Hotel is well located in the city. The hotel has been revamped with new designs to the restaurant and reception. Breakfast is five star and better than the Beach Village in Jurere! WiFi and Parking all function well and I recommend this hotel.

« One the worst hotel experiences I have ever had »

The day staff (reception, breakfast, cleaning staff) were excellent. The evening staff and the hotel maintenance was absolutely worthless. My bathroom was leaking from the ceiling on 3 different places. The evening staff said the hotel was full and could not move us; Only offered to move us on our last day in which we declined since we only had a night left. Very sad to be getting leaked in the head while using the toilet, the sink and while drying outside of the shower. All from the bathroom on the floor above (who knows if it was their waste water)? Surely will never use that hotel again

Great location, clean rooms and helpful staff - the trademarks of the Ibis chain. Wi-fi is good. Plenty of hot water and a spacious shower make for a pleasant bath. Good soundproofing means that, even near the lifts, the room is silent.

The hygiene of the rooms are terrible!!! I needed to stay in the hotel because my company chose ibis for our team to stay in, but I’m already telling my supervisors about my experience, so they can pick another hotel for the next times. I’m super allergic and I couldn’t sleep because of all the dust in the room. My eyes were red all the time and it was even hard for me to breath. Another coworker that was staying in another room woke up several times over the night not been able to breath. I complained about the cleaning issues 2x in the reception and nothing was done!!!! It’s absurd this lack of hygiene and negligence with a subject that’s a health matter for your guests

We asked 2 rooms for 5 people, with the request of an extra bed through booking, and the app accepted the reservation even though the hotel doesn't have this possibility. I recommend to have a better filter at booking as only when we arrived at the hotel we found out that an extra bed is not allowed.

Our experience was great. I didn't like the breakfast, it doesn't have a lot of options to eat and the pão de queijo was terrible, totally disgusting. The room in general, including shower and bed was great.

I already know Ibis model, but in this time, the room had some small annoying problemas. First, the security lock ( chain ) was not there ( disappear ) , second the lights ( in my bed side ) not switch on the service light, the bathroom, have broken things there. Other thing was the coffee machine, the taste was terrible, i don't know why but the coffee was not good. The staff was ok.

I liked the location of the hotel, I liked the room where we stayed (6st floor), the shower and the bed. However, I didn't like the service at the front desk (the attendant did not smile at all) and I also do not like to not have face towels.
