The walk from Wolli Creek station was not short but nevertheless pleasant alongside the river. The room was comfortable and clean and the airport shuttle service works well. Dining in the restaurant was half excellent, half forgettable.

Good location, but they charge $10 for the airport shuttle.

Hotel was ok, but not terrific. They seem to charge extra for everything, such as coffee in the morning, shuttle to airport and afternoon tea.

Bathroom Floor has not been scrub dirt was in grout and also walls in bath area needs to be scrubbed. You can see where they had sprayed but not wiped. scrubbing needs to be done. For the price we pay, we expect alot better than what we got. very disappointed.

Dirty, dirty

After flying in from Singapore, we paid a day rate to enable us to get a few hours sleep and a shower before an evening flight to New Zealand. On entering the hotel all looked very positive. When you go up to your room the alarm bells sound as you notice the front door is dirty, fingerprints etc. This is always a good sign to check the cleanliness of a hotel. Although the bed was good with good quality clean sheets it went downhill from there. The bathroom was filthy! Hairs in the sink and on the toilet which didn't even look like it had been flushed properly. The toilet paper had just been ripped off and touched by a previous occupant and the toilet paper steel cover was filthy. When opening a cupboard there was paper from a previous occupant. It was so dirty we decided not to have a shower there. We travelled on to NZ and stayed at the Christchurch airport Novotel which was fantastic and spotlessly clean

As our flight was cancelled at 6 oclock at night we rang every where for a room(TAYLOR SWIFT.)Novotel sydney had only one room left.
