« We were on the 12th floor and the rooms were tired and we needed maintenance four times »

There is no air conditioning so in hot weather you need the windows open and then the it is very noisy with the airplanes overhead. The kettle leaked, the shower pump was intermediate and the wardrobe edging fell off. Reception rang at two o'clock in the morning to say there was a taxi waiting. It was the wrong room number. The headboard needed cleaning as it was greasey. Finger prints on the mirror also had to be cleaned. Generally the colour scheme is drab and in need of a refurb.

Prompt and courteous booking-in system., Very pleasant and helpful staff. Complained about remote not working and it was fixed in minutes. Breakfast experience very good. Food in bar very good. Bedroom was a bit tired. No bedside table on one side, light hanging off wall, stained tiles in bathroom, poor air conditioning (it was very hot). Would have liked more complementary tea bags.

« Decent one nights stay »

1 night stay after attending concert. First impression of hotel was good, Check in was fairly quick and at a good early time. Rooms pretty standard but clean with everything you need. Bar staff were pleasant. Didn’t use restaurant so cannot comment. Arrived back at approx’ 11:30pm restaurant was closed, no food available in hotel, although they do offer a list of menus from local takeaways.

This hotel is in a great location...close to the tube station. Unfortunately we had a very unfriendly welcome from the lady who I assume was the manager on reception. She told us to wait for service as she couldn't deal with us as she was ending her shift. The TV in the room was also broken.

« Hotel in a decent location. Reception area, breakfast area and bar area are all nice although rooms are a little in need of updating decor wise. »

Very satisfied with our stay. Satisfied with the price we paid on a very busy weekend in London. Plenty of choice at breakfast, staff were friendly. Our room had air-con which was very welcome. Rooms do need a little modernising décor wise but would stay again if the cost is acceptable.

The room is sparsely furnished with no cooler or refrigerator. One panel of the door of cupboard almost dropped off. It is one of the worse room i ever had in my 30odd years of travelling. And mind you i have 3 years of experience in running supply chain of hospitality n gaming industry.

Excellent proximity to West Brompton underground station. Very nice breakfast served for week charge. Good sized rooms, but could definitely use some updating. No air conditioning, but cooler at night with the windows open. Rooms facing the street-side were too noisy. Beds were comfortable and rooms were cleaned well daily. Good accommodation for a reasonable price near all transit. Bus stop right out front. Underground station 1 block away. Couple of good restaurants in the area.

Our initial room/suite was great until the evening when we were over run with moths ,we rang reception upon which the duty manager Julian rang us back within in a few moments . Julian was very apologetic offered to move us to a standard room as at that time there were no other suites available ,we didn't really want to move having been travelling all day plus our early start for Wimbledon the next day .julian then said if we left our bags packed he would ensure we were moved the following day which sure enough we were moved ,he also arranged for a complemtary dinner and drink as a good will gesture . I feel Julian gave fantastic customer service as not only did he ensure all this happened he also came to see us personally ,again to apologise for the inconvenience ,he is a real credit to your hotel and I hope that this is fed back to him .

« Served it's purpose »

The hotel was near to the station, reasonably priced (for London) and the room was clean and comfortable. Corridors were very tired looking and in need of decorating and had to go out to eat - would have liked room service (vegetarian) after a long day out. People next door were very noisy but thankfully did quieten down but the walls are obviously thin.

Room was Spartan. No air conditioning. Paid thousands of dollars for Wimbledon Experience. Expected comfortable room. Sorry to have added nights before and after Wimbledon at this hotel.
