« Good to stay for few days »

It took a long time to check in. Air conditioner was not heating. There was no shampoo. Confy bed, good pillow. The breakfast was the highest of out stay.

In general was very positive. I just need a good shower and good bed. In fact, the breakfast is good, in spite of simple. the elevators are the only point I could complain since there are many floors and rooms for just 4 elevators.

the room is confortable, the hotel estructure is nice, very good attendance. The only thing that i sugest to change is the blanket, cause they loose much dust (hair)

Awful Bed. Broken Air Conditioner. Broken TV remote. I was very surprised how cheap the room was for the value I was paying.

« It's a budget hotel... »

If you are not too demanding regarding super comfort in your room, this is an excellent pick. Close to two nice shopping centers, one with movie theatres and both with amazing alternatives for dining, also close to subway (metro) and lots of street stores, bakeries and pubs to hang out at night, on a very safe neighborhood. The staff is kind but a bit slow. I notice, three times I needed service at reception, attendants needed extra four to ten minutes AFTER having finished with previous guest before calling for next. Room, as all Ibis Budget, has no phone and upon request and extra money, you can get a minibar. Room is very clean and cleaning personnel very kind. Mattress was very disappointing; a so-so comfort that may cause me to pay a bit more as I have a bad back that needs more cushioning on mattress.

The reason for staying at Ibis Budget is the good cost/benefit ratio, Nevertheless, the hotel has to undergo some improvements, like the Cable TV that is available is awful. Poor image, few channels.

« Convenient, however not completely satisfying »

Hotel has a nice location, however some remarks must be done. The apartment is quite tiny and offers no balcony or whatsoever, so tenant has no place to smoke, for example. Moreover, the cafe/bar is overpriced. You can easily buy thru iFood from a lower price with delivery for free. As far as I know there is now fridge at any room so it is impossible to keep a bottle of water cool. Furthermore, it is not offered any bathroom liquid, such as conditioners or even shampoos, the top you can get is two soap bars and if you're travelling on business it may be hard to get a small container of shampoo in the surroundings as they only sell big bottles that cannot be carried during flights. Summing up, the hotel has great staff, and it is overall very cleaned and looked after. But needs to work on some features to make experience even better.

« Bad Check in, good stay. »

I bought an early check in at an additional cost and checked in online. Supposedly these actions would allow me to get into a room before 12:00 and give me some priority on a specific line for online check-in. When I got to the hotel I went to the line of who had checked in online and I was the first in line, there was another line for "regular" check-in and 2 other lines for general requests such as breakfast purchases. When a person left the counter I went to the receptionist and she said I should go back in line because the priority was for selling breakfast. I went back in line and waited. The lines started to grow and another member of staff divided the lines into check-in and breakfast, leaving me out of the new lines guessing when it was my turn. I waited and when I found a chance to go to the counter, the receptionist told me she couldn't check me in because the check-in started at 11:00. I told her I had bought an early check-in option and she told me she didn't know if there was a room available for me. I should go back in line and wait. I went back in line and waited until she called me. When she called me other people in the other lines started complaining about why I was going before them. I was forgotten in the online check-in line which I had arrived earlier than anyone there and nobody had noticed I was there. When I finally had my chance to talk with the receptionist, she saw that my room was ready for me. I had the feeling of having wasted my money in order to get early in a room since I had to wait a very long time in line and also felt that nobody was noticing my presence in the online check-in line. Otherwise, my stay was a regular Ibis Budget regular experience.
