« Old hotel »

Old vetuste hotel cwich does not meet the Ibis standard. Hotel needs an urgent refreshment. Breakfast ok (for the price), staff ok. Great location and big parking (the one covered related to the train station.

Dear Hotel Manager, I stayed in your hotel but unfortunately I remain dissatisfied (for your reference, room number 206) 1. Old vetuste rooms 2. No ventilation in bathroom 3. Mold in bathroom 4. Bed linen somewhat not fresh and clean 5. Smoking smell in the room! (I have requested a non smoking room prior booking) Positive thing now: 1. Breakfast was better than the room experience, but somehow not as in other Ibis hotels. 2. Location Taking into consideration the above things, I can confirm that I will not return to this hotel. The only problem experience was the room for disabled people we stayed in had no shelf near the wash hand basin for placing washing things. We had to store our toothbrushes etc on the floor.

The location of that place is really good, plenty of places to go out near by, good connection with railways. reasonable parking and quite comfortable bed. On the down side, may be the room would need some refurbishing at some stage and the access to the electric plugs are really acrobatic and the tv, perched on the top of the wardrobe is not that easy to look at.

Being nearest to the railway station, commuting to other places in Paris becomes most easier. It is easier for my customer to pick me up. Its away from the city and is more quieter. Staying in IBIS Saint Gratien is like staying home. Very courteous staff and very good atmosphere.

Had book a room at the Ibis budget but couldn't check in right away and decide to drive a couple of minutes to the Ibis hotel and was able to get a room right away and get a couple of hours sleep just getting in from NY

The only hotel on earth I was very sick while leaving the hotel It happened before many times with many hotels. The ONLY hotel on earth where you find a staff calling you 2 times to be sure that you are feeling well, and that you arrived safely. We had a problem in that our night of 17th May was disturbed by very noisy nearby guests. We have also found the air conditioning very noisy when we kept the window closed.

We were attending a wedding in St Gratien so the Ibis was an ideal location and being right next door to the train station, was great for getting into Paris for sightseeing. I asked for hand towels but was advised you do not provide these; I don't like using the same towel to dry my hands after using the lavatory and then on my body. You should think about providing hand towels. The room could be bigger for 2 people to share. The handsoap for the hand basin should be a pump not one you have to hold and squeeze after using the lavatory as its better hygiene. No shower caps provided.
