« Satisfying - although not as great as usual »

The experience was fine, having stayed at the hotel many times I knew what to expect. However this time there were a number of small issues, firstly service in the restaurant was below standard, including me even having to ask for a glass of wine to be added to my bill as it was missed off. Also the keys provided repeatedly didn’t work in the room or in the lift and finally there were a number of partial fire alarms throughout the evening in my room. Also given the quality of the rest of the hotel the gym always feels slightly below par. Aside from those small compliants, service across the rest of the hotel was as always exceptional and I will of course be choosing to stay with you again.

I had a great stay last week at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well lit. I had to spend some time working in the room and having enough light and a hot water kettle made the stay more enjoyable. The food is also excellent.

« A pleasant experience »

I have stayed for two nights. The customer service was very good, especially I like Mr. Van in the restaurant for his willingness to offer help in areas outside his job role. There were a couple of small issues. One is the room temperature in my room as I had very little liberty to set the temperature despite the thermostat. The upper temperature was initially capped at 22 and with the request, it was capped at 26 and it took almost the whole night to get that level. Secondly, twice the room service opened the door without waiting for me to respond. That to me was very strange.

Service was great, people really nice and helpful, but the room felt like a sauna and it was not possible to cool it down, the climat control did not seem to work properly. We did not sleep well because of that.

The rooms are lovely with good facilities. My preference is for my room to be left as I have it - I hate putting stuff somewhere and you come back and the cleaning staff have been in and rearranged all your stuff - drives me crazy. Also on arrival I don't get who gets picked for receiving a drinks voucher and a bar of chocolate - I initially thought it was returning customers but on this occasion I was travelling with a number of colleagues and there was no rhyme or reason as to who got what - left me feeling slightly less special :-( Also, publish on your site the fitness facilities - there is no mention of this on your website - it helps to know this stuff. Overall though a lovely hotel and every member of staff I encountered was lovely and friendly.

From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel welcome (by Niina). We had an apéritif at the bar; again lovely staff. Breakfast staff very attentive. Room quiet, bed ultra comfortable, high speed free wifi a definite plus. This was our 2nd visit; won't be our last.
