Friendly staff, but room was cramped and whoever thought the portal window between the bathroom and bedroom was a good idea, obviously never tried sleeping when their other half needed the toilet during the night. Also the cistern in our room kept overflowing.

The room is not available for a wheelhair user. The bathroom was bad.

Easy to find, even with a detour because of protestors, welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable bed and good shower. We only needed to walk up the street to find a drink and dinner. Well worth another visit.

Wifi would not work in room, no instructions on how to use safe, tv is far too big for the size of the room, room is far too small for a four star hotel. I have been on the road for 10 weeks staying in 4 star hotels.

It was quite satisfactory overall - some things good some not so good. The staff were great -friendly, helpful. The breakfast was good. The real draw back was the overpowering air freshener in the corridor. It was terrible.

The neighborhood is "seedy" at best and the photo of the property is deceiving. The hall carpets were dirty and the room was very small. There is no place outside to safely leave a car during check-in and the underground is small even by French standards. It is so small that, for the first time ever, I managed to scrape the front bumper of my car. The front desk staff were pleasant and the wter pressure in the shower was good.
