hi there, bathroom needs to be cleaner and renovated, toilets in ground floor our outdated and needs to be renovated too. dinner was good but expensive needs more sides with the $59-dollar steak. bed is good and room is well maintained. hope this help... kind regards,

I do not usually leave reviews and have left the review title blank so that my review is private and for internal management purposes only as my experience may just have been a once off or a bad night. Whilst the property, amenities and our room was perfect and absolutely nothing to bring to your attention, our experience in the main restaurant was very disappointing. Whilst it looked like there were ample staff rostered on for the number of guests dining, the service was terrible. It took forever to receive our drinks and when we finally received our meal it was also disappointing. I had the salmon and it seemed to be missing some garnishes. When I looked at the same dishes on another table nearby I could see they had lemon wedges. Mine did not so basically I had a dry piece of salmon. My husband was also not excited about his meal either. For the price of the dishes on the menu and our meal which totalled nearly $200 which we then had to line up to pay for, it was a very disappointing experience. I would also suggest a slight revamp on the menu, the prices and the options offered indicate more fine dining, the service, furnishings and surrounds do not align themselves with a fine dining experience.
