We appreciated: the helpful and friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast, comfortable beds, large bathroom. Meals available on site. Left luggage room. Exceptionally good value for money. 5 minutes walk from underground train station.

When checking in the system was down, so I had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby before checking in. The wifi was also not working for 24 hours, it started to work the day after.

The hotel is conveniently located close to West Brompton underground station. The bus stop is right outside the hotel entrance. There are other bus stops and shops within 5 mins walk to the left of the hotel. The hotel offers more breakfast variety compared with other Ibis hotels in the UK. The room is quiet and comfortable. Quick check-in and check-out. Good value. Definitely recommend.

Accommodation was comfortable but perhaps a little dated ( dark wood , lamp shades a little tatty) otherwise clean , warm ..great view (room1012) and excellent value for money given location. Staff friendly and helpful, efficient.. breakfast.. all I could ask for really ,. For cost I would return and recommend.

The room was comfortable and the hotel convenient. The decor was a little tired, but perfectly correct. The wifi was down for our stay, but this was made up for by the fact that the staff were very friendly and helpful and told us about it in advance.

Short stay, reception was welcoming, lovely staff. The room we had and the corridor looked very tired, the room was musty and didn’t feel very welcoming. As we were only going to be in it for a short while it wasn’t worth asking to move rooms. Great location for Fulham!

I am using this hotel in the main due to the proximity of my work, however, if it was not acceptable I would not - therefore fact that I return week in / week out must say something. Good size of rooms, clean and good facilities - and of course quiet and comfortable!!

Ibis Hotel Earls Court - it has all the basic needs that a traveller would ask for. Location is near to the tube & train station. Located within housing areas. Breakfast was good. Rooms were tidy & clean.

The hotel is very clean and smells wonderfully. The staff is very polite and careful. I didn't like the warming system in the room. The window is not appropriated for winter in London. It should have double glasses for perfect termal isolation. The current solution doesn't allow a normal temperature in the room even when the aircpnditioning system was working in a 29ºC mode! It was cold in the room, unfortunatelly. I think the coffee break was not as good as an old-time Ibis client expected, but this isn't so important. Summarizing, it was a great experience and I will try to stay in Ibis Ear's Court in my next visit to London. Thank you!

Staff on reception, bar and restaurant were very friendly and doing their very best. Have been at ibis earls court years ago, tidiness is gone down. Chairs and tables in the bar are far from clean. Please look at the upholstery! Matrass cover was dirty! Not fresh at all!! Spots of fluids, Including pubic hair.....Desk and nightstands in room were not clean. Head board had a big fatty spot on it, somebody had been resting his/her head against it. Really disgusting! We noticed how one of the cleaning ladies dropped two fresh towels on the ground in the corridor, picking them up, and putting them back with the other 'fresh towels'..........imagine you have to dry your body with it!! Also, cleaning cloths were on top of the fresh towels on the trollley!! And we saw (in one of the rooms opposite - right from our window) somebody cleaning the window sill (inside) with a (used??!) towel! The curtain in the bad was also not fresh!! Hope they do not have the habbit of cleaning things with used towels!!!???? The woolen carped in the rooms must be a hotbed of bacteria, when you think of al the dirt, such as bodily fluids that land on it!! In France, loads of Ibis hotels have tiles on the floor. Much and much healtier option! Even the (inside) duvet looked far from fresh in daylight. And grillled food does not need to be charcoaled, seems to be extremely unhealthy. Everything of grilled food was as black as coal. We had to call reception on one of the firts nights because people were having a party sin a room next to us. And every early morning there was the noise of landing planes every 3 minutes in front of the room....!

The room was nice and the bathroom as well. I had some trouble with the heating as it was 25,5C in my room at one point and without heating it was still 21C so I had to sleep with the windows open to be comfortable.
