Your professional and helpful staff are a feature. Special mention to Dale, Charmain, Anna, Steven and Mukti. The restaurant was under a lot of pressure at breakfast with an unexpected influx of guests and not enough staff. We would suggest a casual list of qualified staff be compiled to cope with such situations.

We had not stayed at this hotel previously. The rooms appear to have been upgraded and were very well presented . I appreciated the double glazing. The service was very good from the staff as was the quality of the service and food in the restaurant . I would stay here again

Staff friendly. Lighting in room was inadequate. Hotel undergoing refurbishment - room overlooked some of this work. Didnt live up to star grading expectation

Excellent location for airport and station for a day in the city. Facilities are good, clean rooms and staff are friendly; housekeeping responded directly to requests for items and replaced broken hairdryer with a new one straight away. Coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice.

Stopover in SYD, waiting to connect to overseas destination. Nice hotel, very comfortable bed, attentive staff. there was a renovation wprk on the upper floor, so I called reception to ask what's going on. was offered another room. didn't take an offer as had my bag unpacked and noise stopped in an hour as per reception advice. overall happy with my stay.

We often come to Sydney to see our new granddaughter who is nearby, this stay was topped our by being chosen as guest of the day which came with a small fruit platter and bottle of water

Room was fine but the air con was broken. We didn’t realise and turned it on then went down to dinner. Exhausted we came back and room was 27 degrees. We rang and service was very prompt. Staff very helpful but we had to change rooms quite late. Was difficult as we had to be up at 4.30am. Also the food in the restaurant was pretty ordinary. For lunch on day of arrival we had a chicken wrap but the chicken was very fatty. We couldn’t finish it. For dinner when we arrived back we just felt like sitting on a couch with a drink and something light. Would have liked a dip platter or green salad but nothing like that on menu. We sat in restaurant and shared a main which was ok. We bought a fruit salad for breakfast to have in room. Unfortunately is was tangy and quite stale and again we didn’t finish it. I’m not usually one to complain but our experience was, unfortunately not good.
