The location of the hotel is amazing but the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired! The bathroom was absolutely filthy, didn’t even look like it had been cleaned in weeks! There was also so much dirt and dust under the bed.

Staff were really helpful. I had booked for 3 nights but did 2 separate bookings. At check in. I asked if I could combine this so I didn’t have to check out and check in again. This was accommodated without question and literally took a couple of minutes to sort. Great service. Hotel is in a great location and lots of nearby amenities. Room was very clean and comfortable - maybe just an extra large towel in the room would have been good. Other than that nothing else to call out.

The Ibis Hotel in Bristol is ideally situated in the heart of the entertainment area of the city. Multi storey car parking is conveniently placed on two sites adjacent to the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful and I really enjoyed my stay.

Room had not been cleaned properly for weeks - I have had same problem before at ibis Bristol - underside of bed was thick with balls of dust , hair and pieces of paper from previous visitors - had to take anti histamine as I was sneezing all night and only realised the reason for the problem in the morning

Very nice people, easy check-in and well-located. The room is not quite the smallest ever but it's pretty close to it. Because the rooms are so small the bathroom is practically standing room only and there are very few places to put things in the bedroom. Very clean and comfortable beds. Windows don't open but two inches and the A/C is not air conditioning, it's just recycled outside air so you better hope for a cool day.

Just had an horrendous stay in a Weymouth hotel for same price the day before. This was 100's of times better although next door had TV on until 1.00am. If it wasn't for the inconsideration of guest it would have had a 9. clean. spacous and functional

The staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. There were three hiccups. The first was that the room was an accessible room but it was almost inaccessible being really small and cramped. It meant moving things around each time the bathroom was required. The power socket over the desk was loose sand a potential health hazard. However the most awkward aspect was it has a wet room but NO CHAIR. Luckily I can stand for short periods but I could not wash anywhere below my upper leg. Every hotel I have been in with a wet room either has a fold-down bath chair or a disability adapted stand-alone bath chair. Disappointing. Otherwise happy with our stay.
