Our stay was great. The only issue we had was with a wired smell coming from the bathroom, however I did not report it.

« Rather disappointing on the whole »

Having stayed in numerous Accor hotels in various countries this was by far the worst experience. Was initially told I could not have dinner until after 9.30 as pre booked - which I should have been informed of when checking in seeing as your policy is to not treat guests equally. For the 1st time in an Ibis I was informed the dining discount I have experienced as an Accor member was not given there - I had in a number of countries which seems strange. Then to top it off the wifi would not work in my room. All in all it was rather forgettable and I doubt I will stay in an Ibis again.

For such a price, they have really big room with excellent bed and WC room with bath. Breakfast was very good every morning. You can only have problems with public transport.

We were very pleased with our stay in R.. the front desk staff were very helpful and cordial the whole stay. We had many questions since it was our first stay in R.. They were very helpful letting us know where different shops were near the hotel. The welcome drink was fabulous and the many antipasto given to us were good as well. We ordered an antipasto plate as well that was very good.

To be welcome with a smile is always enjoyable, for sure at the end of a busy day. It was my first stay in a ibis hotel although I’ve been once in a ibis styles. The structure is comfortable and I appreciated all aspects of it. Large rooms, excellent bedding but no fridge, which seems to be standard for ibis. I also enjoyed a decent breakfast with a small point on the fact that there were scramble eggs but no bacon, and, very valuable in Rome, a garage. But above the material aspect, I really appreciated the professional attitude of the personnel. The only negative point I could mention, is the fact that the welcome drink doesn’t include a glass of wine. I could not believe it. Not in Italy! But despite my efforts to convince the barman about the nonsense of this restriction, there was no way to change it. He even pretended there is never wine for a welcome drink in an Accor hotel! For sure I know a lot of exceptions... in fact all others I’ve been!

Very clean hotel. Helpful and warm staff. Location is alright. It is a 2 minute walk from the bus stop from where a bus takes you to the nearest subway which is 30-40 minute drive. For a couple, Ibis can do more by providing an elevated table/platform for 2-3 suitcases. For those like us travelling from a different continent, there is hardly any room for keeping the suitcases. In all other aspects, the hotel is quite good.

The Check In and Check out process was smooth.... The person at the reception was quite helpful...The food quality was good... Breakfast may have a couple of more choices for Vegetarians... Even though the hotel is connected through public transport but if a taxi or shuttle can be arranged from nearest Airport Metro Station it will be more convenient....
