We booked a superior room and got a room where the window did not open and the air-con didi not work. The room had no sofa but a third bed with linen (which we did not need). Really disappointing. Be careful who checks you in.

A very pleasant stay, breakfast was very good, the room was very spacious and comfortable, the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs (easy to travel into Munich and easy access to autobahns). our suggestion for improvements would be to be clear about availability and cost of parking. Whilst it was clear parking was available, it was not clear it was not the hotels and would be charged.

But the beds were just too soft. I am on the heavier side, and used to sleep on harder matresses. The receptionist told me that there is no alternative - As other hotels do provide harder (or softer) matresses on request, I will have to stick to the others.

Business trip, room excellent (newly renovated, quiet, very clean, everything works, big TV screen, good beds). Coffee machine available, but one day no spoon or anything to be able to prepare cocoa with milk, the second day (after informing the reception on the previous day) no spoon and no paper cups and no sugar. Why don't you put there two real coffee cups ? I am still going to book this novotel because the rest is perfect.

Late check out request at 5pm was turn down, only till 3pm but if want to extend till 5pm was told need to pay day used rate. In normal practice I had always been allowed to stay till 5pm (of course subject to availability) but this time round I was told to pay Euro 30 for extend till 6pm

I return fairly often because I generally like the hotel. Normally I would rank it 9. But on this occasion, the shower had nor been cleaned. Old tubes of shampoo/long hair stuck to the wall tiles. Since a quick turnaround was needed, I cleared away the debris and hair myself. Also, there was insufficient staff at the bar at 10 to 12 on this Friday evening so even though it was clear I wanted to order (and sitting at the bar so no problem in getting attention), it was necessary to wait quite a long time.

Booked AC room, however was provided non-AC room!

It was not a pleasant stay at all, when there is a heat wave and temperatures cross 33 degrees, the AC was not working in the room; and the hotel staff was unable to call the AC service technician to repair it for 3-4 days. I had to complain many times, and repeat myself many times, after 2 days they offered to change room; however I had unpacked everything and come for a business trip, my empty luggage was used to carry samples at the Messe so it would have been impossible for me to change rooms. After 2 days I was given a portable fan which hardly helped in the hot conditions. Even after charging premium rates 200 Euros per night for fair days, provided Non -AC accommodation; then on 4th day, after weather became cooler, the in-house hotel technician comes and repairs the AC, though the temperature controls were still not working, but cooling started - if he was able to do so, why didn't he do so earlier? Also, was not satisfied with the Vegetarian Options for breakfast, other hotels offer waffles, pancakes and omelets to order as well.
