We had a lovely overnight stay, the staff were all wonderful and helpful. We had a great breakfast and the although it was very busy the staff made sure the tables were cleared away quickly and the food and drinks were constantly replenished.

The Hotel is very well located in the centre of the City. All of he reception staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very small, quite claustrophobic we found. We were quite shocked to fine single use plastic glasses in the bathroom and bedroom and single use plastic egg cups in use at breakfast. Come on Accor Hotels this is just not acceptable when there is so much knowledge about the damage single use plastic is doing to the environment. Pretty poor quality towels in use as well. Breakfast was good.

Arrived having not managed to add a child to our booking. Staff were incredibly helpful, found us a bigger room and straightaway got us a travel cot and set it up for us.

« Small room and odd parking »

City centre location and walking distance to the sights but the room was tiny or compact if you want to be generous ! Getting in and out of the car park was always a pain. Breakfast was tasty enough and the city centre will be lovely when they have finished the refurb.

« Not 4 Star but an enjoyable stay! »

The hotel is located in the middle of the city and a short stroll from the historic centre. The hotel has on-site parking which is priced well (for Europe) at 10 euro per night. The staff were very friendly and helpful at tall time so this made the stay enjoyable. It was May Day when we were there and hence many shops and restaurants were closed but the staff offered to ring around to see who was open and what time they would stay open to. They also gave us a good map of the city and pointed out where the highlights were. The room was smallish and probably not really 4 star, but was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good and had the best shower so far this trip (staying in 30 different hotels). Breakfast was OK without being brilliant. The pricing was OK so would stay there again, but not sure of its rating as a 4 Star establishment. If it is, then some refurbishment is needed in the future.

We stayed there for 1 night on only last Saturday with my husband and we had the best night of sleep! Amazing mattress & pillows! The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. They were able to upgrade us to a premium room and the mini bar soft drinks was included which was a real plus. It was also my husband's birthday last week and I mentioned it while booking and surprise: upon arrival in our room he had a personalized card with little goodies in a basket so he was really touched and surprised.

« Not a four star hotel, compared with others in this catagory. »

Carpets badly stained in bedroom.One window catch was missing. No handbasin in wc,had to walk back through bedroom to wash hands in shower room!! Staff in restaurant,at breakfast, were dressed very casually- jeans and teashirt-not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Hot food was not always available. Location was good, shame about surrounding run down area. Will not be staying here again.

« A comfortable, peaceful night with a great breakfast »

We had one night in the hotel and found it to be very good. We heard no other residents noise and slept will in a comfortable bed. The breakfast was varied and of good quality and delicious. The room was a little on the small side but fine and clean so we were very happy with our restful stay.

« Slightly underwhelming for a four star hotel »

We were surprised that the hotel was in a rather run down area. The reception area was quite small but well presented. The major disappointment was the room size. We have been in 3 star hotels in France which had bigger rooms. That said the room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. It was apparent walking around Beziers that a lot of money is being spent on transforming the old quarter and centre. Hopefully changes will be made to the area around the hotel in due course.

Our room was very cosy ie there was very little room to move. The facilities provided were more 3 Star than 4 Star. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Whilst the old quarter of Beziers is being updated the hotel is in a rather run down area. It would help if the area around the hotel were uplifted.
