« Good place to stay few steps from the beach »

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only think to point out is related to breakfast. Crowded with some devices missing like cups.

I liked the staff approach and kindness, the room was clean and the air conditioner worked as expected. Talking about some opportunities from my point of view, it took more than 20 minutes to have someone helping me with the check in (I had to stay waiting this time in front of the desk as there was only one staff available), on the coffee there was some delay to replace stuff and in the first day there was no cream cheese available, we had to go to the cafeteria to ask for a spoon for my wife to take her medicine and last but not least there was only one extra pillow available for a double bed room.

Good room, very clean adn confortable. However bathroom doesn't have windows so it kind keeps the vapor and water from shower. Also I was not able to turn AC on, not sure if it was working.

The hotel was great location and view from our room fantastic and your personnel so helpful Carol and the other lady they were all so nice your restaurant was great your cook fantastic we had a very good breakfast and we ate every day supper so friendly people thank you so much we also had a great experience in the Ibis Milano Centro you can be sure you have gained us as your customers very happy to have found Ibis hotels.

« Needed to complain everyday to solve smell inside the room »

Everyday in the morning the bathroom had a horrible smell - sewer / sink made impossible to enter the room. We complained every morning. They solve but later we needed to do again.

I was charged a charge on my credit card, but then it was changed. It got cheaper. The hotel should do the refund of the value, but this has not yet occurred.

« Great staff and place »

We had 10 days in this hotel for my son's wedding in Santos. The hotel is well located, clean,and with a good breakfast. The best part though are the extremely friendly and helpful staff who made our stay a pleasure. They went out of their way to help us with everything, thanks to all the Ibis staff, obrigardo

Linen was not smelling good and seemed not to have been washed properly. Shower heated excessively, preventing us from having a relaxing bath.
