Too small bedroom, some facilities not working, problems in the elevator and with the card key. The toilet room is ridiculous and that would be impossible the use of it by an obese person. My room didn't have a bathroom, there was a really small space for the shower (that didn't smell good) and another one even worse for the toilet. To small, no air exits. Poor quality towels. I'm very disappointed with the chain. Some years ago I stayed in the same hotel, and the bedroom was way better than it is now. If I knew the quality had fallen so much, I'd definitely choose another hotel.

I had a good experience, but somethings can be improved, such as the size of the bathroom (it's divided in three parts — the shower was ok, the sink also, but the toilet was really tight). The toilet was frequently smelling bad. Other things: why am I responding to an Accor report when I was staying at a Ibis Hotel? The price was a little high also. Since I was at the Morumbi unit, it took much time and money to visit the places I wanted. So, if I do the math, it would be better to stay at some other place. The hotel car entrance is not very easy to spot — many of the vehicles we contract had difficulty to find it on a first attempt. Overall, at last, it was not bad. I would use it again if the bathroom problem get fixed.

The bathrooms really are different because the profile is for fast trips. Therefore it is not possible to make changes in the bathrooms of ibis budget hotels. Unfortunately, this time my experience at the hotel was not very good because the water at the room I stayed (1262) took a long time to get hot and sometimes did not get hot at all. Not only that, the shower was awful! Little water and did not get hot! This time I stayed on a higher floor and the room was really cold, though I believe the temperature was no so low. In addition, the bed was terrible. Not comfortable at all. What a shame! I felt frustrated because the price I payed this time was higher. I think we all expect a nice, relaxing, warm shower and a cozy bed after a long day!

Very pleased with the accommodation, the bed is amazing, the shower as well and everything super clean. The girls from the front desk and the maintenance guys that had to open my locked door were very kind. Also, a great breakfast and I could take my puppy with me. Just loved and would recommend to friends.

The hotel is indeed 'budget'. I was welcomed super friendly (by Sarah) and the check-in went smoothly. The room was not so clean (hairs in the bathroom). The breakfast is good, but it gets very busy during morning rush hour, which makes the experience a bit uncomfortable.

I got the handicapped room, which has a larger bathroom, just a single bed and not desk to put my laptop. Cleaning was not done in 1 day (of 3) and they charge to keep you luggage after check out.

Very good. A small suggestion about space with tables on lobby, please put better lights over some tables, because if you need to work (with laptop, for example), is too dark.

No shampoo, no hair dryer in my room.
