I don't think you can beat this hotel for value. Rooms are always clean and s decent size. It's in a great location right beside a tube station and is always extremely reasonably priced. I never bother booking any other hotel in London because you just won't get a better one for the money.

Satisfactory Pub needed some refurbishment. Our room was very bland. Hotel info in room was poor - very little info available. Shower head in room 709 could not be adjusted. Buffet breakfast was good but I did have to wait 5min for eggs to appear and 10 mins for bacon to be replenished. The restaurant was not overly busy at this time - about 09:20 on Tuesday

My stay was enjoyable, relaxing and clean!

A reasonable priced hotel, near two underground stations, Earls Court and West Brompton. It was not my first time in this hotel and still appreciate the comfort of the beds and the clean bathrooms. This time I was not pleased with the queuing for checking-in/out and the dining at the pub restaurant. However, I would still recommend it.

Simple but immaculately clean room, comfortable bed excellent bathroom facilities, friendly staff in all departments. Breakfast from SERVERY was hot and good quality and plenty of choice... dinner in the ‘pub’ restaurant was also was most enjoyable. Two negatives... I could not definitively be assured by reservations that I had a parking space and we subsequently extended our booking to check out at 5pm which was easy but we were disturbed ( from sleeping) three times in the afternoon by housekeeping despite telling them we were booked till 5 pm.

We have stayed here before and found it an excellent place for a night or two in London. Comfortable and if you are on or near the top floor, amazing views. Buffet breakfast is very good and the pub is fine if you fancy a drink or something to eat.

Kettle didn't work, needed to get a tea from reception when checking out. A/C couldn't be turned off or turned down (i.e. to heat the room up) Couldn't work it out - no instructions. Disappointed with that. Had to heat up with a HOT HOT shower to get myself climate ready

This was my second year attending the college fair and staying at the hotel. Unfortunately the conditions of the rooms/bathrooms remained unchanged. Mildew is prevalent, water damage behind tiles is apparent. Should I return next year, I will not stay at this hotel, I now understand why my colleagues choose to stay elsewhere.

Leisure stay for birthday. Room & staff comfortable. Room was a little cold & could not work out the heating controls. Could do with leaving a spare blanket as an option.

It is a minimal cost to establish an enclosed outdoor area with som chairs and heating lamps for smokers. The fried eggs for breakfast was not up to standard, and I assume that most non-UK visitors misses the crisp beacon which is the norm in Europe and USA.
