« Good enoufgh near enough nothong special »

Duracell bunnies dressed in IBIS shirts bounce on me when I enter the hotel. Everything goes smoothly and easily which is good when I am tired after a hard day at work. The location is convenient and breakfast just about good enough. Coffee is very weak so I always end up having to drink tea. Corridors are noisy at night so even a deep sleeper like myself wakes up frequently. Bed and duvets and pillows nice and fluffy. Paying for the ease of experience but if you want to improve it is the customer service such as emailing invoices and cleaning showers properly.

I once again choice this hotel for its perfect location - easy to reach from the train station, close to some good restaurants and only a short walk from Bristol's shopping area.

Stay was fine, I think the cleaner forgot the bathroom once, other than that cleaning was fine. The towels do have a bit of a sour scent though.

Stay was okay. Room was hot and there was no air con. The instruction said its automatic climate control, but didn't work. Breakfast wasn't good, could be better. Have had breakfast in other IBIS hotels, this was the worst experience.

Bar - fine; Breakfast - good. Dinner (fish and chips) - chips OK but fish not good, hard batter, seemed old, no offer of tomato ketchup. Not really a place to have an evening meal.

I am a regular guest at Ibis Hotels and this one was a good one because of the location and the facilities. The bed is always comfy and the shower hot and powerful. Kettle, coffee and tea in the room. Relaxed café in the foyer. Nothing stuffy or dated. A great start to what was a rainy, stormy day.

Hotel is good but I suffered from late noise from an above room since somebody spoke loudly until 1:00 am. Of course it's not your fault and I imagine that you're not going to launch big works on isolation but this makes my rating.

« Cold shower at 7.45 am. Bathroom door jams. »

Worst ibis to date. No water overnight- fair enough -repairs required. No hot water 1.5 hrs after end of works, not acceptable. No staff on hand in morming except waiting staff. Had I not paid in advance I would have refused to pay.

Staff were excellent as was the hotel location. The room was very clean but bed very uncomfortable which was disappointing so not a good night's sleep. Check in was confusing as reception was not obvious.

Hard bed- it was like sleeping in a table. Food - both breakfast and meal in evening very poor. Cleanliness - I scored neutral because the room was clean otherwise score would have been lower.

Hotel is in a very good location, with great and very friendly staff. It follows the good quality of Ibis hotels. Breakfast is really good but I would not recommend having dinner at the hotel. Expensive for the low quality.
