Was good, the only thing that bothered me was the fact that the hotel didn't give some shampoo and conditioner. Beside that, everything was fine.

service is not good. nobody has cleaned the bed or picked up my yesterdays bedsheet. I had to ask myself at the desk for new bedsheets. they dont even ask.

I've been using your services for a long time and the lack of a minibar made me dull. Please review this policy. When I've made the reservation and the check-in, no one told me that the policy changed. I get to the hotel exausted, late, at night. After fall on sleep, sometimes I like to drink some water or eat, whatever. Thanks.

Always have problems receiving the invoices that I need for reimbursement in the COmpany I work for.
