We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. We arrived a little early for checkin and the room was ready. We were staying fir our last night of our honeymoon trip before flying back to the UK. We were kindly upgraded to a junior suite room and were given a bottle of prosecco and lovely cakes. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The checkin staff were friendly as were all staff in the hotel. We had food at the restaurant which was good as was the breakfast. Overall a fantastic stay.

Room was very nice, but the hotel fell down on the smaller issues. We had a kettle and tea but no milk. I asked for milk and they bought just two individual servings. [for two people]. The bar was inflexible on the menu choices. They had a salad with chicken and a different healthier salad without. I ask if I could have the second salad but with the chicken. I was happy to pay extra but was told it wasn’t possible to have the chicken. The complimentary drink was only a half pint serving of beer.

Perfect guest experience from start to finish. Check-in was easy. The breakfast buffet and dinners at the restaurant were all great. Housekeeping also did a wonderful job. Next, the gym was small but well equipped.

indifferent to the locaton, but the breakfast area was chaotic with the tour groups, along with a cold cappuccino which is not a good way to start the day. would not return.

Unattentive service to Asian people

Unsatisfied on the receptionist and doorman/guard due to the slow and delayed check in. I think the hotel treat Asian poorly without the required passion to services in the hospitality business exception for the porter, who is willing to serve with passion.

Long wait to check in. Room wasn't available early. Noisy air conditioning. Room had a weird layout on two levels that wasn't practical. Also, it was lovely to receive a little surprise because it was our honeymoon, but there wasn't anything non-alcoholic.

Overall it was not the best experience. The room service is too slow, and took in excess of 40 minutes to get anything delivered to rooms. My friend was hit on the head with a plate by a waiter the night before the wedding we were attending. He was left with a cut forehead and lump. And lastly the door to my room was faulty so it needed slamming to shut properly. Every day after leaving the hotel though, the room cleaners would go into the room to clean up and would not close the door properly meaning anyone could walk into our room. I had valuables in the room which fortunately were not taken but someone could very easily have gone into my room without a key card due to the faulty door. I told the hotel but they didn't seem too bothered about it and seemed to already be aware of the problem. Really disappointing.

I was disappointed with my stay. I felt the hotel was over priced. I had booked the visit as a bit of luxury in Naples however when we arrived I found the staff unwelcoming and they didn’t even take us to the room. Then we found out the pool/spa was closed on a Monday and you had to pay extra just to use the basic facilities. Then my parter uses the gym and the equipment broke halfway through the session. The only saving graces of the hotel was the bed was comfy and the breakfast was good. I won’t be staying here again.

Thoroughly enjoyable. Great food, especially breakfast range; well worth the price. Rooms are excellent, although some are squashed (there was a large number of us so I went to many different rooms); staff and customer care are exemplary. However, the bar needs more variety of drinks and should have an attendant when open.

Staff were generally really nice ... only once did we have any sort of issue ... we had been out walking in the morning and come back to have a drink ... we had to walk around looking for someone to serve us at the bar, found someone who got us a drink and vanished ... could not get a second drink ... I actually found someone and said my husband is at the bar wanting to get another drink ... no one came so we didn’t get another drink .. instead we left and found somewhere else to have a couple of drinks. The rooms were very comfortable and could not fault anything at all ... as I said there was only the one thing that didn’t go well.

The hotel location, the kindness and the efficiency of the hotel staff, the cleanness of hotel areas, the room and its amenities, the marvellous restaurant/breakfast area and the wide variety of fresh and delicious food. The only regret is that I would have needed much more than only one night (but unfortunately, was only a stop on the way back towards home at the end of our holiday). The room was supposed to be superior room, although it was in a floor with difficult access. Air condition was working very poorly, as was the fridge of the mini bar. The absence of electric plugs was remarkable, as we could just charge one device in the bathroom. Dining at the restaurant was average. Tips from the reception were misleading.

Except for the valet man looking down on us/our car at the entrance and the 1 very unfriendly man at dinner, the stay was excellent. The man at the wellness (give him a raise) was extremely friendly (we apologize, next time we’ll make time for your tea), the thoughtful staff at reception and breakfast (who took the time to show us around), great coffee, wide range of breakfast, beautiful palazzo (really it is worth a stay if you want to go back in time), great location well connected (however difficult to get to by car if you are not used to the traffic in Naples), amazing bed (only maybe a bit loud due to street noise, but this may be over come by choosing a higher floor).

A very nice hotel, well situated, close to a hop-on hop-off stop. Also close to the subway station, and the historic center. The staff was very helpful. Room was clean. The hotel is in a very beatiful Palazzo. Breakfast was awesome.
