« The location, amenities, availability of breakfast (not included in room price) make the hotel an excellent choice »

The stay was extremely comfortable. The only negative of the stay occurred when we first arrived. We were told by the young man at the desk that there were no rooms available for us. Fortunately, someone else (the manager?) came over, looked more carefully, and found a room for us. We very much appreciated this. Otherwise, everything about the stay was excellent. We appreciated the kindness shown by many of the staff, especially demonstrating patience and grace toward us as non-Portuguese speakers. For that, we were very appreciative!

« Very basic amenities, dirty floor. »

The room had the most basic of amenities. Shampoo and soap. No face cloths or hand cloths, only a shower towel. No iron, so I couldn't iron my shirts. Most of the staff didn't speak any English, which made it very difficult for someone who is coming on business and does not speak Portuguese. When asking for suggestions on places to eat nearby, the front desk person was not able to give any decent suggestions. The internet was very spotty and slow.

We are actually recruting english speaking staff to be able to get a better service for our foreign customers. As for the towels in the bathroom, the ibis hotels does not work with hand towels nor face towels. We provide 2 big towels in each room. However, if you might need more, you can ask at the reception desk. Our rooms does not have iron but we do have a specific place were our customers can iron their clothes. We are providing a place for turistic informations but I will particularly verify with my team this point you mention about the restaurants. « Decent service for airport hotel. »

It was quite decent, fast enough check in process, quite close to airport and shopping. Hotel manager very nice and accommodating. Decent restaurant in hotel. Not much else around hotel though. Not enough toiletries in bathroom, even though it's an overnight hotel basically.

You have good staff, like Lindalva and Cathia Cilene, but the apartment's ceiling was moldy, as were the joints in the bathroom stall. I'm not that allergic, but if the person staying was my husband, I could have sent him to the hospital
