Arriving at the Novotel at ll.30 pm was greeted by friendly smiles, swift check in & happy to say in my very comfortable room in no time. Excellent breakfast next morning then on my way home rested & very satisfied with the whole experience. good one Novotel.

We were stranded in Sydney following a delayed flight from south Africa and Qantas arranged the hotel on our behalf. very pleasant check in. room was good but the bathroom was disappointing as small. Good supply of toiletries. Would have liked a biscuit on the tea/coffee tray. The toilet seat was fitted incorrectly and did not fit at all so informed reception on checking out. Used the bar and received good service with a smile. Restaurant staff ranged from almost dismissive (Senior member) to very friendly and helpful indeed. We used room service which was prompt and hot/tasty. courtesy bus used too in both directions. Overall opinion was we would stay there again. we enjoyed our stay but would rather have had the flight on time!

Our check in and room allocation were both very positive. The spacious 9th room was welcome. Our pre-dinner drinks were pleasant. The menu in the restaurant was new and while the prior menu was adequate but not outstanding the new menu was limited and didn’t quite match the renovations. While the staff were helpful there was a minor hiccup which we were more than adequately compensated for. All the same better not have the hiccup. The transfer to the airport and checkout all worked well. The fly drive package suits us and hopefully the return transfers work well.

We had a wonderful stay. My son got sick and vomited all over the lobby floor during our breakfast buffet. We were so impressed by the duty manager that was on who is training to be a doctor. He was so helpful and kind. He even called us on our way home to make sure that our son was ok which we thought was such a lovely gesture. We would highly recommend your hotel.

Your hotel is lovely and your staff very helpful. Unfortunately we had a terribly disruptive neighbour so hardly slept.

We had our grandchildren with us to fly them home on an early morning flight. The family suite was very comfortable and affordable. The restaurant was very nice with good service and enjoyable.

Frustrating challenge to get to your hotel. I called the hotel twice, the calls rang 16 times before being answered. When I asked if you have a hotel shuttle I was told to go to Bay 4. But there are no signs nor an information booth at the airport. I walked to Terminal 3, then back to Terminal 2, then down to Priority Pickup thinking stupidly that's where shuttles pick up people. But no, eventually I asked an attendant who pointed in the other direction between the terminals. There I found the first sign indicating "Bays" 1 - 4 and 5 - 8 but couldn't find where the Bays actually are until I saw the small painted numbers on the pavement. I called the hotel to find out when the next shuttle comes and was told in 15 minutes. 50 minutes later it finally arrived. Driver was surly at best. All in all it took me 2 hours from when I picked up my bag in baggage claim until I was in front of your reception desk. By that time your restaurant was closed.

Very happy , wish the food was a bit cheaper so we could’ve have tea there as we had a family it was quite expensive so we went around the corner and got takeaway for $60

From the moment we arrived to the time we left everything was easy. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely, the conference went well and the meals were amazing. Great location, we even enjoyed a walk around the nearby park one afternoon

Staff were not overly enthusiastic, printer was not working on my checkout with a lengthy wait for me to ask for receipt to be emailed. Staff did not ask how my stay was at checkout, room service food was luke warm upon delivery.
