I had a problem with the laundry service, I have put my clothes to wash but for some reason it was not sent to laundry.. so the manager informed that they would send that day using the express servise. Later that day my clothes were back and the service was not charged !

I don’t like the inconvenience of having my card keys demagtinized even if I took care of it (away from my cell phone etc), and I have to go down all the way from 8floor.However, I love your breakfast buffet and the ham and cheese pizza that you make for each customer at night.And the reception staff are very friendly and professional.tnaks a lot.

Very practical location for visiting the central area's museums and historical places not so much for the fans of beaches. Satisfactory rooms however if you plan on eating here the food is way overpriced.

I had to wait for more than 1,5hour as they didn't have a free room (lack of organization until they give us the key of room 373) Even though we are old Ibis customers, they simply ignored the fact we were going to stay there for a few hours (less than 12h) and we really needed to chill out as we were really tired and had just left Ibis Copacabana Posto 2, where we stayed for the New year's party (Oruan Mancìo da Silva and Rafael Antonio R. room 762). Oruan is an old customer, he truly believes in your services and got really disappointed with this bad customer experience.
