There is no place to put my stuff in an organised way after I pull of all my clothes from the bag, so the room became a mess.

Overall it was good. Good location, good reception staff and good breakfast. Room had a good smell and seemed clean. However the toilet had a very strong cigarette smell.

Very Friendly staff and standard ibis budgets rooms, clean and tidy as expected. Breakfast has improved since last time I have been in a Ibis Budget. Unfortunately Prices are not so budget anymore, at least in SP therefore The cost benefit has decreased a bit in my opinion. Regards.

The rooms are so tiny that there's barely any space for luggage. The shower is separated from the rest of the bathroom, with a glass door opening to the bedroom. No privacy at all!

The location was wonderful with close access to Rua Oscar Freire and Av Paulista. The rooms are small and simple, yet clean and comfortable. When going with friends, make sure you are good friends as the room is small and the shower leads straight into the room without being in a separate bathroom. This isn't a problem at all unless you would like a bit of privacy in a separate bathroom area. The staff was kind, helpful and quick to help. This was my second stay here and I will definitely be back.

1. in the toilet bowl does not have a hygienic duche (shower) 2. the titles on tv (which were said to be a big tv and it is not) are not suited to the size of the image, cutting part of the subtitles on both sides of the screen 3. Upon check in I informed that I could stay another day and the attendant said ok and that I could confirm the next morning with the same amount. However on confirming the next day, the rate had risen from ~ $ 219 to $ 290 I asked to speak to the manager and was informed that there was no manager at the hotel. Only after requiring to speak to a supervisor or manager that the clerk agreed to keep the rate from the previous day.

Checking in was fairly easy, even when one of the people from our group had to check-in later in the next day. The room was small but that was expected, however it had a poor distribution of space, to be honest. You could include some drawers under the bed to substitute the need of a closet, for instance. And include outlets next to the beds. The shower was quite loud. The bathroom was OK, but the room's layout was pretty confusing for a small space. We had some problems with breakfast, the front desk clerks said my reservation didn't include it while that was clearly stated by Booking.com. You should communicate with your partners better.

For the price I was expecting at least silence in my floor. It was very uncomfortable waking up 2 hours early because 2 people was talking out loud on the hall, and it was a child crying in the middle of this. The room is so tight, and the smell of the bathroom is bad. I will never come back.
