This was my second time staying in your hotel. Alltogether went well except that i woke up in the night to drink some water and realized no drinking water in the room, i suggest to add some water bottles in the rooms and a fridge would be nice too.

After I had dinner in the hotel, I requested to add in my room charge. The front desk refused my request without any reason. Besides, when I checked in, I told them that I would use the shuttle bus next day morning. But when I checked out, they told me that I had to reserve the shuttle bus service in advance. So I had to pay 30€ by taxi on my own in 10 minutes to FCO airport.

Service was excellent, with support being given both pre arrival and at the desk for bedding for an additional child. Check in and check out were seamless. With a small market around the corner, the location was very convenient for a night stay over near the airport. We will be back on future transits. Thank you from the C. f.!

We are always very pleased with our stays at Ibis hotels. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a dinner and drinks in your restaurant. However, our room was HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No matter what we did to the thermostat..........it was HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We even got up early to get out of our room. This hotel really needs to do something about this. We spoke with other guests and they were HOT too!! We enjoyed the organized shuttle service to the airport. It was timely and reasonable and had great air conditioning! We will continue to stay with Ibis hotels.......just get the a/c fixed!!

Hello, Thanks for following up on our stay in Rome. I wanted to give one piece of feedback. While the hotel was excellent, the shuttle drive to the airport the next morning was definitely not. The driver was reading messages on his phone, reading a paper printout and adjusting controls on the radio, all while driving within two metres of the car in front at 140km/h. He is not a competent driver and was very dangerous, from a passenger point of view. If anything had gone wrong, we would have been killed or badly hurt. I have driven professionally in Europe and know what I am talking about. I will seriously consider not using an Ibis shuttle again, after that experience. Sincerely, John

hIt was a nice experience to stay at Roma Fiera. We found it difficult with the transportation towards and from the city centre. Apart from that everything was smooth. We truly enjoyed the breakfast.

I stayed in room 530 in during the nights there was, and I think it still continuing, strong noice of electric engine. It disturbed my sleeping. There was not wi if in the room.

The hotel is about 15 km from the airport. It was weekend when I spent night there. So, no traffic problems at all to get there or to the airport. Hotel shuttle service worked like it should. I don't know what'll be during the working days.

We had booked a night on the way back home and we had a reservation with the hope that we will meet the hospitality we always expect from IBIS. The location of the hotel was so close to the airport that we expected exactly. The welcomeing was extremely warm. The rooms were wider than the other IBIS hotels. We had late checked-in to the hotel and had to go to the city for dinner. My wife needs to eat gluten-free. The front officer convinced us to make a reservation at the hotel restaurant by saying that their menus are totally gluten-free. However, there was not a gluten-free menu, even gluten-free bread. We had to eat some hard stuff. We were not satisfied with mostly pre- prepared or frozen dishes. The breakfast was not bad and there was still noting gluten-free. My wife has eaten packed stuff. We have never been satisfied with this leg of IBIS hotels, which are increasingly improving their cuisine in our other experiences. The hotel was next to the railway and had very good sound insulation, we had no problems. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Internet service was fine.

I booked online, received an email telling me my reservation had not been confirmed, and was asked to go ahead and book again. So of course, when I arrived, I had 2 reservations! And was told none of that was refundable... I was lucky to be helped by Assunta, who handled the proper authorizations, and made sure I was fully reimbursed before the end of my stay. Kudos for this smart, pleasant young woman who dealt with me like a pro! I try to stay at an Ibis hotel wherever I travel. This one has a tricky location, but the breakfast was awesome!
