« Everything was exactly how it should be! »

I had an extremely pleasant and relaxing stay here. The room was clean and well taken care of, everything worked, and the service was the best. Maggie (Magnolia) was so extremely helpful in every way and I could not be more thankful. If I ever am brought back to Brazil for work, I will certainly be staying here again!

Sing full of hair from previous guest. Marketing proportion at the elevator could not be sell because employees did not know how to use the system. Not enough hot water for a bath.

This was not my first time at Ibis Budget on Av 9 de Julho, but it was the first time that I stayed at an adapted room for wheelchair bound persons. I had the impression that the room was slightly bigger and the bathroom could have been a plus on my stay if it didn't get completely soaked after each shower I took. I also missed energy outlets, since the only 2 available were at the back wall over the bed. Every now and then the shower scalded me for no apparent reason too. All of my showers were a not so funny adventure. The mattresses were good to my taste. Firm yet very comfortable. The pillows were ok and keep your distance from the faux fur blankets. My nose started running just to look at them. The breakfast was good, but not surprising. After all this is a budget experience, even when you pay R$18 for your ticket into the dining area.

I told the Ibis worker that I had an Accor business membership in order to get the discount due to this status. He told me that the system was not working and he could not check my status. Even after I showed him the card number and write it down on the check-in form, he did not consider this information. He charged me the room without considering the discount. At the check out, I asked another worker about the discount and she confirmed that the value was wrong and asked me to write an email asking for the benefit provided by the business card status. I am still waiting for a proper answer from IBIS regarding the issue.

It is a Very good place to stay and enjoy all the best of São Paulo. The only bad point It that you can be bothered if neighbors rooms are noisy.

Arrival around 10AM and departure at 8PM of the same day ... 30 minutes for checking in at the on line-check in front desk ... here’s how to feel invisible at Ibis Jardin. Thanks to the kind front desk director for her kind attention ... no comment about her two colleagues managing a client at the same time.
