Reasons why I won't be staying here again.... - How can you call yourselves an Airport Hotel yet change for a shuttle. Plus the shuttle only runs every 40 minutes, which is disgraceful for an airport hotel. - The only way to find out where to catch the shuttle was by calling. Should be on your website in the day and age. - When the paid shuttle arrived there wasn't even enough seats. - Food was completely over priced for what it was. Plus wasn't even that good to begin with...both dinner and breakfast. Falls short of other Novotel's I have stayed at. - Can't add Accor points if paid by someone else. - Overall an underwhelming experience. Will be requesting my company to put me up elsewhere next time I need to work near the airport.

Good room - bathroom wasn’t up to standard .

The hotel was great - wonderful bar and restaurant area - friendly staff . Room was perfect except that we had the bathroom for people with a disability ( not a problem usually ) usually it’s a bonus - more room etc but the ruling in this bathroom meant that the floor flooded as soon as you turned on the shower . All the towels , dry clothes , dirty clothes etc got soaking wet . Again not a problem if there was a not up in the wall telling you to put your bath mat and towels outside because the floor was about to flood . There is a shower curtain rod available but no shower curtain ( may not have helped anyway ) other than that - excellent night sleep , great shuttle bus - thanks for early checkin and Late check out ( flight times ) very accommodating! Good job

I was surprised when I first arrived and not having stayed at your hotel, did not know the procedure. There was no one at the entry to direct me as to the fact that I had to park first and then take my luggage to the front desk. (Not a good start as I was abused by a shuttle bus driver who drove in behind me). The room air conditioning was too cold when I asked at the front desk they said that the temperature was set. It was a cold wet night and it would have been nice to be warm. Also the toilet hardly flushed I rang the front desk and they said they would look at it. My colleague also said the same about her room and the toilet. Your staff were friendly and I could not fault them. The food was very nice and served hot, a definite complement to your staff. I thought as an airport hotel, you could have at lease 1 friendly staff member at the front of the hotel to assist when visitors are arriving.

Generally the stay was good but the room was freezing and adjusting the temperature control did not work. There were no extra blankets in the room and we had to ask for one.

Room was good except that a loud high pitch noise was coming from the ventilation system at 3.00am. Parking was hopeless in that on departure I did not receive a ticket from the desk to be able to exit meaning I had to back up with a car behind me,go back to desk get ticket,fortunately we did not miss our flight.The reason we choose to stay with you was to get a good nights rest instead of driving for 3 hours on the day.

Administration staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. I spent some time with them over two days during a course as I was trying to track down a phone charger. They could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Met our expectations having stayed here before when it was Mercure. Good comfortable bed & bedding. Appreciate the availability of scales to weigh luggage and the ease of getting to & from the airport with the shuttle. Appreciated the email before hand with the shuttle timetable. Caertainly our go to motel when in Sydney.
