« Stress free, well run, clean and organised hotel. Really good value for money. Definitely Recomended. »

Everything was made perfectly simple, from checking in to car parking as allowed to stay the following day. The room was really clean as was bathroom. Bed comfy and tea, coffee and fridge were nice little extras for price. Staff were very helpful and gave us directions around city. I can't find any faults and can only praise my experience of this hotel.

Overall experience was as I have come to expect when staying at Bristol Novotel on a regular basis over the last 3 years. New staff on site resulted in issues when ordering food but this was explained and food provided free-of-charge as an apology.

Although, these are generally well received as they have been injected with a little passion and fun, I can emphasize that this particular mean not suit everybody. Overall, very good. Room once warm, was excellent. Enjoyed using gym facilities. Breakfast good. Staff very helpful apart from one female member of staff who appeared to a bit scatty and was very confused in fulfilling her role at the hotel

The bathroom not clean enough and the bed sheets and towel wasn't clean either. Reported to the reception and been advised someone will replace the bed sheet and provide the new towels but never did unfortunately.

Thank you for your feedback Ejaj, I was sorry to learn that your experience on this occasion did not meet your expectations prompting you to give an overall rating of only 5/10 in particular, due to the housekeeping of your bedroom, please accept my sincere apologies. I will certainly discuss your concern regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom with my housekeeping team who I am sure will revisit their procedures of servicing the bedrooms and take the appropriate measures to prevent future occurrence and thanks for letting me know. With regards to the bed linen, I am sure that you are aware that we use natural cotton whereby no colour enhancers or bleach are used in the cleaning process to protect the planet, this however, means that the natural fibre is often yellowish in colour and can appear to be flecked with marks, these gradually do disappear with time and I am sorry if this give the impression that the linen was not clean. Please rest assured that my team are available 24/7 and again I apologise if on this occasion we were unable to give a clear explanation.
