Linen was not smelling good and seemed not to have been washed properly. Shower heated excessively, preventing us from having a relaxing bath.

The room has an awful smell of smoke, more like an ash-tray. We thought that maybe the smell would disappear after a while, but it doesnt. The cleaning of the room was also not very good. There were stains in one of the towels, and the elevator was very dirty.

« Laundry issues »

I had great complications on receiving my laundry back from the hotel. It wasn't delivered back in time, and I needed to check out to travel for work. I ended up waiting at the lobby for about an hour, delaying not only me, but also my business travel companions and the driver that went to pick us up. Additionally, my clothes were delivered wet and at least one shirt is burned by the ironing. It is quite an expensive shirt and I expect proper compensation from Ibis for the damaged item. I have asked 3 time now for nota fiscal to be sent to me. You are sending surveys saying that you listen to your guests, but it seems you are ignoring my emails and request. You should pay more attention for what your guests are asking for. The best solution is to give nota fiscal on check out.

In general when I have been using IBIS, I need to ask my hosting receipt for you because hasn't been sent for my mail. That is an inconvenience once my trips are business and I need to present the receipt for the company. Note: all IBIS that I have used this year. Please, improve your service and solve the problem, because I spent time asking through mail, phone. Boring!!!!

For four times I needed to go to reception in order to reactive my key card. Only in the last time the man called a persone to understand what was happened. The problem was the bactery yha was discharged. Second point was tin the bathroom. During all time had a water loosing and nothing was done
