Ibis meets our needs: good position, room adequate, great shower, comfortable bed. Would benefit from more than one usb port and more storage for clothes. Hangers are too flimsy and clothes fall of the curious discs on the storage unit.

Perfect location in city center. First floor to back street too noisy with cars. No fridge in the room and quite small.

Although improvements were made on the flooring, it is still constant the noise from other travelers walking in their own rooms, also the windows seem relatively new but could be more noise isolating. The room had no water pressure in the shower and I took doble the time to shower: it took a lot of time to heat and to remove champoo of the hair. The positive side: staff is nice, they have a few vegetarian options (not vegan yet) which is better than other 4 to 5 star hotels! Nevertheless, there is room from improvement.

Good location and easy access to everything. I tried the breakfast on one of the mornings I stayed which was really good. My only issue was that for me personally was that the bed was a little hard and the pillows weren’t particularly comfortable.

Having stayed with you on previous occasions. We have to say we are not fans of the refurbished ”superior” room whilst it looks nice and modern. It didn’t work from a practical perspective. Lack of drawer storage. The previous layout worked better in our opinion. Having said that it won’t stop us from returning when we are next in Malaga.
