The hotel gave me an upgrade as a LeAccor member - the suite was huge and quite unlike any place I'd ever stayed before. The only improvement I would make to the hotel is that the gym facilities are limited. Every part of the experience was fantastic.

haven't been on this date? why? because of a buggy system and the worst customer client from AccorHotel Called them, wrote them, the booking system is not even listed! So we paid for a booking with the wrong dates because of it and only got as answer from Accor "the T&C" doesn't allow us to change or refund. No more excuse after being a gold and platinum member for over 10 years. They can be sure they've lost a customer and that they should stop asking this kind of survey. I'm still waiting for an answer from them, over 15 days now....Just being charged of the 1000€

Everything was lovely, except the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough. It was too warm in my room and that’s enough for me not to return. Also the WiFi was really weak.

stayed one night. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, The style was very relaxing, after a busy week we spent the day relaxing in the court yard before our flight home. As members we were upgraded to a premium room which was larger than expected, very nice and clean although showed signs of use, they had workmen in other rooms so could be on a redecorating role. The location was to the north of the city and a fair walk to the old town and port with road works outside so currently would recommend a room to the rear of the hotel if you like to sleep in. Overall I would recommend this hotel for the style and service received. great stay.

Your hotel have two problems: 1. Reception is to small, typically waiting time is 30-40 minutes. 2. Garage access problem for non-4wheel vehicles. I spend 1,5 hours after a very hard trip with my motorcycle on the reception till they can organize me someone, who open the garage for me... I informed that I need a motorcycle parking during the reservation, but no one pay attention on that in the hotel.

Great welcome. Had room 200 which was on the in between floor. So very quite and spacious room. Breakfast place had several options which allowed us to enloy breakfast in a more quite corner. Good lobby service!

The hotel is located in a beautiful old building and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is decent and the neighbourhood fit reasonably safe also in the evening. The only issue are the rooms themselves, they feel little bit dated and used and could use a small renovation soon.

The concierge or receptionist upon leaving was not very polite. The bellhop that helped us move rooms because the a/c unit was broken was beyond nice and polite. The restaurant and bar had wonderful service. The bar was a bit lacking in ambience but the restaurant was beautiful. The rooms were clean. However our first room was lacking overall. The bed was slanted (the feet end was higher than the head end) and the a/c didn’t work. After calling they said they would look into it which they did but they never called us back to tell us the issue. We had to call back and then they moved us. Just a bit lacking on service from the front desk.

It was a great time. I think they should probably try to negotiate cabs pricing better from the hotel. Because we were quoted from the hotel 20. Cab driver said 25. No big deal but if someone from the hotel tells us one thing and then we get charged another. Its annoying. Other than that we had a great stay. Love the complimentary water. That helps a lot to stay hydrated.

The room was great and I loved the his and hers sinks in the bathroom. The staff was attentive and very helpful, most days the cleaning staff even came to check that everything was ok with the room. The hotel is fairly close to central station so getting to places like Pompeii and Sorrento is very easy. It's obvious that Naples isn't a rich city (this includes the area around the hotel) but this in no way ruins the experience. The staff left a nice message and cakes for my birthday which was a really nice gesture and very much appreciated.
