It was a good experience, I only needed it for one overnight. The only thing is I thought the room could be warmer and have a mini fridge. I have mushrooms with time that needed to be stored and ended up going bad. Breakfast was nice and tasty!

Good product, competitively priced. However could be put more attention on details of room givem to costumer. No need to give a 3 bed room for a single occupant. The excess of beds in this case, creates disconfort

« Charged a different price, no one cautioned me »

On Monday I called the hotel to change my reservation from Monday to Tuesday and received feedback from the attendant that it was okay to change dates. I checked in the following day, paid using my credit card and didn't bother to check the values. Checking out in the morning the attendant said there was a problem: I was charged the night before the full walk-in price, that is nearly twice the internet price. The manager took over and simply said that it was in the contract conditions (fine print) because I changed from Monday to Tuesday. I'm very upset because: (1) No one told me that I would have to pay a surcharge; (2) The manager took the easy way just saying it was in the fine print. Horrible user experience. Anyway, I was late for a meeting so just told them to keep the money and that I would never come back.

I booked 11 nights at Ibis Budget, Jardins, São Paulo, Brazil. In the first five nights, I couldn't sleep because other guests made too much noise (after 10 p.m.), bothering all my family. After the 5 nights, as the noisy guests checked out, I could sleep. If they hadn't checked out, probably I wouldn't sleep all my nights at Ibis. We did 4 complaints: 3 verbally and 1 written. None of them was effectively in solving the problem.

Busy check in I stay here as it’s very central to where I need to be The ironing board is terrible , it’s concave and really hard , the water leaks out of the iron . I always need to use it for my shirts , but it’s terrible . The coffee at breakfast isn’t nice

Good hotel for the stay, clean, but it miss organization. I pay through booking, and it had breakfast included, which they told me when I got there I hadn't had that included. It was my second day they told me I had breakfast. Then one day they didn't make the room, even though I left the room early.

Despite the great location and cleanliness of the room, I have some complains about it: - real bad quality of soaps; - air conditioner not working; - uncomfortable bed. I do not think I made a good deal in terms of being in a simpler hotel room for a more affordable price.

« Dont expect much »

The place is under renovation and the staff it is not the more charming person of the world. The person that guide to park in the premises have a behavour like we are idiot. It is not well signalled where is the parking lot of the hotel. The check in person have little interest for our questions. It seems that the person was at end of shift and did not want much talk.
