, new breakfast offer, and brand new air-conditioners in guestrooms to name a few of our upgrades. We have also mildly refurbished our rooms and public areas, while painting the façade of the building and other public areas. Aside from that we have also replaced the linen and towels completely. We would be delighted to have the opportunity to redeem ourselves once again upon your next visit, and hope to complete these projects by then. Your constructive comments are of immense value in providing a focus for improvement of the hotel’s products and services. This is the first time we stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We got upgraded to a suite and the room is very good. We would like to say thank you to Mr. Pine who served us when we check-in. He is nice, helpful and we appreciate for his detailed explanation for the facilities of the hotel. We will surely come again for our next trip to Pattaya.

It wasn't a good experience. Rooms are in pretty bad shape. So called bathing cubicle is very small. Breakfast is not good. Hardly have any vegetarian choice.

Overall the hotel was good, staff were friendly and helpful, but: * Lifts are slow * Pool was booked for a private function on the Friday night * I locked the key in my room and waited 10mins by the room door as instructed but nobody came and I had to return to front desk

We booked a room with bf. We went to have bf at approx. 9:30 am., it was crowded with bad organization. No line up/ table serving service system, we had to find our own table. It was our first time to line up for bacon! I believe the hotel management team can improve this situation. For other services were meet the std.

Very noisy through windows and doors. Cannot believe a 4 star hotel does not have lace curtains to stop people looking into room. Had to have blinds closed all day for privacy. Water pressure and hot water pathetic. I have had bigger bathrooms in a 3 star than that of what is supposed to be a Mercure and part of the Accor group. Issues with food quality that had to be taken up with management. Location good, pool excellent and staff good and very helpful. Just needs more done to the property to bring up to the standard an Accor member expects.

Rooms are OK, considering the fact I got the same at a budget rate. Faced little hassle in checking-in although it was my fault, as I reached the hotel quite early. Still I requested for an early check-in. Was told that rooms are not available and I will have to wait till 11am. I waited for the same. Was expecting to get atleast one room, was even willing to pay extra but nothing was offered. There was someone from security managing the front desk, who was a little rude with us. Rest all staff were courteous. The hotel has got a in room spa facility, where you can get the same done in your room. Pool is nice and so’s the indoor games facilities. Pattaya has many good hotels but this time being an Accor member I tried Mercure.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean in a very good location to the beach and to the shops. However, the last few nights were very annoying from late night until early morning due to group guests from a particular country who were very noisy talking and running in the corridor and they were very ignorant when I talked to them. This has nothing to do with the very good services offered by the hotel but, group guest should be handled differently and to be advised to behave in a respectful manner to other hotel guests.

What a lovely surprise to find "Ple" waiting to welcome us when we arrived; the front desk checked us in, in a warm efficient manner. During our stay TIM was a perfect host. Although the room definitely needs new furnishings it was clean, comfortable and the bed presentation by the room girls was top class. Breakfast was a real treat - Par"s coffee & service was exceptional, Darfs omelettes were Trevs favourite & croque madam was Barbs. Liked how Chef Wat came and spoke to us at meal times and enjoyed several chats with Yash. Chai spoilt us at the pool and Arts willingness to his job impressed us.
